阿托伐他汀能治颈动脉斑块吗【阿托伐他汀钙对脑梗死患者的疗效及对颈动脉IMT\IL-6\hsCRP的影响】

　　[摘要] 目的 观察阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者颈动脉IMT、IL-6以及hsCRP的影响。方法 采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的方法,将90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(常规治疗组和强化治疗组)。常规治疗：口服阿托伐他汀10mg/d和拜阿司匹林100mg/晚；强化治疗组：口服阿托伐他汀40mg/d和拜阿司匹林100mg/晚；对照组：除不服用阿托伐他汀钙外，其他治疗同强化治疗组。分别于治疗前、治疗后6个月检测患者颈动脉IMT、IL-6、hsCRP。结果 治疗后，强化治疗组IMT减小,对照组IMT增加，差异均显著(P 　　[5] 中华医学会全国第四届脑血管病学术会议．各类脑血管疾病诊断要点[J]．中华神经科杂志，1996，29(6)：379―380．
