　 党政办公室职责

　党政办公室是教育局综合股室，主要职责：

　一、党务工作：抓好基层党组织建设，并负责检查指导，制定精神文明建设规划，负责综治工作，负责办理接收新党员、预备党员转正及党员转出、转进工作，收缴党费，办好《党建信息》

　二、行政工作：负责起草、修改以教育局名义下发或上报的各类文稿；负责教育局来文、发文的收发工作；负责教育局印章的管理和使用；负责文书档案的年终归档工作，对基层学校档案工作进行业务指导；负责教育局各种会议的筹备组织工作，负责车辆调派、来客接待工作；负责教育宣传报道工作；办好《教育信息》；负责文件的打印工作；负责局领导交办事项督导和局机关各股室目标考核；负责机关日常管理及日常事务工作。

　三、工会、妇女、计划生育工作：抓好基层工会建设，负责计划生育各项工作项政策的宣传、落实工作，负责女教工保健工作。

　人 事 股 职 责

　一、负责学校领导干部培训、选拔、考核工作；

　二、负责教职工的录用、调动；负责教职工职称的评聘、专业技术考核和年度考核。

　三、负责教职工各项福利待遇的落实和劳资工作；

　四、负责人事档案的管理工作；

　五、负责离退休教职工各项待遇的落实；负责老干部、有病教师的慰问、丧葬及善后事宜；

　六、协助做好行政监察工作，负责教职工奖惩。

　财务股职责

　一、负责《会计法》和关于财务工作的法规、政策贯彻落实；

　二、制定适用本系统的财会制度，研究合理使用经费、提高资金使用效益的途径。

　三、负责财经预决算，向单位领导报告财务状况；核算本级与财政部门、上下级之间经费的领拨及会计事项；

　四、严格执行各项开支标准，开源节流，做到收支平衡；

　五、负责对学校财务的审计、监督，指导所属单位会计工作；

　六、负责办学条件改善工作，对学校基建经费进行审计，负责检查指导学校后勤工作；

　七、检查、指导乡镇教育经费的使用；

　八、负责机关办公用品购置和备品的管理；

　九、负责财务报表工作。

　电教仪器站职责

　一、负责制定电教发展规划；

　二、负责仪器装备订购、供应和管理；

　三、负责各校电化教育、信息技术教育的管理、指导、检查；

　四、负责培训实验教师、信息课教师和图书管理员；

　五、负责中考理化生加试工作；

　六、负责全县中小学图书的管理和使用的检查、指导。

　招生办公室职责

　一、负责中考、高考、成人高考、自考、高中会考的报名、组织工作。

　二、负责各类招生工作。

　三、负责各类招生信息管理工作。

　四、负责自考考生学籍管理、自学考试资料、教材征订与发放工作。

　五、会同纪检部门搞好招生考试监察工作。

　六、负责各级各类考试试卷的管理和保密工作。

　督导室职责

　一、负责学校管理，素质教育等工作的督导、评估、验收；

　二、负责对普及九年义务教育工作评估、检查、验收，做好迎接“普九”三年复检工作；

　三、负责对下级人民政府的教育工作进行检查、督导、评估；

　四、负责对教师工资发放、下级政府教育经费征、管、用和师训经费进行督导、检查；

　五、负责其他专项督导工作。

　勤工俭学公司职责

　一、负责教育内部市场订货、供货；

　二、负责教育勤工俭学摊点的管理；

　三、负责勤工俭学新项目的选择工作，扩大公司经营规模；

　四、为教育局创收。

　教研室职责

　一、负责全县中小学教学工作的管理、检查、指导；

　二、负责教研教改工作，引进、总结、推广先进教研成果；

　三、负责教学大纲、教学计划的贯彻落实；

　四、负责中小学教学质量的监测，提高教育教学质量；

　五、负责组织编写上级安排的地方补充教材，编写必要参考资料，总结教学经验；

　六、负责各级各类考试的各科试题的编辑工作及评卷、登统工作；

　七、负责中小学视导员考核工作，负责校长、主任听课情况的检查；

　八、负责各级教学比武、优秀课、科研成果的评比工作；

　九、负责加强骨干教师队伍建设。

　成职教股职责

　一、负责成职教工作的指导，负责实用技术培训、劳动力培训和再就业培训工作；

　二、负责扫盲工作；

　三、负责成教干部培训和考核工作；

　四、负责制定职业教育发展规划和成职教工作计划；

　五、负责农村教育综合改革工作，对少年技校、农村综合初中和县职教中心进行指导检查；

　六、负责职教招生工作，负及职业技术培训工作，对劳技课教学进行检查指导；

　七、负责社会力量办学的认定、管理、检查、指导；

　八、负责农村“三教统筹”、农科教结合指导、抓好示范乡（镇）、示范村、示范户。

　教育股职责

　一、负责学校行政管理的监督、检查、指导，抓好学校常规管理和各项规章制度的制定。

　二、负责中小学学籍管理、文化户口统计、学生奖惩和九年义务教育毕业证书的发放工作。

　三、负责中小学德育工作，抓好示范校建设。

　四、负责中小学德育、卫生和艺术教育工作，组织各类竞赛和体育中考工作。

　五、负责学前教育工作。

　六、负责教师培训工作，负责师德教育，安排新师范毕业生实习。

　七、负责教育发展中长期规划的编制工作，负责年度目标责任书制定和年末目标考核工作。

　八、负责教育法律法规宣传贯彻工作。

　九、负责深化教育体制改革工作，负责学校布局调整工作。

　十、负责校务公开工作。

　十一、负责中小学教材、教辅用书的审定。
