经直肠超声检查在妇科疾病的临床应用价值|超声检查的临床应用有哪些

　　[摘要]目的探讨经直肠超声检查在妇科的应用价值。方法 对51例患者分别采用经腹部和经直肠超声检查，对照两种方法检查结果。结果 51例患者经直肠超声检查，除2例因较大卵巢囊肿和两例子宫肌瘤显示不除外,其余病例均能明确诊断，,经直肠超声诊断准确率为95%,与经腹超声诊断准确率为61%比较，有非常显著意义。 结论 经直肠超声检查妇科疾病具有较大的临床应用价值。
