　 2月8号公司”五会”在一场涉及面广、内容丰富的企业文化培训讲座中胜利闭幕。本次企业文化培训，着眼于通过加强企业文化建设，用优秀的企业文化为企业发展导航，以提高企业核心竞争力和市场竞争力。在培训讲座中，总经理ZZ把《孙子兵法》中的作战理论和当前的项目管理策略有机地联系在一起，阐述了借鉴军事管理的原理来加强项目管理的理念。法律顾问XX律师还为大家讲授了项目经营管理过程中应该如何规避风险等知识，使参加培训人员受益匪浅。

　 结合讲座知识，本人想谈一下自己在企业文化建设方面所学到的知识和几点认识。

　 现代企业都有企业文化作支撑，企业文化代表了企业的理念和发展目标。从广义上讲，企业文化涵盖了企业精神文化、制度文化和物质文化三个层面；从狭义上说，则单指企业的精神文化，如企业价值观、企业宗旨、道德规范等，企业精神是企业的灵魂和支柱。作为企业所吸收和萌生的文化，企业文化兼具了一般文化的共性和企业特有的个性。

　 就企业文化建设来说，精神层面是灵魂，物质层面是基础，制度层面是保证，三者之间相辅相成，相互促进，共同作用于企业文化建设之中。企业文化的灵魂即是企业核心价值观、经营理念、道德观念等，这些一旦被员工所吸收、接纳就会成为员工的共识，就会产生强大的凝聚力和强大的精神动力，进而成为一面无形的旗帜，引导和激励员工为实现共同的发展目标而奋斗。一旦企业员工缺乏统一奋斗目标和共同认可的价值观，缺少优良的道德风尚，企业的健康发展就难以保证，市场的竞争力也就难以提升，也将成为企业发展的一根软肋。

　 企业文化的基础主要是指企业具体的产品、服务等所构成的视觉形象。企业文化作为外部文化与企业特色结合的产物，也是为企业管理和生产经营服务的。所以企业文化建设在物质层面上就要求文化建设要与企业生产经营融为一体，作为施工企业即要求在项目管理、施工生产的各个环节都充分体现文化色彩，争取在优秀的文化思想指导下出精品、出效益，从而达到从整体上塑造企业形象，提高企业市场竞争能力的目的。
