Barrett食管临床分析 临床食管分段

　　[摘要]目的分析Barrett食管(Barrett esophagus,BE)患者的临床特点、胃镜下表现及食管动力改变,做到早期发现,早期治疗。方法 回顾分析152例BE患者的临床资料。结果 102例行食管动力检查提示食管下段括约肌压力(lower esophageal sphincter pressure, LESP)及食管下段括约肌与胃内间的屏障压(LESP-GP)明显降低,酸反流总时间、酸反流总次数以及食管下段pH 　　参考文献
