　近年来，，XX镇在县委、县政府的正确领导导下，在县扶贫部门的关心指导下，，坚持以科学发展观为指导，认真贯贯彻市、县关于扶贫开发工作的一系系列方针、政策和部署，不断强化意意识、明确责任、拓宽思路、完善机机制、落实帮扶项目、解决农村实际际困难。重点开展了扶贫搬迁社区建建设和重点贫困村整村推进建设，农农村产业结构调整、危旧房升级改造造和“两项制度”衔接以及农村小额额贷款等等工作，扶贫开发工作均取取得一定成效，群众生产生活条件明明显改善，社会反响好，群众满意度度高。为保证扶贫开发工作有序开展展，镇政府主要采取以下六项措施：：

　一、重责任，抓分工，不断健健全扶贫机制。我镇领导始终把扶贫贫开发工作列入重要议题，成立了以以镇党委书记为组长的扶贫开发领导导小组办公室。负责建立健全扶贫开开发工作机制、拓宽帮扶思路、落实实帮扶项目、解决农村实际困难。

　二重规划，抓统筹，进一步完善扶贫贫规划。根据上级对重点贫困乡镇、、重点村扶贫实行分年度、集中投入入、分批扶助和整体扶助的要求，我我们对全镇10个贫困村的扶贫开发发规划依据实际情况进行了调整和修修订，完善了做得不够详细和不合实实际的地方，使每村的开发规划更贴贴近实际、贴近群众、贴近整村推进进的要求。在此基础上修订完善了全全镇扶贫开发规划，制定年度工作目目标任务，确保扶贫开发工作按步实实施，有序推进。

　四重主主体，抓落实，着力推进各村建设。。我镇积极响应上级号召，不断探索索营造大扶贫格局。在实践中，调动动各方力量，集中捆绑各项资金，加加大我镇的社会主义新农村建设步伐伐。我镇坚持注重贫困村的道路、桥桥梁、人饮等基础新建与修缮工作。。本年度我镇首先按照县扶贫办下达达的任务启动实施了XXXXX等77个村扶贫开发重点村灾后重建道路路建设工程，新修沙石路21条200.7公里。新建成间坪二组、陈家家沟一组、麻池二、五组跨河桥四座座。新修间坪村三组沙石路1.1公公里。陈家沟村世行五期贷款项目进进展顺利，投资31.7万元建成沙沙石路2.6公里，投资23.9万万元建成生产路12公里。通过完善善交通运输基础设施，提高服务水平平，极大的改善我镇的交通面貌，方方便了广大群众，得到了广泛的好评评。

　其次，投资18.3万元建成人人饮工程2处。完成王家庄、三泉、、间坪、七一村世行项目规划编制工工作。启动南峪村扶贫互助资金筹资资工作，成立南峪村扶贫基金协会。。

　30万元元新建水柏村文化广场3300平方方米，硬化篮球场800平方米，安安装路灯29盏，为农村的科教文化化事业提供了有力的保障。

　XX万元，，支持农户发展种植业、养殖业，为为农户的产业开发提供资金保障，有有力推动了贫困户脱贫进程。
