不同浓度胰岛素对毛乳头细胞的生物学作用的研究_胰岛素的生物学作用

  [摘要]目的:了解不同浓度胰岛素对毛乳头细胞的生物学作用。方法:人头皮组织分离、培养、获得毛乳头细胞,根据胰岛素浓度分为1×10-8、1×10-7、1×10-6mol/L 3个组,设无胰岛素培养液为对照组。应用不同浓度胰岛素的2%新生牛血清培养液培养毛乳头细胞3天,分别用 MTT 法测定毛乳头细胞的增殖;AnexinV/PI 双染色法测定毛乳头细胞的凋亡情况;体外细胞划痕法测定其迁移能力。 结果:与对照组比较,1×10-8、1×10-7mol/L 胰岛素组毛乳头细胞增殖、抗凋亡及迁移能力显著增加( P   1.6统计学处理:采用SPSS 10.0统计软件包进行统计分析。数据以均数±标准差表示,组间比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用LSD-t检验,P   [9]Krugluger W, Rohrbacher W, Laciak K. et al.
