　按照县委和县纪委要求，党委书记要为党员干部上一堂廉政党课。一方面，是为了学习贯彻十八届中央纪委六次全会、九届省纪委六次全会和十届市纪委六次全会精神，准确把握新形势下做好党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的各项具体要求。另一方面，是为了让大家充分认识到，在当前党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的严峻形势下，学习党章、知晓党规、严明党纪的紧迫性和重要性，进一步提高思想认识，严格廉洁自律，优化发展环境，为建设富强、文明、平安、生态新马上提供坚强的作风纪律保障。

　今天这堂党课，我以《学党章、知党规、严党纪，做一名守纪律讲规矩的优秀共产党人》为题，谈一谈对学习党章、知晓党规、严明党纪的认识和感受，谈一谈我乡经济发展环境中存在的突出问题和工作任务，与大家共同学习提高。随后，邓磊同志将宣读《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》并通报行风评议结果和县委巡查组督办的典型案件，还要集中观看廉政微电影《作风建设永远在路上》，希望大家结合实际，认真学习，深刻领会，真正在思想上引起触动。

　一、加强学习，充分认识“学党章、知党规、严党纪”的重要意义

　学习是一个人的立身之本、成事之基。一个人如果不学习，或少于学习，知识就会匮乏，思想就会消极，行动缺乏朝气，难以适应形势发展的需要，就会落伍于时代。作为一名共产党员，我们必须树立终身学习的理念，通过学党章、知党规、严党纪，进一步端正思想认识，使党规党纪入脑入心，落实到实际行动中去。
