 什么是冠状病毒 (coronavirus)

 冠状病毒是一个大型病毒家族,因该病毒形态在电镜下观察类似王冠而得名。

 新型冠状病毒是以前从未在人体中发现的冠状病毒新毒株,中国有相关病例。

 A novel coronavirus is a new strain of coronavirus that has never been found in human body before. China has related cases.

 2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市发现多起不明原因的病毒性肺炎病例,2020年1月8日初步确认了新型冠状病毒为此次疫情的病原。

 Many novel coronavirus cases have been identified in Wuhan, Hubei province since December 2019. In January 8, 2020, the new coronavirus was identified as the pathogen.

 2019新型冠状病毒,即“2019-nCoV”,因2019年武汉病毒性肺炎病例而被发现,2020年1月12日被世界卫生组织命名。

 感染症状Infection symptoms::

 此次感染新型冠状病毒的患者一般表现为发热、乏力、干咳、逐渐出现呼吸困难,而部分患者起病症状轻微,并无发热;

 目前,多数患者为中轻症,预后良好,少数患者病情危重,出现死亡。

 冠状病毒的潜伏期Incubation period of coronavirus

 中国工程院院士、传染病诊治国家重点实验室主任李兰娟1月22日在杭州接受媒体采访时表示,新型冠状病毒感染后的潜伏期预计为14天,要非常重视新型冠状病毒在潜伏期的传染性。

 二是主动防护。在自己咳嗽或打喷嚏时,应用纸巾或袖口或屈肘将口鼻完全遮住,并将用过的纸巾立刻扔进封闭式垃圾箱内,并洗手。

 易感人群应尽量避免去人群密集的公共场所,可佩戴口罩减少接触病原风险。避免在未加防护情况下与病人密切接触,避免触摸其眼、口、鼻。同时注意保持家庭和工作场所开窗通风,环境清洁。

 三是避免密切接触。尽量避免在未加防护情况下与养殖或野生动物近距离接触;避免与生病的动物和变质的肉接触;避免与生鲜市场里的流浪动物、垃圾废水接触。

 四是良好安全饮食习惯。将肉和蛋类彻底煮熟食用,处理生食和熟食之间要洗手,切菜板及刀具要分开
