　 本学期，工会工作在学校党支部的领导下，在上级工会的指导下，在学校行政大力支持下，我们着重落实“创、争”活动，加强师德建设，打造良好的教育形象，坚持履行维护职能，为教职工说话办事；进一步推进学校民主政治建设，强化教代会制度，切实推行校务公开等方面做了一些工作。

　 一、切实加强师德师风建设，打造良好的教育形象。

　 切实加强师德师风建设，是营造良好的育人环境，打造良好的教育形象的必要手段。在这方面我们主要从三方面做工作：一是开展师德师风专题教育活动。首先是学法明理，提高教师依法执教的水平，组织教师学习《教师职业道德规范》、《教育法》、《教师法》、《未成年人保护法》，使大家明确职业道德行为的规范要求及违规处理的规定，从思想观念上增强依法执教的意识。其次是开展师德规范教育自查自纠活动，着力解决师德师风中存在的主要问题。严格自查自纠，并写出书面自查报告，目的是为了进一步塑造zz二中教师健康向上的良好形象，增强教职工爱岗敬业的自觉性，提高全体教师的工作、生活质量。

　 二、送温暖，献爱心。

　 工会是群众组织，是教职工的知心朋友，应该把教职工的冷暖时刻放在心上，关心教职工的实际困难。同时在全校师生中开展了“送温暖，献爱心”活动，为青海玉树地震灾区献爱心捐款12000余元；学校教职工遇有婚丧病假，学校工会都组织人员前去慰问，把学校的关心送到每个教职工的心坎上。真挚的关怀为广大教职工解除了后顾之忧，使他们得以全身心地投入到教育教学活动中，把学校事当作自己事，积极地以主人翁的精神投入到学校管理和建设中，为学校发展作贡献。三八来临之际学校领导班子慰问退休职工、贫困职工、单亲职工；七一来临之际慰问贫困党员和学校党支部帮扶贫困户，本学期慰问教职工15人次，慰问金（慰问品）达1500余元。工会把学校党政的关怀送教职工家中，使每一位教师深感集体的温暖。

　 三、开展丰富多彩的教工文体活动，树立教师健康向上的形象。
