【烟酸片治疗寻常型痤疮的临床观察】 烟酸,痤疮

　　[摘要]目的：观察烟酸对寻常型痤疮的治疗效果。方法：将148例轻、中、重度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组，治疗组口服烟酸，对照组维生素B6、维生素E口服。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为96%和41.09%，治疗组有效人数明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。随访停药2周后的患者复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：烟酸治疗寻常型痤疮具有良好疗效。
