  幼儿园园长岗位职责

 一、园长负责幼儿园的全面管理,主持全园工作。

 二、认真学习党的教育方针和国家的有关法律、法规、政策,全面贯彻《幼儿园工作条例》和《幼儿园工作规程》。

 三、主持制定全园工作计划和各项规章制度,确立分级管理目标,建立结构合理、协调灵活、反馈及时的科学管理机制。定期召开园务会,深入第一线检查各项工作实施情况。

 四、负责全园教职工的聘任,调整园内工作人员结构,定期对保教工作人员进行考核并做出正确评估。

 五、全面了解教育、教研、卫生保健及膳食管理情况,并根据实际情况及时调整,尽量减少工作中的失误。充分发挥党团组织、工会及教代会的作用,发扬民主,尊重人格,加强“爱心、和谐、团结、向上”的园风建设。

 六、全面掌握教职员工的思想动态,开展经常性的政治和业务学习,提高修养。关心教职工的生活,改善生存环境,维护合法权益,增强向心力,提高凝聚力。

 七、定期召开家长会,展示教育成果,宣传家教方法,听取家长意见,提高办园质量。

 八、及时了解国内外幼儿教育动态,研究幼儿教育新成果,关注幼儿教育发展的新动向。

 幼儿园教学副园长岗位职责

 一、协助园长认真贯彻执行园务工作计划,明确培养目标,面向全体幼儿,全面提高幼儿素质。重点抓好幼儿教育、教学工作。加强教育科学研究,不断提高保教质量。

 二、负责幼儿园保教工作。熟悉幼儿各年龄阶段生理和心理特点,熟悉幼儿园各年龄段教学内容及要求,定期检查教师月计划、周计划、备课本、教育笔记及个案纪录,定期测查幼儿教学效果,并做好纪录。

 三、负责组织教师业务学习,提高教师的业务能力。指导教师进行幼教改革与科研工作。

 四、协助园长搞好职工队伍建设,做好职工政治思想工作,关心群众生活,倾听群众意见,支持群众开展各种有益的文体活动。

 五、协助园长指导和审查各班学期工作计划,坚持入班听课。

 六、负责整理教师业务档案和教育资料,指导保教人员及时添置玩具、资料、教具。

 七、组织保教人员外出参观学习,组织幼儿园内的各项活动。

 

 幼儿园后勤副园长岗位职责

 一、在园长领导下负责幼儿园保育保健、膳食营养、后勤保障工作,落实园务计划及管理目标。

 二、认真贯彻宣传“预防为主、增强为主”的方针,?常与保教人员了解分析幼儿健康情况,对保健工作提出管理措施,认真督促和检查卫生制度。

 三、协助保教主任组织开展全园的保育工作,组织保育员和后勤人员进行业务学习,开展园内保育活动观摩和专题研究,总结推广,交流?验,互帮互促,帮助保教人员提高业务水平。

 四、贯彻保教结合方针,指导保育员及后勤工作人员紧密配合教育工作,并经常检查督促,落实岗位责任制。

 五、负责组织保健人员、后勤人员的学习培训,进行思想教育。检查各种制度落实情况,定期对后勤人员考核,整理保育后勤工作的文书档案。

 六、负责全园园舍设备、绿化、环境卫生及园内物品的管理。及时督促维修指导,增加人员时及时增添教学设备、用品,经常进行安全检查。

 七、与医务人员共同决定病儿和体弱儿童的护理与饮食。

 八、督促检查各班工作人员对儿童护理工作及执行一日生活常规的情况。每周定期检查各班执行卫生制度的情况,并与医务人员定期检查厨房,执行卫生保健制度情况。

 九、做好安全防卫、防火、防毒工作,发现不安全因素及时采取措施。

 十、做好教职工的考勤登记。

 十一、制定后勤工作计划,并进行工作总结。

 幼儿园班主任岗位职责

 一、严格遵守学校《教师行为规范》和各项规章制度。

 二、全面负责本班教育和保育工作,根据《幼儿园工作规程》提出的要求,结合本班实际,制定教育工作计划(包括观察、分析、记录幼儿发展情况),并认真执行。

 三、对幼儿态度要和蔼和亲,做到耐心、关心、细心、热心,与本班教师、保育员团结协作,搞好所在班级教育、卫生、保健及生活护理等工作。

 四、认真执行幼儿的作息制度,认真安排好幼儿一日生活内容,做到动静交替,手脑并用,确保幼儿身心健康成长。

 五、主持召开每周班务会议,共同确定下周工作重点,与本班教师和保育员共同搞好班内的工作。

 六、坚持正面教育原则,尊重幼儿,积极启发诱导,严禁体罚和变相体罚。

 七、努力钻研业务,积极参加教研活动及业务学习。积极创编教材,制作教具,不断提高自身素质及水平。

 八、坚持做好交接班工作,一般情况口头交接,重大情况要作书面交接。家长特殊要求、患儿药品、物品要登记交接。

 九、做好家长工作,向家长宣传正确的教养方法,每周向家长公布本周及下周的教育内容,以便家长心中有数,积极配合。

 十、认真填写“家园联系手册”,经常与家长保持联系,及时交换意见。

 十一、认真做好教研活动记录和每周教育小结,每学期写出质量较高的教育工作总结或论文一至两篇。

 幼儿园教师岗位职责

 一、严格遵守学校《教师行为规范》和各项规章制度。

 二、全面负责本班教育工作,结合本班实际与班主任共同订好教育工作计划(包括学期、月、周、日计划)。

 三、认真执行作息制度,坚持户外活动和体育锻炼及自由活动、晚间活动,做到动静交替。贯彻保教结合的原则,悉心照顾好幼儿的进餐、睡眠、日常生活。注意幼儿身体冷暖,及时增减衣服,注意培养幼儿良好的生活卫生习惯,使幼儿身心愉快,情绪稳定。

 四、对幼儿态度要和蔼可亲,细心观察幼儿,有计划有目的地选择教育内容,运用多种教育形式,促进幼儿在不同水平上获得发展。

 五、努力钻研业务,积极参加教研科研活动及业务学习,认真开展各类游戏活动,制作教玩具并创设教育环境。认真学好每周教育小结。一学期写出一至两篇质量较高的经验总结或论文。

 六、做好家长工作,认真填写“家园联系手册”。发现幼儿问题要及时与班主任、保育员配合,及时通知家长,取得家长的配合教育。

 七、注意幼儿安全,加强幼儿自我保护意识教育。做好交接工作,填写交接班记录。

 八、根据天气变化,及时为幼儿增减衣物、被褥,午睡时多加巡视,注意纠正幼儿的不良睡姿,及时解尿、抹汗和盖被。

 幼儿园保育员岗位职责

 一、热爱幼儿,关心、耐心、细心、热心对待幼儿,配合班主任和教师,全面、细致地照顾幼儿每日生活。做好保健、教育工作。

 二、熟悉本班教育计划,做好活动前后的准备和整理工作。协助教师组织各项活动和游戏。教师因公外出时负责本班的带班工作。根据教育要求自制玩具并协助教师搞好环境布置。

 三、严格执行安全、卫生等制度,做好幼儿的生活管理和卫生保健工作。根据天气变化,及时为幼儿增减衣物、被褥,午睡时多加巡视,注意纠正幼儿的不良睡姿,及时解尿、抹汗和盖被。指导幼儿洗脸,帮助幼儿剪指甲。每天及时统计幼儿人数。

 四、?常观察幼儿情绪、食欲、睡眠及大小便情况并做好记录,发现病情及时报告医务人员。班上发现有传染病要及时对玩具、被褥、用具进行消毒,对体弱幼儿要作特殊照顾。

 五、认真妥善保管班上幼儿衣物及本班设备、用品。负责领取和保管本班所需物品。每天幼儿起床后整理清洁好睡房,下午整理好幼儿离园的衣服和背包。

 六、保持班内环境和设备的清洁、整齐,做好餐前餐后的准备和收拾,负责指导幼儿值日生工作。下午班保育员下班前要关好门窗、关熄电源。

 七、定期换洗被褥、枕套、桌布、窗帘等物。

 八、认真做好卫生包干区的卫生工作和保洁工作,每天下班前必须清倒垃圾,做到垃圾不过夜。

 九、认真执行卫生消毒制度,填好消毒记录。

 幼儿园值午睡人员岗位职责

 一、热爱幼儿、忠于职守。上班时做到精神集中,不离岗、不打瞌睡,?常巡视幼儿的睡眠情况,冬天为幼儿盖被,夏天为幼儿擦汗、换衣,及时纠正幼儿不良睡姿。

 二、了解幼儿体质情况,按需要做好解尿工作。如有幼儿尿床,要及时换衣换褥,严禁责骂幼儿。

 三、午睡期间幼儿发烧或不适,要立即通知值班人员及时处理,不得随便给幼儿服药。

 四、每天对幼儿睡眠时的特殊情况、服药情况等要认真做好记录。交班要交接清楚。

 五、做好幼儿衣物、鞋的晾晒工作。

 六、配合做好对幼儿的保育和教育工作,培养幼儿良好的行为习惯和生活卫生习惯。

 幼儿园保健医生岗位职责

 一、负责全园幼儿及职工的保健卫生工作,贯彻“预防为主、治疗为辅”的方针。每学期制定保健、卫生工作计划,了解新入园幼儿的“三防”接种及体检情况,定期做好驱虫、矫正和治疗眼病,防治龋齿等工作。

 二、全面了解幼儿生长发育情况,期末向家长汇报。

 三、负责每天晨检,做到一看、二摸、三问、四检查,并监督指导教师做好午检和晚检工作。对患病幼儿及时做好妥善处理,指导体弱幼儿的护理工作。如发现传染病,应指导保育员做好消毒工作并及时报告防疫部门,采取有效措施防止蔓延。每月公布一次幼儿发病率,找出发病率升降原因及时总结经验教训,提出改进措施。

 四、指导厨房人员搞好饮食卫生和检查饮食用具消毒工作,指导各班做好防暑降温和防寒保暖工作,定时检查各班体育锻炼及户外活动情况,了解幼儿的进步和睡眠情况,发现问题及时提出改进意见和建议。

 五、负责保管医务室一切物品、用具、药物,做好卫生知识宣传、环境卫生、饮食卫生和灭蚊蝇工作。协助后勤园长检查、评比、落实各项卫生保健工作,按时送报表。

 六、负责常备药物的购买,每天按时送药到班,并照顾病儿按时服药。

 七、了解幼儿心理健康情况,对有不良习惯及心理障碍的幼儿,与班上的教师配合商讨矫正办法,并定期进行监测。

 八、认真钻研卫生保健业务,学习《规程》,以进一步了解掌握幼儿教育工作特点,更好地搞好工作。

 九、定期对保教人员进行有关“幼儿常见病”的知识讲授,定期在“家长园地”专栏中介绍有关育儿知识及保健卫生知识。

 幼儿园食堂主任岗位职责

 一、在园长领导下做好食堂管理工作,全面提高伙食质量。

 二、主持召开伙食委员会,积极征求各方意见,组织讨论,制定具体措施。

 三、与保健医生共同制订食谱,保证幼儿吃饱吃好。

 四、对食堂执行伙食管理制度情况进行督促检查,及时发现漏洞及时纠正。

 五、加强对食品物资购进、验收、保管环节的管理,保证物美价廉,避免各环节中的浪费与损失,形成认真负责、严格自律的工作作风。

 六、帮助和督促炊事员提高业务能力,通过培训学习、严格要求、集体探讨、奖励先进等多种形式使炊事员在烹调技艺上达到更高标准。

 幼儿园炊事员岗位职责

 一、严格按食谱制作食品,不随意更改食谱。

 二、按出勤人数制作饭菜,避免不足和浪费现象。

 三、食物制作要符合幼儿年龄特点,易于消化,主食大小合适,米饭软硬合适,副食细小、色香味美。

 四、严格执行食品卫生法,保持厨房清洁卫生,按卫生要求操作,严防食物中毒,杜绝肠道传染病的发生。

 五、保管好炊具、食品等物资,不浪费、不丢失。

 六、准时开饭,做好饭菜的保温和降温工作。

 七、上班时间必须穿工作衣、戴工作帽,勤剪指甲、勤洗手,搞好个人卫生。

 幼儿园保管员岗位职责

 一、对所保管用品心中有数,账物相符。

 二、物品合理保管,保持卫生、整洁、不损坏。

 三、出入库登记清楚,手续完备,避免财产浪费、丢失。

 四、每学期末清查账物一次,制出清单向分管领导汇报。

 五、每月定期检查一次大型玩具、场地设备、房舍家具等情况,发现问题及时维修、更换。

 幼儿园门卫岗位职责

 一、门卫必须坚守岗位,按时开关大门。

 二、幼儿出入园门要有大人陪伴,防止幼儿独自跑出幼儿园。

 三、非本园人员不能随意出入幼儿园,陌生人出入要询问,因公来访登记后方可入园。

 四、携带包裹、行李及其他贵重物品,必须由有关负责人开出证明,门卫进行核对后方可带出。

 五、做好幼儿园院内的环境卫生及绿化工作,保持美观整洁。

 六、院内各处设施发现有脏乱现象或不安全现象要及时发现,及时采取相关措施。

 幼儿园卫生保健制度

 一、新生入园和新工作人员到岗均要经体检合格后方可入园,不招收患有先天心脏病、癫痫、高烧抽搐等有事故风险疾病的幼儿。

 二、幼儿及工作人员每年全面体检一次。每学期测量身高体重一次、测视力一次、验血色素一次、对幼儿身体健康发展状况进行分析。

 三、坚持晨检制度,发现疾病及时处理,并做好记录。发现传染病及时隔离报告,采取相应防治措施,防止疾病扩散。

 四、制定合理的一日作息时间。两餐间隔不少于3小时,每日户外时间不少于3小时。

 五、建立体弱幼儿档案,定期对体弱儿进行检查和分析,提出保健措施。

 六、为幼儿提供合理膳食,每周制定带量食谱,定期计算营养摄取量,每月召开膳食委员会。

 七、每天保证供应充足的温度适中的开水,每天起床后、课间、运动后提醒幼儿饮水,培养幼儿自觉饮水的习惯。

 八、培养幼儿良好的卫生和生活习惯,对幼儿进行安全教育,增强自我保护意识,养成正确的坐、立、行、走姿势,为幼儿成长奠定良好基础。

 九、搞好环境卫生工作,保证空气流通,做好日常用品清洗消毒工作。

 幼儿园伙食管理制度

 一、儿童伙食实行民主管理,每月开一次伙食委员会。征求各方意见,结合进食量、营养计算结果及幼儿身高、体重达标情况,讨论食谱的制订及制作等问题。

 二、根据儿童年龄特点科学制订食谱。食谱应每周更换一次,做到营养平衡、花样多。每月计算一次营养量。

 三、早晨9点,保育员将幼儿出勤人数报告食堂,准确掌握幼儿人数,避免食物不足或浪费。

 四、严格遵守采购、验收制度,认真登记出入库食物数量,月底盘库。库房专人负责,双人双锁出入库,手续齐全。

 五、开饭时间不提前、不推后,结合不同季节,保持适宜温度,保证每餐吃饱吃好。

 六、严格执行食堂“五四”制和食品卫生要求,不买腐烂变质的食物,不买三无产品。严格做到生熟分开,搞好食具消毒,搞好食品卫生和环境卫生,严防食物中毒,防鼠防蝇。

 七、伙食费专款专用,精打细算、计划开支,每月结算,公布账目。

 幼儿园学习及教研制度

 一、每周安排一次学习和教研活动时间。

 二、学习时做到严肃认真,不迟到、不早退、不闲聊、积极参加讨论、认真做好记录。无特殊情况不得请假。

 三、外出学习时,事先准备好笔记本,不迟到、不早退,做好记录并主动向领导汇报。

 四、每月举行一次班级工作汇报。每月写一篇教育笔记。每学期进行一至两次相互观摩活动。

 五、各年级组根据幼儿园计划的培养目标,结合我园实际情况,制订学期教研计划,及时吸取国内外幼教信息,有计划地组织保教人员搜集、整理、编写资料,定期组织学习与讨论,并在实践中探索,不断交流总结?验,使教研活动有针对性,有特色性。

 六、园长(或保教主任、教研组长)定期或不定期抽查教师的教育计划、教育笔记。检查保教人员一日组织活动或某个生活环节,及时与保教人员交换意见。

 七、每学期进行一次园、班级全面总结。每学年进行一次教育、教学专题总结,并将其载入个人档案资料。经评选出的总结、论文装订成册,并给予表彰奖励。

 幼儿园劳动纪律制度

 一、不迟到、不早退。上班时间不经批准不能离开幼儿园。上班时间安心、专心、不聊天、不串班、不做私事。

 二、工作人员严禁使用幼儿物品及公物。不在幼儿园内存放私人无关用品。

 三、尊重幼儿,坚持正面教育,要求幼儿做到的成人自己要先做到。严禁体罚或恐吓、讽刺、挖苦幼儿。

 四、同事之间互相尊重,严以律己,宽以待人。不传闲话,不恶意对人。

 五、不能强求家长为个人办事。

 六、穿着要整洁大方,不浓妆艳抹,举止端庄、谈吐文雅。带班时间不穿高跟鞋,不梳披肩长发,不留长指甲。

 七、进入幼儿园严禁吸烟、随地吐痰。爱护园内花草树木,不随便私自采摘。

 幼儿园安全检查制度

 一、教师保育员要以幼儿为中心。关注幼儿在各项活动中的安全。带班时间不得与人聊天,不得离开幼儿;不允许幼儿离开老师的视野。活动前做“三检查”(即检查场地、设备、幼儿情绪、衣着);“一交待”(向幼儿交代纪律与玩法);活动时注意观察幼儿活动内容和方式;活动后清点幼儿人数并讲评。

 二、上班人员交接时一定要认真清点幼儿人数,户外活动外出返回均要认真清点人数,家长接送孩子按接送程序进行。

 三、值午睡班时,工作人员勤巡视,细心观察,防止幼儿在被窝内发生意外。

 四、经常检查幼儿的口袋,不让幼儿玩带玻璃、硬币、钉子等呈尖角的危险物品,以防伤害幼儿。

 五、妥善保管药物,喂药时要仔细核对。有毒物品由专人管理,严禁在班上存放。药物的保管和服用由医务人员负责。药品和洗涤水(粉)的保管:①写好名称(幼儿的药品要写好药名和人名,洗衣粉和洗厕精要写好品名),置于幼儿拿不到的地方;②成人无论什么药都不能放在外面。

 六、热汤热水严禁进班,防止发生烫伤。拿饭、拿水时要打招呼,要躲开幼儿走。热汤和水要加盖放在幼儿碰不着的地方。开饭时,饭菜、汤不烫手才能让幼儿端,饭、菜、汤不能从幼儿头上过。不随便倒开水。

 七、幼儿安全教育“五不”:不触摸各种电器开关;不乱食花、草、种子、药物、食品;不把小物件衔在口中;不放脏东西和危险品在口袋里;不离开老师。教育幼儿进食时不谈笑,含饭在口中时不去做其他事。

 八、刀、剪、暖瓶、灭害灵等危险物品要放在幼儿不易取到的地方。注意房屋、场地、家具、用具、玩具、活动器械、电器设备的安全使用,每月检查一次。大型体育器械、电器每周检查一次,并做好检查记录。避免触电、砸伤和摔伤等事故发生。

 九、幼儿园内各种电器在用完后拔下插头,所有电插座放置在幼儿摸不到的地方。节假日需切断电源,防止火灾。

 十、若发生人身事故,必须送交医务人员处理,及时到正规医院就诊。

 十一、事故责任人必须在一天内写出报告,园内召开事故分析会,做好事故的善后处理。

 十二、每学期签订一次安全责任书,各项安全措施落实到人。

 十三、任何人不得私自留人在幼儿园住宿(包括幼儿园宿舍)。如有亲属需要暂时留宿,必须先报告给园长审批同意后方能留宿。

  幼儿园班级交接班制度

 一、上下午班、午睡班老师要互相沟通,配合一致地向幼儿进行体、智、德、美全面发展的教育,及时交换情况,研究解决问题的办法。

 二、要求交班老师认真填写交班记录,接班老师认真检查每一个幼儿的身体状况,幼儿人数与交班记录相符,方可签上自己的名字,谁签名谁负责,如接班人未签名,发生事故由交班人负责。因此,交班人应要求接班人在检查幼儿身体后签上自己名字方可离岗。

 三、交班记录内容如下:

 1. 幼儿基本情况(人数、情绪及健康状况、带药情况及对体弱儿的照顾等)。

 2. 幼儿进食情况、教育教学情况、活动情况。

 3. 有无事故发生(包括小伤、破皮情况)。

 4. 家长工作。

 四、无论任何情况,交接班程序不能简化,交接班记录不得漏写或补写。

 幼儿园班务财产管理制度

 一、分配各班使用的财产、物资要分类编号,立册登记,由班主任负责保管。每学年结束前,教师及保育员要协同班主任清点班务财产,如数交班。新接管的班主任按册验收,数目相符则在交接栏内签名,以示班务财产、物资交接清楚。

 二、各班保管使用的财产、物资,非本班人员不得擅自拿用。若有特殊需要可向该班班主任借用,用后归还。如有损坏则由借用人负责赔偿。

 三、如班务财产在使用期间有损坏、遗失,由班主任向后勤园长报告。属合理损耗的准予注销并根据需要重新补发,登记入册,如无需要不补发。若属不合理损耗,则由当事人负责赔偿。

 幼儿园园务财产管理制度

 一、凡园内公共活动场地,如音体室、会议室等所陈设的体育器械、电器设备、教具、玩具、桌椅床铺等均由后勤园长立册登记、管理。此类物资未经后勤园长同意不得擅自搬动,挪作部门使用。若有违反,后勤园长有权追究责任,对毁坏、遗失者要处理并赔偿。

 二、放置于体育器材室内的体育活动器械,班级若因授课需要移动使用后,应负责放回存放地点。有损坏时应向该室负责人报告及时检修。

 三、各功能室的财产、物资要分类编号列册登记,专人保管,每学期清点一次,发现毁、损、错、漏要报告后勤园长,检查原因。各班级向教具室、资料室借用的教材教具要登记,定期退还。若有遗失或损坏,视情节轻重由其负责修理或赔偿。医疗室除搞好医疗器材的保管外,还要进行药物建账核算,每学期清点一次。

 幼儿园物品购买、领取、借用制度

 一、各班必须在每学期开学第一周制定出本班一学期所需的办公用品计划,?园长审批后,由后勤副园长统一安排购买。

 二、购买急用物品时,必须先写一份申请报告,经园长批准购买。

 三、保育员必须在每周一将本周的幼儿生活用品计划交保管员,由保管员统计后交后勤副园长签字,统一登记收发。

 四、领取用品有多余时应及时退回,不能在班上积压甚至挪做私用。

 五、借用幼儿园财产(包括图书等)须写借条或签名,并在规定时间内归还。如有损坏或不按时归还者,视情节轻重照价赔偿或加倍赔偿。赔偿金从本月工资中扣除。

 幼儿园库存物资管理制度

 一、凡进库的一切物资都要验收、清点、过秤、记账。

 二、腐烂变质的物品不准入库,及时清理物品。

 三、库房要有防鼠、防蝇、防虫措施,要保持通风干燥。

 四、库存物资要做到账、物相符。

 五、严格出入库手续,出入库必须签字。

 六、库存物资不能借给私人,库房钥匙不能交给他人。

 七、库房要卫生、整洁,物资摆放整齐有序。对库内物品心中有数,能及时找出。

 幼儿园班级卫生消毒工作细则

 一、环境卫生:

 1、保持室内外清洁卫生、物品要整齐。每日一小扫,每周五一大扫。

 2、保持室内空气流通,每日早晨、中午起床后开窗换气。

 4、班上厕所每天随用随清洗,周五用洁厕精洗1次。

 5、班上活动室每天拖地3次。周五用消毒水拖地1次。桌椅柜每天抹1次。

 7、床上用品每月洗晒1次。

 二、个人卫生:

 1、幼儿饭前便后要用肥皂洗手,饭后漱口擦嘴。每周剪一次指甲。

 2、工作人员要保持仪表整洁,不留长指甲。

 三、消毒工作

 1、餐具和餐巾每餐后洗净蒸20分钟,水±每天洗后蒸20分钟,毛巾每天换洗并蒸20分钟。

 2、每天用紫外线消毒灯消毒一次睡室和活动室,每次20分钟(幼儿不在场时)。门把手、楼梯扶手等处每天用消毒液擦洗一次。

 3、幼儿玩具用每0.3%的消毒水泡15分钟,不能浸泡的玩教具及书籍在阳光下晒1小时或紫外线灯下照20分钟。
