　 市政府语言文字办公室主任述职报告

　 20xx年，我担任**市语言文字工作委员会办公室主任，兼职政府办公室翻译，分管市政府大院卫生、办公室考勤和本单位离退职老干部管理工作。在市委、政府的高度重视和正确领导下，在上级业务部门的关心指导下，我始终坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，认真贯彻落实地委、市委扩大会议和上级语言文字工作会议精神，求真务实，开拓进取，扎实做好语言文字工作和翻译工作，认真履行“上为政府分忧、下为百姓解愁”的工作宗旨，较好地完成了规范语言文字工作和其他各项工作任务。下面，我将今年工作述职述廉如下：

　 一、加强政治理论和政策法规的学习，不断提高工作能力。

　 本人认真学习各项法律法规，一年来，重点学习了邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、十六届五中、六中全会、十七大以及党的路线方针政策，认真学习地委、市委扩大会议精神，进一步提高了政治理论素质，工作作风更加扎实，增强了分析问题、解决问题和明辨是非的能力。

　 二、努力做好本职工作。

　 20xx年，本人在上级业务部门的指导和市委、市政府的正确领导下认真开展各项业务工作。为使我市语言文字工作步入规范化、标准化轨道，迎接自治区对**市的语言文字评估，进一步落实好各项工作，根据上级要求，从宣传入手，利用广播、电视、报刊等媒体，利用每年的“普通话宣传周”活动，联合地市语言文字工作部门大力宣传《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》和《新疆维吾尔自治区语言文字工作条例》以及《**地区社会用字管理办法》等相关法律法规，使全社会都参与到语言文字规范工作中来。二是加大执法力度，为从源头开始治理，组织工作人员走访全市的广告制作商，对其进行语言文字法律法规宣传，发放宣传单，讲解有关语言文字知识，使每个广告制造商都能自觉的制作两种文字的牌匾。他们遇到翻译上的困难，由语委办及时提供翻译服务，保证了牌匾用语的准确性。对新制作的牌匾、印章，协同公安局治安科、城管大队、建设局规划科进行审核、翻译，翻译合格后方可制作。对用字不规范的牌匾、路牌，我们要求限期整改。对全市范围内召开的会议，要求用两种文字的会标，并对其进行审核。

　 在政府办公室，我主要分管卫生、考勤、老干部工作。为创造一个洁净的工作环境，要求大院内的各部门都要按时打扫各自的卫生区，进行定期、不定期检查，确保大院的整洁干净。严格考勤制度，认真组织打考勤，做到不迟到、不早退，有事向领导请假。利用节假日、工作之余走访、慰问老干部，送去慰问品，使他们能感受到党和政府对他们的关怀。

　 三、全面加强党风廉政建设和纠风工作，促进廉洁勤政。

　 20xx年，我不断改进工作方法，加强党风廉政建设，牢记“两个务必”，全面落实“三个代表”重要思想，树立以人为本观念，筑牢拒腐防变道德防线。全面贯彻“八个坚持、八个反对”，深入开展警示教育活动，认真落实党风廉政建设有关规定和制度，廉洁执政，积极开展党廉纠风工作，切实转变工作作风，工作效率得到进一步提高。
