　　幼儿园生活老师心得体会篇1 月30日，是我今年读幼师毕业，参与的第一份工作，说实话，其实我学的专业知识仅仅只是理论，根本不懂什么才是教育，直到参与了张春光导师的”赢在教育-卓越人生”特训营之后，我才真正了解到教育的含义，这对于一个刚刚毕业的幼儿教育工作者来说，给予了我很大的帮助，让我对幼儿教育有了更多的了解。

　 月22日，人生中第一次参加培训，感悟其实有很多，一直到今天才写出来，是因为我觉得，培训后的一二天大家都会保持着培训的热情，能够无怨无悔的付出，帮助别人。可是要做到坚持，还需要时间去证明，是真心实意还是”伪真心”。所以我在考验自己，当我回到现实生活中的时候，会不会因为现实生活的压力与工作中的琐碎小事，而丢掉了培训时候被感悟的那个真实的自己。

　 起初，我是带着打酱油的心态去参加”赢在教育-卓越人生”特训营培训的，因为我觉得培训，不外乎就是在那里讲一些冠冕堂皇的大道理罢了，过后还是一样，应该没有什么大改变的。可是，当我全程参加完第一阶段的培训之后，我感觉自己真的有了改变，特别是在情绪方面，我觉得自己改变了很多。没培训之前，我是一个脾气很容易暴躁的人，我们大家都知道，当幼师这一行业，无论什么情况下都要有爱心，耐心，偏偏我的情绪就是不好，很容易着急上火，这样下来，带着情绪上班，应该是很危险吧，接下来，我就说说培训之后的改变吧，这是我考验了自己一个月的时间才写出来的哦!

　 参加完培训之后，我觉得，我不再是那个脾气暴躁的人了，尤其是在情绪波动的时候，就会想到我玩过的某个游戏，因为我的不自信跟无所谓，导致我的团队迟迟没有完成任务，从这个游戏当中就真实的反映了我在生活当中的状态，可是当时的我还在为自己找一个漂亮的借口，不敢承认，”那就是我”?

　 现在不一样啦，每当我在幼儿园工作中遇到情绪波动的时候，想发飙的时候，想发火的时候，就会想到张导曾经在游戏当中给我们说过的话，很快的，我就冷静下来啦，久而久之，情绪也就慢慢减少了，我相信，我会一如既往的去坚定我的信念：就像张导说过的话：”知道是没有用的，相信并且做到才有用。”

　 是的，回头看看以前走过的路，不就是在一个个借口，一个个自认为很完美的理由当中走过吗?难道我的人生就是在一个个借口中度过吗?不，这不是我要的生活，感谢导，与我们学员们保持联系，每当我们的生活遇到瓶颈的时候，都会鼓励我们，并告诉我们：”你坚持了吗?”如果是，你会发现，你越坚持越顺，你会得到很多以前根本都想不到的东西。

　 你想过普通的生活，就会遇到普通的挫折。你想过上最好的生活，就一定会遇上最强的伤害。这世界很公平，你想要最好的，就一定会给你最痛的。能闯过去，你就是赢家，闯不过去，那就乖乖退回去做个普通人吧。

　 所谓成功，只是比普通人多走了一步，只是在大家都倒下来的时候她还能跪起来!很感谢张导的分享，说实话，要不是有他这些鼓励，我早就挂了吧。

　 上两周幼儿园给我发工资了，那是我正式出来工作领的第一桶金，园长不仅表扬我工作认真，而且待遇出乎我的意料，跟应聘之前的待遇有差距，当然那是提工资啦，呵呵，其实让我高兴的并不是工资待遇有所提升，而是我的工作得到了肯定，一种从未有过的喜悦感，当然，这结果是培训回来的改变，快乐其实很简单，跟钱没有半毛钱的关系，以前我不信，现在不得不信拉!

　 最后，我真心的希望培训过的学员能把自己的感受写下来，因为分享是一种快乐嘛!生活就是一次次的选择，第一阶段的培训让我知道生命新的可能性，但是，要真正落实到生活中，让自己的生命有所不同，还需要自己不断去修炼，这个过程会很辛苦，但是我相信一定是化蛹成蝶的过程，我需要的不是去坚持，而是把这种意念变成自觉的行为，我相信自己。

　　幼儿园生活老师心得体会篇2 对于一种工作，时间长了总会有自己的感想，我也一样。我是一个普通的幼儿园老师，接触幼儿园工作两年多了，回想两年来的点点滴滴，有很多失去，也有很多收获。

　 还记得刚来的时候，对于这里一切都是陌生的，不管是老师还是小孩子都是新面孔，如今我在这里工作也有两年半了;而对于幼儿园的工作我也有了彻底的新的认识。渐渐的，工作进入了正轨，同事之间也由不认识慢慢变成了好朋友。

　 幼儿园的工作真的很辛苦，因为学龄前的孩子各方面的能力有限，所以孩子的事情，教学的事情，班里的事情每一项都必须亲历亲为，而园长对每件事的要求还都这么严格。尽管如此，可这并不能影响我们的好心情。我们有健康的心态，平和的心情还有耐性，而这一切都来源于我们的孩子。谁说小孩子不懂得感情?不知什么时候我们就会收到他们甜甜的吻和纯纯的笑容。朝夕相处已然让我们成了亲人，他们就是我们的天使，我们快乐的源泉。

　 幼儿工作的核心是“爱”。假若你的心里少了爱，那你肯定不适合在这里。所以，现在的我们都在快乐充实的过着我们的每一天。

　 1、置之不理

　 孩子发脾气时，你只管干你的事。注意不要看他，即使只是瞥了他一眼，他也会受到鼓舞继续闹下去。这是最见效的方法。气头上的孩子，大人的说理、搂抱都不会太奏效。只要你沉住气，就是不理孩子。孩子在最终放弃这个行为之前会加倍的哭闹，你要坚持住。

　 也可以讲几句简明扼要的话：“你不哭了咱们再一起玩。”不要多说。如果孩子哭闹的更厉害也不必介意。必要时把这话重复一次。

　 孩子不再发脾气时，若无其事地欢迎孩子回来就行了：“过来吧，咱们去街上玩。”不要说：“你刚才哭真是太不懂事了，”一类话。

　 、表扬和鼓励

　 孩子不发脾气时必须表扬他，但要注意说话方式。可以说：“你能安安静静地看画书，我很高兴，你真听话。”不要说：“你没有发脾气，真是好孩子!”不要强调“发脾气”这个词。

　 孩子发起气时是为了引起你的注意，或是他心情不好。为此应教孩子用正确的方法获得你的注意和表达他的沮丧情绪。示范给孩子正确的做法，告诉他你碰到困难时是怎么做的。不要冷落孩子，孩子表现时，更要关注他，给以表扬。

　 、尽量避免诱发孩子发脾气的场合和情境

　 如果任务或玩具太复杂了，孩子会因完不成、不会玩而沮丧，你可以把任务定得简单点，让孩子能够完成。

　 必要时提供帮助。当孩子变得急躁时，你可以给他一点提示，或说几句鼓励的话，缓解孩子的紧张情绪。但不要包办代替。

　 应避免孩子过分疲劳或兴奋。要在他玩的筋疲力尽和极度兴奋之前，结束活动，以免孩子控制不住情绪。

　 、不要让孩子发脾气来逃避责任

　 应让孩子明白，发脾气不能帮助他逃避任务。向孩子讲清楚：他的任务若不干会给他惩罚;随他怎么发脾气，任务必须完成。如果孩子就是不完成，就给他应得的惩罚。惩罚之前先给他一些警告。惩罚之后让他继续完成任务。

　 、在来客人时和在公共场所等

　 孩子会察言观色，当爸妈累了，有客人来访或全家在公共场所时，他的哭闹会更带劲。如果孩子哭闹打扰了周围的人，你可以把孩子领到人少的地方。“跟孩子说，你影响了别人，如果你还哭闹，咱们现在就回家。”为了证明你是说到做到，你可以中途离开。在公共场合不要后退，不要同情孩子的表情。绝不要让步，要让孩子看到你是说到做到的。

　 、马上就地解决

　 这是控制发脾气行为的关键。不要事后再惩罚孩子的行为。

　 、我来做你来学

　 因天气冷孩子们都穿着棉袄，來园后，总是把衣服放在桌子上不整理。

　 在一次活动课上，我带孩子们玩“我来做你来学”的游戏时，孩子们的兴趣很高，都非常投入，我每做一个动作，他们都仔细地观察，积极地模仿我的动作，我灵机一动，顺手拿起一件外衣，一边做着叠衣服的动作一边说：“我来做你来学”孩子们也一边跟我模仿一边积极回应我“我就跟你这样做”!“我来做你来学” “我就跟你这样做”孩子们快乐地一边回应一边跟我学，最后我让孩子们拿上自己的衣服继续跟我玩“我来做你来学”的游戏。为了使幼儿对叠衣服这样的活动不感到烦躁我还配上孩子们喜欢的音乐，编上歌词，跟着节拍“关上一扇门”(一只袖子向内叠上来)孩子回应“关上一扇门” 师：“关上两扇门” 幼儿：“关上两扇门”(另一只袖子也向内叠上来)师：“叠一叠，折一折，我的衣服叠好了” 幼儿：“叠一叠，折一折，我的衣服叠好了。”

　 孩子们边说边做，在不知不觉中学会了叠衣服，孩子们都觉得这种叠衣服的方法很有趣。知道自己的事情自己做。以游戏为主，让幼儿自己动手，在生活中得到锻炼，做力所能及的事情。

　 、音乐唤我快起床

　 在孩子每天午睡起床的时候，为了让孩子们能轻松愉快的起床并有一个良好的精神状态，我会在他们起床前五分钟放一段轻柔而欢快的音乐，把孩子们从睡梦中唤醒。

　 今天，我播放的是《喜洋洋与灰太狼》，音乐轻柔欢快，孩子们听到音乐后一个一个睁开眼睛。在音乐中随老师拍拍小手，伸个懒腰，揉揉脸蛋，再让孩子们跟老师做一套侓动操，让孩子们在轻松的活动中醒来，整理床铺等等，这样他们便很快就精神饱满，愉快的投入到下午的活动中去，效果非常好，上课的效侓也很高。

　 、调解员

　 老师老师程程做我的椅子了，老师老师明明老是摸我的脸。唉!这些孩子可真是没办法，遇到事情自己不去想办法解决问题，事事依赖老师，这样即忙的我焦头烂额，又不利于培养孩子独立解决问题的能力这可怎么办?

　 一天我们班童童又来告状了，他说倩倩总是揪他的衣服，这次我没有像以前一样批评倩倩，为他们解决问题而是带着孩子们玩起了小小调解员的游戏，我请了两个小朋友当调解员，深入生活解决问题，嘿这个办法可真灵，调解员们认真极了，你看他们很快把问题解决好了。

　 、画乌龟

　 今天的美术课是画乌龟，再认识了乌龟的特点以后，我在黑板上画了个背面及侧面，两种不同角度乌龟，然后再鼓励幼儿们在造型基本准确的基础上自由的组织画面并涂色。

　 我看到有不少幼儿们在造型能力上有所进步，感到十分的欣慰。但同时也发现有些幼儿在组织的画面与我的画面十分接近，缺乏个人特色，正当我暗自摇头感到遗憾的时候，正好看到晓晓的画。我发现他的纸上画了一个大圆，园上画满了各色的纹样，构图十分饱满，色彩的运用也十分大胆。我便感兴趣的问晓晓，你能告诉我你画的是什么吗?乌龟呀!乌龟脑袋呢?脑袋缩进去了。一句不以为然的话震惊了我，找到了，这就是我一直找的与众不同。孩子的思维创作性，正是通过晓晓的画面体现出来的，作为老师的我一直在讲如何表现乌龟头部造型，如何体现身体上的花纹，却忽视了乌龟头能够伸缩的特点。

　 于是我就表扬了晓晓并启发幼儿在从不同角度上打开思路，展开想象。

　 接下来的课堂气氛更加活跃了有的幼儿表现着乌龟妈妈背着乌龟宝宝戏水的情景。

　 孩子们的画就是这样妙趣横生。但愿他们活泼的天性无边无际的想象，在五彩的笔下自由的舒展和延伸，不会被我们的条条框框所限制住。

　 、给孩子创造机会让幼儿快乐成长

　 每当孩子午睡起床时,有的孩子能够很迅速的穿上裤子和鞋子,而有的孩子却说：“老师,我不会。”于是我们就说:”老师帮你穿!”没想到这一来,不会穿鞋子的幼儿天天喊:“老师,我不会穿!”这样下去,这些孩子什么时候才会穿呀?我们就在想,现在基本都是独生子女,在家也都是小皇帝,现在许多事情都是由家长来代劳,缺少学习锻炼的机会,所以遇到困难就有了依赖性,在幼儿园如果老师也都无限制的帮助他们,在这里也有了依靠，他们的惰性会更强烈。所以我们决定让他们自己来。首先先和家长沟通在家里为孩子提供锻炼的机会,在幼儿园也教着他们穿。于是,在幼儿园就开始一边教一边鼓励,他们学的很认真,所以孩子们逐步学会了穿裤子和穿鞋子。

　 孩子的许多生活琐事常有家长和教师来代劳,缺少锻炼的机会,成人总认为孩子小,自理能力差,但却增强了孩子的依赖性.所以,要让孩子一步步来,相信他们,给他们创造机会!

　 、与孩子交流要保持平等

　 今天的午餐欣欣又没有吃完。这个有些顽皮又有些固执的小朋友，在我的再三劝说后仍是不愿意吃饭。看着他的眼圈越来越红，我也有些内疚，也许刚刚开学让孩子快速适应幼儿园的生活还是有一些难度的。不能说服他，转儿我只能说服自己对孩子多宽容一些。这样想了以后，我笑着对他说“笑一笑”，他却眼睛含着泪水对我说：“我心理有点不开心，笑不出来。”想来也是刚刚被批评的孩子让他马上破涕微笑还是有些难度。

　 这时，我看到活动室墙壁上“小青蛙”与“瘌蛤蟆”的图片，想以此吸引他的注意，分散他悲伤的情绪。“你看哪只是小青蛙?”我点着瘌蛤蟆和小青蛙的图片。“绿色的是小青蛙”他回答的很干脆。“哦，对呀，你是怎么知道的呢?是不是因为小青蛙穿的是绿衣服?”我想这样问，孩子对青蛙和瘌蛤蟆在颜色上就能有所区分。但是，他却盯着我认真的对我说：“小青蛙是不穿衣服的。”我想他可能不理解我的意思，为了让他青蛙与瘌蛤蟆肤色的不同，我又说：“你看小青蛙穿的是绿衣服，瘌蛤蟆穿的是灰色的衣服对吗?”“不是的，小青蛙是不穿衣服的，所有的小动物都是不穿衣服的!”他信心满满的对我说。

　 由此，我想到平日里，我们上课的时候总是生怕孩子不理解自己的意思或是为了吸引孩子的注意，我们总是在说一些善意的谎言或者说是善意的比喻。今天，上课是小青蛙我就说小青蛙是穿绿色衣服的帮助孩子认识它的外表特征，改天活动上小鸭子，我又说小鸭子是穿黄色衣服的，小兔子穿着一件白衣服……

　 通过这件小事，让我明白在生活中与孩子交流要保持相互之间的平等，教师说话时要以大人的态度对待他们，特别是介绍一些动物的时候更要以科学的语言来描述，只有这样孩子们才不会把一些简单的科学现象搞混淆。

　 、喜欢做小老师的孩子

　 瑞阳是我们班的活跃分子，说他是活跃分子主要是上课的时候屁股老坐不到椅子上，老是翘来翘去的，下课也是动个不停，一点也没有闲下来的时候。可是他有一个最大的优点，就是特别喜欢帮老师做一些力所能及的事情。很喜欢老师叫他做小老师，每到我们要请哪个乖的小朋友做小老师的时候，瑞阳就坐的非常好，把小脑袋抬的高高的，小眼睛期盼的盯着你的眼睛，这个时候如果仔细看，还能看见瑞阳眼睛里闪闪的星光，让你不请他也不行。

　 请到他做小老师时，他就非常高兴，一个劲的对别的小朋友说：今天老师请我做小老师，请我做小老师。让人忍俊不禁。

　 做老师的时候，他也做的特别认真，别看他年纪小，在我们班级是很小的那种，可是做事情我们还是很放心的。不过，做小老师的时候很乖，但是一到没请他做小老师的时候他的好动的个性就又出来了，上课又要晃来晃去，跟他说过好多遍，上课要认真听讲，不要老是动来动去，每次都记住了，可过一会就忘记了。真的得想个好办法，改改他的这个习惯。

　 后来，我们想，既然他那么喜欢做小老师，下次就跟他说如果表现好就请他做，表现不好就不请他做。刚开始，他在小椅子上动个不停的时候我们就提醒他，瑞阳，如果上课不乖，坐的不好可就不请你做小老师咯。他没听进去，下课了，我们根据幼儿的表现请了一个表现很好的小朋友做小老师，没请张阳。这下，张阳可不开心了，一个劲的问老师怎么不请我呀。这个时候我们就跟他说“瑞阳，你自己说说看上课表现的好不好，有没有认真听老师上课，回答问题呀?”瑞阳不好意思的笑了笑。

　第二次表现还是不太好，我们还是没请他，这下张阳知道我们是来真的了，表现的不好以后就真的不请他做小老师。他就跟我说：“老师，以后我上课认真听，不乱动了，以后还请我做小老师好不好?”“好啊，如果瑞阳以后上课能乖乖的，还请你做小老师。”

　 那次以后，我们明显感觉到瑞阳上课动来动去的时间少了，比以前好多了。为了表扬他，下课后就请他做了小老师。瑞阳咧开嘴开心的笑了。

　 、爱的力量

　 童年时我常梦想：在蓝色的大海边、在碧绿的草地上，我领着一群活泼可爱的孩子，象花蝴蝶般翩然起舞、象百灵鸟般婉转歌唱。如今，我已实现了我的梦想，成为了一名幼儿教师，我才知道肩上担子的分量，才明白教师之爱的深沉和无价。

　 面对生病的孩子，教师无微不至的关怀付出的是情真意切的慈母之爱;遇到学习有困难的孩子，教师的积极引导和耐心等待传递出严师之爱;面对淘气孩子的物理耍赖，教师不是埋怨和冷眼相对，倾注的是真诚的理解和宽容之爱……这是一副副多么动人的爱之画面。

　 教育因爱而生，所以教师把自己的工作视为太阳底下最辉煌的事业;教育因爱而成，所以在教师的眼里，每一个孩子都能成才。

　 我将永恒地去坚持这样一个真理：爱的力量是无穷的。

　 10、爸爸、妈妈， 别着急

　 大班的孩子从这个学期开始已经开始动笔书写了，我们让孩子书写的都是一些最简单的数字和字母，大部分的孩子握笔的姿势正确，书写也挺好的。但是也有一部分的孩子不会握笔，书写不成行。这部分孩子的爸爸、妈妈纷纷找到教师，问是不是孩子没有认真学，或者是孩子太笨了……

　 我要对各位家长说，你们别着急!孩子的能力发展有快有慢。大班的孩子刚刚开始书写，怎么可以一下子就给孩子下定论呢?

　 这样，无疑回给孩子背上思想包袱，影响他的发展，给他以后的学习造成一定的障碍。

　 孩子的年龄只有四、五岁，许多细微的动作做不好也是正常的，像书写的动作就是细微的动作，刚刚开始拿笔时，多少孩子不会啊!现在看看不是都会了吗。

　 各位爸爸妈妈，你们可以试着回忆一下：孩子在不会说话的时候，只有两、三年的时间，孩子不是什么都会说了吗?而且说得非常好!就用等待孩子开口说话的耐心等待孩子可以正确握笔，并且写出漂亮的字吧!

　 爸爸、妈妈，请别急，您的孩子一定会很出色的!

　 11、让每个孩子都感到被关爱

　 李林浩是个活泼大方的小朋友，入园以来一直表现的很好，善于团结其他小朋友，从来未和其他小朋友大家吵闹过，但这个孩子的好奇心很强，凡事都想问个为什么。

　 元旦过后，他妈妈找到我说孩子不愿来上学，每天早上都找出不想来上学的一大堆理由来。我经过和家长的沟通，终于知道了他不想来上学的缘由。原来是元旦前几天，李林浩小朋友早上高高兴兴的来上学，看到我后主动跟我打招呼，但由于当时正是孩子们来学校的时间，汽车鸣笛声，孩子们的笑声都响成一片，根本听不到他在跟我打招呼，他看到这种情况后以为老师不喜欢他，故意不理他，所以很伤心，并且告诉了妈妈。

　 了解到情况后我主动向李林浩小朋友说明了情况，并向家长作了解释，希望家长和孩子能谅解。幸运的是孩子和家长都很热情理解了我。事后李林浩小朋友又恢复了往日的活泼和开朗。

　 通过这件事我认识到当老师一定要细心和认真，要考虑到每个孩子和家长的心情，他们都希望被关注，不能忽视他们的感受。

　 12、培养孩子良好的习惯，为其成才奠定基础

　 培养孩子良好的阅读习惯。书籍是人类进步的阶梯，阅读是开启孩子智慧的金钥匙。高明的父母都会让孩子拥有爱读书的习惯，为孩子多订一些报刊杂志，父母可以陪着孩子进行读书，可以探讨书中某一问题，发表不同的看法，这样为孩子营造了一种阅读的氛围。

　 培养孩子良好的课堂学习习惯。首先教育孩子爱每一科老师，喜欢老师，才能喜欢老师所教的课，相反抵触老师会影响孩子的学习效率，课堂上积极认真的态度及搞好课堂学习的关键。要利用各种感官让孩子的听、说、看、思、议、想相结合，积极投入全部情感，养成认真学习的习惯。经常鼓励孩子敢于张课堂上大胆发言，面对当今就业应聘中面试带来的压力对孩子进行教育，让孩子明白锻炼自我的重要性，应放手大胆地展示自我，这样不但锻炼了胆量，也使孩子的思维越来越敏捷。还要鼓励孩子张课堂上敢于和善于提问的习惯。学问才能学好，爱因斯坦曾说：“提出问题比解决问题更重要。”让孩子在课堂上多一些思考才有问题。注意力不集中是导致孩子课堂学习效率低的头号因素，要向课堂要质量，让孩子明白时间就是生命，赢得时间才能赢得成功。家长多与孩子沟通，及时进行疏通、引导，举一些名人成功，让孩子确定目标，增强学习动力，端正学习态度，逐步克服上课易走神的不良习惯。家长配合老师加强学习方法与策略的指导，教会孩子养成上课认真听讲，让孩子学会方法，才是最关键，亦如古人所说，养成复习的习惯，分类整合，学会合理安排时间的习惯;督促孩子养成整理回顾和学习资料和笔记的习惯。

　 培养孩子健康的心态习惯。作为父母应千方百计地促使孩子养成积极上进的心态和习惯，让孩子从小养成自信的习惯，自信是成功者的特质，只要拥有自信，就没有战胜不了的困难。记得我儿子8岁时参加全县书画赛时，开始练累，他想放弃失去信心，我及时给予鼓励帮助，使他重新找到自信，才得以顺利参赛并获奖，至到现在我时常鼓动他，让他对自己充满自信，勇于面对所遇到困难，坚强的毅力可以征服世界上任何一座险峰，可以使人从乱石堆中找出宝石，一定要磨炼孩子意志坚强的习惯，孩子在学习和生活中难免遇到挫折和困难，要教育孩子敢于面对，放手挑战，多动脑筋，想办法，最终让他会明白：办法总比困难多，从而让孩子在挑战中找到自信。

　 培养孩子良好的卫生饮食习惯和良好作息习惯。一个孩子的成长，成才离不开个人和勤奋努力，更离不开老师的关爱，也离不开家庭的支持帮助，希望我们做家长的今后要着眼于孩子的进步，多关心孩子的学习与生活，促进其健康成长，还要正视孩子存在的问题，给予他们有力的扶持，多与老师沟通，加强对孩子的监护，这是我们至今的责任，责任重于泰山。

　 13、树立正确的教育理念，认真履行教育孩子的责任
