 1.教学目的要求

  掌握:乙型肝炎病毒的病毒学特征、致病性与免疫性。

  熟悉:肝炎病毒的概念,人类肝炎病毒的型别及其主要特征;乙型肝炎病毒病毒学检查法及人

  工自动免疫的应用。

  General Goal: To know the major causes of this disease, how they are transmitted, and the major manifestations of the disease.

 Specific Educational Objectives: The student should be able to:

 1.describe the common causes of blood-borne hepatitis and how they are transmitted. know the common means of transmission and what people groups are more likely to be infected.

 2. describe the major manifestations of this disease. Know what human cells the viruses replicate in.

 3. diagnose (infected or not) and stage (acute, window period, chronic, infectious, etc.) hepatitis B via serological testing. Therefore you should know the difference between a serological test for an antigen (HBsAg) and for an antibody (antiHBs).

 4.define the difference between acute infections, chronic infections, fulminant hepatitis, which hepatitis virus infections are more likely to result in hepatocellular carcinoma.

 5.describe how you can prevent hepatitis B infections.

  变异株的研究、HBV受体研究、乙肝防治:

 乙肝病毒DNA聚合酶活性区发生变异与拉米夫定。

 人体基因多态性与HBV/HCV感染间关系:宿主在乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染后不同的临床发展过程,除了与病毒本身的因素有关外,更重要的是由于不同个体对HBV/HCV感染所发生的免疫反应的不同。人白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)、细胞因子及细胞间粘附分子-1与机体免疫功能状态密切相关,并在乙、丙型肝炎免疫发病机理中起重要作用,其中某些基因的多态性可能导致机体免疫功能状态的差异,因而决定着HBV/HCV感染的不同临床转归。
