　 一、存在的问题和不足：

　 1、思考问题不够深入，工作方法不多。表现在：抓支部工作平均用力，未能结合本车间工作实际作深入地思考，停留在上级怎么布置支部就怎么贯彻，支部工作创新不够，重点工作不够突出，支部工作,成绩不够明显。

　 3、斗争性不够强，工作不够大胆。表现在：工作上对职工的要求不够高，工作満足于一般化，对职工的一些小毛病停留在口头批评上，好人主义思想存在，批评与自我批评不够，思想顾虑较大，讨论问题时未能充分发表自己的意见建议，导致在一些决策措施制定时不够好，不够全面。

　 4、对党员的教育管理力度不够大。表现在：在抓支部“三会一课”制度的落实上有差距，抓党员的政治理论学习有所放松，抓党员的技术业务培训不够，对个别较落后的党员处置不力、帮助不够，党员先锋模范作用的发挥有差距。

　 二、原因分析：

　 1、思考问题不够深入，工作方法不多的原因：一是政治理论学习不够。虽然这几年本人参加了中央党校、省委党校及段组织的一些政治理论学习，有一定的政治理论基础，但在实际工作中仍然感觉到理论水平不高，对一些深层次的东西还不能从理论上予以把握。由于理论学习不够，导致在平时工作中思考不够深入。二是对支部工作重要性认识不足，导致在平时工作中对支部工作重视不够，思考不多，満足于上级怎么布置就怎么抓工作。由于认识不足，思考不多，导致对如何抓好支部方法不多，创新不够。三是畏难情绪较大。工作中碰到困难时没有立足于自身实际，主动想办法加以克服或解决，而是自我安慰，听之任之，等待条件成熟时再解决，因而往往造成工作被动、拖拉。
