　乡镇爱国卫生月工作总结

　为认真落实市和县爱国卫生工作会议精神，扎实推动我镇爱国卫生工作深入有序地开展，坚持弘扬求真务实精神，大兴求真务实之风，集中力量、千方百计，有计划、分阶段解决社会公共卫生老大难问题。实现卫生靠突击向以人为本，提高公共环境健康质量为目标的转变，保证创建我镇内涵建设七项综合治理指标的顺利完成。现将落实创建卫生镇工作情况汇报如下：

　一、对全镇的环境卫生进行整治

　为保持城镇环境卫生和我镇的镇容镇貌干净整洁，特别是镇村结合部以及农村的脏、乱、差问题，镇爱卫办要求各村委会制定出辖区内环境卫生管理制度，广泛发动群众经常开展环境卫生整治活动，彻底清除室内外、背街小巷垃圾、污物、卫生死角等。村委会还成立了卫检查组，对抚仙湖沿岸村组卫生进行检查，评比；村委会负责城镇垃圾清运工作对镇村结合部环境卫生进行治理，共出动清运车辆3次，清理污染水沟1500米，卫生死3处，清除乱帖乱画小广告18处，清除垃圾25吨；新建垃圾池6个，配备垃圾小推车15张，杜绝垃圾积存，保证垃圾清运的正常进行；加大对环境卫生设施的保洁力度，对集镇周围垃圾每天打扫一次，及时清理垃圾池内的垃圾，使我镇环境卫(来源： http://）生有了显著的改善。镇区各单位严格落实“门前五包”的管理办法，进行统一的要求，统一管理，加大对居民生活环境的改善和建设，建立了保洁制度，对绿化带、街道垃圾进行了统一清运，集镇环境卫生和农村卫生都得到了大大的改善。

　二、开展旱厕改水厕整治

　今年年初，我们已制定出改厕目标，明确了各村委会的改厕任务，镇爱卫办对我镇的旱厕改水厕工作进行了部署落实，提出了具体的要求和改善措施，积极推进旱厕改水厕的步伐。积极开展“亿万农民健康促进活动”，养成“一日四不”的卫生习惯，使农民树立了良好的卫生意识，加大对农村的改厕力度。对全镇5处大的自来水蓄点每月进行10次投药消毒，保证饮用水的卫生安全。

　三、开展除四害工作

　利用县农业局植保站和我镇农科站每年两次灭鼠机会，爱卫办和农科站共对四个村委会发放毒饵4.吨；和镇卫生监督点发放灭蝇粘板平方米，约7000余张.有效地控制四害对人的危害。

　四、开展环境卫生宣传检查

　加大对环境卫生的整治力度，在四月份的爱国卫生月活动中组织了村委会、司法所、共青团、学校等部门进行了卫生环境大检查，对不重视卫生环境的单位进行了暴光和责令整改等措施，同时对卫生死角进行了清理整顿。掀起了一个创卫新高潮。加大宣传力度，发放宣传单400余份，宣教展板7块，黑板报2期，制定了《镇第十九个爱国卫生月宣传活动计划》和爱国卫生月活动实施方案，对镇直机关、站所和村委会进行了通知，营造了良好的创建氛围。开展健康知识宣传教育，进学校、进农村进行实地宣讲教育，达到了人人了解、人人支持、人人防卫的目的，提高了卫生健康意识。

　五、开展餐饮业、公共卫生场所卫生达标整治工作。

　组织卫生院食品卫生执法人员、镇食品安全监管站成员对我镇的餐厅、公共场所卫生达标情况进行了一次全面的检查，对不符合卫生条件的经营者进行了警告停业整顿并发出健康体检通知8份，根据食品卫生法开展了清理检查，切实加强了监督管理，对餐饮业的卫生环境和器具消毒及除“四害”进行了督查，确保了卫生工作的顺利开展和有效进行。

　六、开展交通秩序的整治战役

　派出所、镇爱卫办、村委会集镇管理员等部门相互协作，密切配合，联合整治了集贸市场、新大桥等交通秩序。做到了赶集日道路的畅通，闲时农户贩买青花，小瓜有秩序井然，做到了有人管，有人查，人人放心，人人遵守交通规则的良好的社会现象。以宣传新的《道路交通管理条例》为契机，采取了多种形式的宣传活动和开展了不同层次的交通法规培训、教育整治活动，使青、少年儿童、干部职工、各族群众各行其道；增强安全意识和交通法规意识，改变了道路高峰期乱走、乱行、乱窜，交通秩序混乱的现象。
