　 抚龙湾社区2015年三委会班子成员分工的决定

　各作业组、及社区三委会班子成员：

　 经社区党支部居委会研究，现就2015年三委会班子成员分工情况通知如下：

　 晏虎山：社区支部书记，主持支部全盘工作，抓好社区干部教育管理和监督。

　 陈拥军：社区支部副书记，主持社区各项工作，主管党费收缴、党务工作级党员远程教育工作。

　 袁拥军：社区居委会主任，主持居委会全盘工作，民事调解工作、土地管理工作，经济建设工作，分管计划生育工作。

　 张金山：社区监委会主任，主持监委会全盘工作，主管监督社区财务工作和作业组财务审查工作，分管各项须向村民公示的各项工作。

　 卢月民：社区文书，主管办理社区各项文秘工作，征兵和民兵工作，分管各作业组的账务管理工作。

　 丁军洛：社区计划生育主任，主管计划生育工作和月季报工作，计划生育中心户长管理工作，分管社区文化活动工作，并抓好领导交办的其它工作。

　 抚龙湾社区2015年各项工作实施方案

　 为了扎实推进社区春季农业生产各项工作早启动、早实施，全年各项任务有目标，按时圆满完成各项任务，年终社区依据考核，结合本社区实际特制定本方案。

　指导思想

　 以科学发展观为指导，认真贯彻落实十八届二中三中全会及中央经济工作会议精神，以稳定粮食生产基础为前提，以市场需求为导向，以农业提质增效，农村和谐稳定，农民持续增收为核心，立足春季，着眼全年，大力发展高产、优质、高效、生态、安全的现代农业。以主导产业为龙头，大力发展一村一品不动摇，为实现农业强、农村美、农民富，是我社区环境优美，经济翻翻的总目标。

　目标任务

　粮食生产，春耕粮食作物面积600亩，其中玉米400亩，豆类200亩；夏粮500亩，全年粮食总产量500吨。

　特色产业，全年生猪饲养达2400头，其中生猪出栏900头，全年点播核桃50亩，良种核桃建园100亩，综合科管26000株，达到人均20株；全年种植烤烟1600亩，产烟叶40000公斤，实现产值600万元。全社区薯类种植面积500亩，其中洋芋450亩，土地流转110亩。

　造林绿化，点播刺槐20亩，杨柳栽植1000株，栽植银杏树1000株，栽植竹子50窝，核桃科管400亩。

　烤烟面积1600亩，全年烤烟总产40000公斤，产值600万元。

　全社区土地合法流转实现1500亩，引导农户集中流转，主导产业走向大户集中。

　采取外出务工人员及经济人带动富余劳动力转移，研究务工人员劳务渠道，增加农民收入，力争外出劳务务工人员达到700人，劳务增收1400万元。

　强化管理，严格督办，确保任务落实，各作业组严格按照社区部署，全额完成各项工作任务，年终评比奖罚兑现。
