注水三通 [三通分流注水器的设计及其在脂肪抽吸术中的应用]

　　[摘要]目的：提高脂肪抽吸术中膨胀液的注射效率，减轻患者痛苦，降低劳动强度。方法：应用自行设计的三通分流注水器对86例脂肪抽吸患者进行膨胀液注水，采用自身对照的方法与注射器及注水机进行临床比较。结果： ①与注射器注水比较，三通分流注水器明显缩短注水时间（P＜0.01）、减轻疼痛程度（P＜0.05）；②与注水机注水比较，三通分流注水器明显缩短注水时间，减轻疼痛程度，减少注射过程中膨胀液损失量（P＜0.01）。结论：三通分流注水法注水效率高，省时省力，并有效缓解患者的痛苦，可在临床推广应用。
