　，男，汉族族，1979年2月26日出出生，人，1998年7月毕毕业于市教育学院中师部普师师专业14班， 1998年年11月参加工作至今一直在在县乡境内教育战线工作，55月加入中国共产党，现法律律专科学历，本科正在自修之之中,小学一级教师。工作十十年来先后从事小学语文、数数学、英语、自然、社会、思思品等教学工作，班主任、村村完小教导主任、中心校小学学部教导主任、全乡教导副主主任等业务管理工作。现任乡乡中心校总务主任兼乡“两基基”办副主任，县教育系统特特约通信员。下面从几个方面面来总结我十年来的工作情况况。

　一、思想方面：19998年11月参加工作以来，，我始终拥护中国共产党的领领导，坚持四项基本原则，政政治立场坚定，拥护党的路线线、方针政策，拥护改革开放放，思想上、行动上和党中央央保持一致，带头模范执行乡乡教育支部和乡中心校行政的的各项决议和各项规章制度。。工作上能勇挑重担，服从组组织分配，工作勤奋，任劳任任怨，以身作则，工作大胆，，富有创新和进取精神。

　二二、教学方面：在十年的唇耕耕舌耘、言传身教的教书育人人生涯中，我深信“其身正，，不令而行；其身不正，虽令令不从。”为此，我时时处处处严格要求自己，自19988年11月以来，我以“身教教重于言教，尽量让学生多学学一点知识”作为指导思想。。“没有爱，就没有教育”，，在十年的“传道、授业、解解惑”的具体实践中，我不断断探索和追求，终于悟出教育育之真谛在一个“爱”字，即即对教育事业的热爱，对学生生的爱。课堂教学的根本在于于传道，要传好道，首先要处处理好教材、教师和学生的关关系，必须实现这三者之间或或浓或淡的情感和谐与共振。。我坚信每一位学生都蕴藏着着巨大的潜能，它需要在一定定的环境中激发出来。所以，，我以爱心关爱每一个学生，，发现学生身上的闪光点，及及时给予表扬和鼓励，使他们们的潜能得以激发，并获得自自信的力量，我在做到讲之有有物，讲之有序，讲之有理外外，更渗透“爱心”。在教学学实践中，我不仅爱那些优秀秀生，也爱那些后进生，课堂堂教学面向全体学生，因此，，我的课很受学生的欢迎。以以下是我参加工作以来教学上上取得的主要成绩： 1、11998年11月—19999年9月是我教学习惯的养成成期，在吸取了老教师们教学学经验的基础上，在同仁们的的关怀帮助下，为我从一个教教学生手逐渐走向成熟奠定了了坚实的基础，初步形成了自自己的教育教学方法。

　2、、1999年9月—9月任乡乡丫口小学教导主任及班主任任期间，在校长的直接领导和和各学科老师的共同努力下，，全校教学成绩年年创新高，，得到了乡中心校、学生、家家长的一致认可。我所任的班班级在全乡范围均在前三名。。

　3、的9月我调到乡中心心校任教，当时中心校六年级级二班的数学成绩相当的糟糕糕，全班在五年级期末全县统统测时，没有一个人及格，均均分只有三十二点几。面对这这样的局面，我主动提出去教教六、二班的数学，经过本人人一年的言传身教，细致关怀怀和与学生融入一体的情感投投入，半学期之后，本班数学学成绩大幅度上升，并一直保保持上升趋势，最终在全县的的小生初考试中，本班数学成成绩获得全县同层次第一名，，均分也上升到了七十二点几几，有六位优秀的学生被拔尖尖进入永善县第二中学初中部部就读，其余学生也全部被其其它中学录取，升学率1000%。

　4、9月—9月的两两年时间里，我被任命为乡中中心校小学部教导主任，主要要担任小学三四年级的英语教教学任务，面对新开设的课程程，新的教学任务，我不断的的加强自身业务学习，通过网网络查询，虚心向初中英语教教师请教，并最终圆满的完成成了新的教学任务，并取得了了全县同层次的第三名的良好好效果。

　5、9月至今，我我教学上主要承担的是小学部部四、五、六年级个别班级的的社会、思品、自然等教学任任务，都能结合班级实际独立立完成一切教学任务，教学效效果良好，深受校领导、学生生、家长和全乡社会各界的好好评。

　三、学习方面：本人人从参加工作以来一直不间断断的加强政治业务学习，每天天有固定的学习时间。积极参参加各种继续教育学习考试，，微机模块考试已过国家级。。7月参加了永善县教育局举举办的小学教师英语培训班的的学习，经考试合格，圆满结结业。9月至4月，我参加了了全国高等教育法律专业专科科自学考试，全部课程合格，，顺利毕业，并于12得到了了高等教育自学考试毕业证。。现在正在参加全国高等教育育法律专业本科自学考试。

　 四、其他方面：服从领导安安排，按时按量完成任务。履履现职以来我先后担任过乡中中心校小学部教导主任，乡中中心校教导副主任兼乡“两基基”办副主任。现正在履行乡乡中心校总务主任兼乡“两基基”办副主任工作职责。在工工作中除了按计划开展各种常常规工作之外，创新的加强了了全乡的教研教改工作、班主主任管理工作。在本人的建议议和具体操作下，乡率先
