　机关领导多、干部多，是权力集中的地方，往往成为不正之风侵袭的重点部位，是各种违纪问题的“多发地带”。机关党支部是党在机关的基层组织，对机关的党风廉政建设负有直接责任，必须充分发挥其在加强机关党风廉政建设中的职能作用。
