诺和龙和二甲双胍_诺和龙与二甲双胍联合治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床观察

　　[摘 要] 目的 观察诺和龙与二甲双胍联合治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病对血糖代谢的疗效。方法 对确诊的64例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者给予诺和龙0.5～1mg/次，3次/d；二甲双胍0.5g/次，3次/d，餐时服用，连续治疗8周。结果 用药前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2H血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的变化均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 诺和龙与二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病具有协同作用，副作用少，具有临床应用价值。
