　 无邪教创建示范工程实施方案

　根据市、县有关防范和和处理邪教工作的要求，进一一步夯实反邪教基层工作，全全面提升反邪教创建工作水平平，达到弘扬正气、抵制邪气气、净化社会环境、维护社会会稳定的总体目标，特制定本本方案。

　以预防、教育、转转化、惩治为手段，以“无邪邪教乡”创建为载体，全面提提升基层干部、群众的政治思思想素质，为全面建设社会主主义新农村创造良好的社会环环境。

　1、在全乡范围内开开展一次涉邪分子摸排工作，，做到保护合法信教、打击非非法传教。要求各村对辖区内内的宗教活动场所、信教人员员活动进行详细的调查摸底、、分类登记，并建立一套完整整的档案。

　2、开展形式多多样的反邪教警示教育及“无无邪教创建示范工程”活动。。要求各村通过刷写宣传标语语、召开群众会议等形式，宣宣讲邪教的危害及如何防范邪邪教，同时积极开展“崇尚科科学、反对邪教、珍爱生命””的宣讲活动，从而让广大干干部群众、中小学生认清什么么是邪教及其危害性。

　3、、组建 “无邪教创建示范工工程”活动领导小组和信息网网络。各村要成立工作领导小小组，明确信息员和联络员。。领导小组组长由单位一把手手担任。各村信息员由村治保保主任担任，各村民小组的信信息联络员由组长兼任，并明明确信息联络员的工作职责和和考核办法。

　4、加强信息息员、联络员的业务培训，加加大对邪教人员帮教转化力度度。明确每月28日为乡例会会时间和业务培训时间，严格格签到制度，同时做到会议有有记录、培训有内容、辅导有有材料。
