　 三、信访受理

　 1-6月，办公室共受理和协助办理政协委员提案6件，接待市民来访5次，受理“12345”市长公开电话73件，回复媒体及网民留言61件次，确保了公司管辖范围内的各类信访问题“件件有回复、事事有落实”。鉴于在信访工作上的出色表现，市局信访法制处领导给予了我们高度的评价，并将公司信访工作处理机制和开展情况作为可供借鉴的宝贵经验，在市局信访会议上作深入的介绍和推广。

　 四、软件建设

　 为深化公司内部管理，年初以来，办公室修改完善了原有的《废旧物资回收处理管理办法》；重新制定了《应急管理工作制度》、《突发公共事件应急预案》、《信访工作考核办法》、《工程决算内部审计管理制度》和《自接工程发包规范管理制度》等制度，进一步理顺了工作程序，明确了分工责任，提高行政效率。与此同时，还组织实施了OA办公系统建设，大力推进了办公自动化、信息化建设，极大地提高了行政命令的传输效率，节约了办公资源，改善了办公条件。

　 五、公务办理

　 牢固树立一盘棋的思想，按照“工作要细，落实要快，督办要勤”的要求，积极协调，及时处理解决各方面问题，确保联系便捷，政令畅通，各类日常工作正常运行、顺利开展。同时，加强文件传阅、文件印发等环节的管理，严格审核把关；做好各市

　 局办公会议、公司行政会议的前期材料准备、会期服务、会后材料整理等工作；切实抓好公司各类文件的起草工作，凡重要文字材料，均由办公室审核、把关、印发。截止目前，办公室共起草、印发各类文件、通知、公函63份，约13万字，填报、反馈各类报表、资料117件次，约7.5万字。从总体上看，上半年，公司公文办理工作进一步规范，材料质量和语言组织水平有了较大的提高。

　 六、内部管理

　 切实维护干部职工权益，及时调整、如期发放工资、奖金，抓好各类节庆期间的福利发放工作；准确核定公积金及五大保险金基数，按规定及时对每位干部职工的公积金、五金进行调整；做好工商年检、劳动保障年检等工作，进一步加强对各类资质证书的管理；加强劳动合同管理，依法签订和续订劳动合同；规范档案管理，切实做好各类档案的整理、归档和保管等工作；按市局规定程序，完成公司部分房屋的拍租工作，并及时收取租金和水电费用；加强食堂管理，尽最大可能为干部职工提供可口的饭菜。
