　随着生活水平的提高，工业发展所致的环境污染，吸烟等不良行为，导致慢性非传染性疾病之一恶性肿瘤发病率死亡率急剧上升，世界卫生组织在日内瓦召开的第18届国际抗癌联合大会发表的1份研究报告称，全球癌症状况将日益严重，全球52亿人口中癌症患者约有2200万人，今后20年新患病者人数将由目前的每年1000万增到1500万，因癌症而死亡的人数也将由每年600万增至1000万。我国每年约有160万人新患癌症，130万人死于癌症。

　据2003年统计数据显示，恶性肿瘤已成为我市市区第一位死因。其中肺癌为恶性肿瘤发病、死亡之首。沈阳市恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率均呈上升趋势，死亡率由97年的148.25/10万上升到2003年的172.1/10万，上升30%。其中上升幅度最快的是肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌。近年死亡前3位均为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌，成为危害我市居民健康和生命的主要疾病之一，所以要大力宣传肿瘤防治知识，以此减少肿瘤发病率，延长患者生命。降低死亡率，造福全市人民。

　（9）、维生素C、A、E及微量元素硒、锌可预防癌；

　2、与胃癌发病密切相关因素

　（1）、经常接触有害物质；

　（2）、很少吃新鲜蔬菜、水果；

　（3）、经常吃盐渍食物、重盐；

　（4）、不良饮食习惯；

　（5）、忧虑、紧张；

　（6）、近亲家族肿瘤史

　? 肝癌的防治

　1、肝癌的致病因素

　（1）、肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌之间关系已相当明确。有关资料表明乙型肝炎病毒的一些片段可渗入促使肝细胞癌变的基因中去。即：肝炎病毒促使了肝癌的发生。

　（2）、黄曲霉毒素：它的毒素B对肝脏有强烈的毒性，肝脏受它作用后发生炎症、硬化最终癌变。

　2、肝癌的预防

　（1）、严格注意饮食，饮水卫生，食前一定要洗手。

　（2）、不吸烟，不酗酒，适当注意营养。

　（3）、尽量吃新鲜蔬菜、水果，不吃霉变食物，少吃烟熏、硝制及腌制的食品。

　（4）、注意体育锻炼，不断增强体质。

　（5）、保持心情舒畅，精神愉快；提倡文明生活道德修养。

　3、哪些人群应经常接受检查

　（1）、曾患过乙型肝炎五年以上的人。

　（2）、乙型肝炎病毒携带者。

　（3）、在肝癌高发地区出生或在那里生活十年以上的人。

　（4）、慢性肝炎患者。

　（5）、严重酗酒、吸烟或和有毒化学物质密切接触的人。

　上述人员应每半年作一次体格检查，同时作甲胎蛋白和肝功测定及B超检查。

　大肠癌的防治

　1、

　排便时见到新鲜的血液，常提示肛门直肠有毛病。什么毛病呢？可以自我鉴别。

　如果您有便秘史，大便较干，便后有数量不多的出血，或在擦手纸上可见一些血迹，排便时肛门疼痛，有时可能很剧烈，有些在排便完后，尚可有一段时间疼痛，这基本上提示为肛裂。

　出血量较多，排便时有连续滴血，血液与粪便不相混合，无论是干便还是软便都有便血，但肛门无排便痛，有些内痔病人一蹲下，未排出粪便前就先有鲜血滴出。这粪便往往提示有内痔存在。

　小儿便血，有时排便时肛门有肿物脱出，粪便外观有一凹槽可见，这大多数为直肠息肉。便血量不多，肛门感到坠痛不适，且常有便意感，往往是肛隐窝炎。

　假如便血量较多，伴特殊腥臭，且有排便的进行性困难，全身消瘦乏力，有时粪便中尚含粘液或稀水样暗红分泌物，要考虑到患直肠癌的可能。中年以上的成人应特殊警惕肠癌。

　2、高危人群

　（1）、年龄在35岁以上，生活富裕，以吃荤食为主的人；

　（2）、有血吸虫病病史；

　（3）、已经证实的大肠腺瘤患者，或曾经患过大肠腺腺瘤者；

　（4）、经常便秘者；

　（5）、经过正规治疗不愈的所谓“菌痢”患者；

　（6）、生活环境没有改变而大便排便习惯改变者；

　（7）、大便外形有改变者；

　（8）、大便带粘液、带血或者大便潜血试验阳性者。

　3、高危人群需作那些检查

　（1）、肛门直肠手指检查；

　（2）、大便潜血试验；

　（3）、血常规检查；

　（4）、直肠镜、乙状结肠镜检查；

　（5）、纤维结肠镜检查；

　（6）、钡剂灌肠。

　乳腺癌的预防

　1、乳腺癌易感因素

　（1）、家属中有乳腺癌患者；

　（2）、40~60岁妇女；

　（3）、曾患乳腺囊性增生或其它良性肿瘤；

　（4）甲状腺功能低下而肥胖者；

　（5）、育后未哺乳或哺乳不规则者；

　（6）、曾有一侧患乳腺癌者；

　（7）、年龄大而未婚或婚后未育者；

　（8）、卵巢功能不正常伴功能性子宫出血；

　（9）、曾患子宫体癌者；

　（10）、多食脂肪者。

　乳腺癌是危害妇女身心健康的常见恶性肿瘤。在欧美国家妇女中，每8~9人中就有1人，在其一生中患乳腺癌。全球每年有120万妇女患乳腺癌，50万妇女死于乳腺癌。所以必须重视乳腺癌的防治。在生活中积极预防乳腺癌。

　2、建立良好的生活方式

　如保持乐观情绪，少吃高脂肪、高蛋白的饮食，尽量不饮酒，多吃新鲜蔬菜、水果、豆类和豆制品。经常锻炼身体，避免肥胖。避免高龄生第一胎，提倡母乳喂养。小心使用性激素类药品，避免不必要的放射线照射。

　3、乳腺癌的早期症状

　乳腺癌很早期的时候，临床上毫无症状，也无肿块，是很难发现的，除非应用特殊的检查方法。为了早期发现乳腺癌，最好的方法是妇女学会自己定期检查乳房，这样就可以使肿瘤在还未长大之前就被发现自我检查时，如发现乳头溢液或乳房湿疹样改变或很小的结节，不要轻易放过，因为这些异常现象绝大多数为乳腺癌的首先症状。乳头溢液或湿疹样改变，由于内衣被水渍所污染，容易发现，而小结节肿块不痛不痒，不加注意就容易被忽视。每遇到这种情况，应该立刻到医院去作进一步检查。

　患者、医务人员发现乳房的任何微小异常，都应该予以高度重视（而不是精神紧张），如乳房皮肤有轻度的凹陷（医学上叫做“酒窝症”），这些异常变化常是乳腺癌的特征。

　4、乳腺癌的症状有

　（1）、乳房内结节或肿块；

　（2）、部分病人有乳头回缩或乳头溢液；

　（3）、有时皮肤表面可出现橘皮样改变；

　6、乳腺癌的早期诊断

　（1）、乳腺普查

　目前乳腺癌普查的方法主要是采用临床体检和乳腺照相，有时也采用B超检查。普查的对象主要是35岁以上的妇女，一般间隔1~2年，对有乳腺癌家族史和高危人群常作为普查的重点对象。乳腺照相史乳腺癌普查中最重要的手段，异常影像为结节影，微小钙化和乳腺局部结构紊乱。乳腺照相不仅能诊断良、恶性，还能帮助医生早期发现临床查体摸不到的乳腺癌。世界卫生组织和美国癌症协会建议：50岁以上妇女每年做一次乳腺照相，40~90岁妇女每1~2年一次，35~40岁妇女应做一次乳腺照相作为基础资料保存，以便以后作为堆栈。

　乳腺B超是一种经济，简便，无创伤，无痛苦的检查方法，对年轻女性，尤其是妊娠，哺乳期妇女更为适宜，但对微小钙化的检测灵敏性不如乳腺照相。两种方法可以互补，提高乳腺癌的检出率。

　（2）、乳腺自查

　检查的最佳时间是每月月经来潮后一周。对绝经后或子宫切除的妇女可在每月的月初或医生确定适宜的时间检查。

　①、洗澡时检查您的乳房，手易在潮湿润滑的皮肤上移动，将摊平的手轻柔地移动，检查每侧乳房的每个部位，用右手检查左乳，左手检查右乳，检查乳房有无肿块，硬结或皮肤增厚。

　③、平卧检查时，宜在被检乳房侧的肩胛下填放一个枕头或软物，再将同侧的手放在头后，能使乳房组织更均匀地分摊在胸部。将手轻压在乳房皮肤上，以乳头为中心开始于乳房的外上方，右乳依顺时针方向，左乳作反时针向逐渐移动检查，从乳房外圈起，至少三圈，直至乳头。最后，在拇指和食指间轻挤乳头，观察有无乳头溢液。如有溢液一经发现，应立即就医。

　宫颈癌预防

　最近，中国癌症研究基金会、全国肿瘤防治研究办公室制定了中国癌症预防与控制规划纲要（2004~2010年），宫颈癌和乳腺癌被列入八个重点预防与控制的癌症当中。我国20世纪90年代的宫颈癌死亡率比20世纪70年代下降了68.4%。但宫颈癌仍是目前我国妇女中常见的恶性肿瘤之一。随着近年来性病发病率的上升，年轻女性宫颈癌的发病率有上升的趋势。怎样预防宫颈癌呢？要从以下几个方面做起。

　1、要实行计划生育。避免早婚、早育、多产和婚外性行为。同时，要养成良好的卫生习惯，经常清洗外阴，使用消毒卫生巾。男性也应该注意生殖器的清洁卫生，避免经期同房；

　2、要了解宫颈癌的症状。一旦发现可以症状，及时到医院诊断治疗。部分早期和中晚期宫颈癌常见症状是：

　●阴道不规则出血。如性交出血、绝经后出血，年轻患者经期延长、经量多，常被误认为月经不调。

　●白带异常。如白带增多或为血性、黄色或脓样白带，有腥臭味。

　●疼痛。可出现在腰骶部、髂部、下腹部，也可放射至臀部及大腿部。

　●其他症状。如尿频、尿痛、排尿困难、消瘦和发热等。

　3、定期参加宫颈癌普查。普查能查出癌前病变、原位癌、早期癌，若治疗及时，可大大提高宫颈癌的疗效。女性的其他癌症（如卵巢癌及子宫内膜腺癌等）也可以同时得到早期发现。因此，20~70岁的妇女至少每3年进行一次宫颈的细胞学检查，高危人群，如性紊乱者、人乳头瘤病毒感染者应每年检查一次。
