 德 育 工 作 计 划

 一、指导思想与总体思路

 以党的十七大精神为指导,积极落实科学发展观,进一步贯彻落实国家、省、地、县中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)精神和《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德工作的若干意见》等文件精神,以德育工作要点为抓手,坚持“以人为本,德育为先”的育人理念,不断探索德育工作的新路子,加强师德建设、班主任队伍建设和校园文化的建设。认真做好青少年学生的爱国主义、文明行为养成、心理健康“、办学行为、校园文化建设、班主任建设、建立完善德育体制机制七项教育”。通过生命教育,让学生树立正确的生命观,领悟生命的价值和意义,促进生命的和谐发展;通过生存教育,帮助学生学会判断和选择正确的生存方式,提升生存适应能力和创造能力;通过生活教育,帮助学生确立为个人、家庭、国家和人类的幸福生活而努力奋斗的理想,培养学生的爱心和社会责任感。强化学校、家庭、社会三位一体青少年教育的构建。打造学校德育工作亮点,创建德育建设品牌。提高德育工作科学化水平,提升我校小学生的思想道德素质。

 二、主要工作:

 (一)开展纪念中国共产党建党90周年主题教育活动,加强中小学生理想信念教育和社会主义核心价值观教育

 1、开展爱国主义教育。把开展爱国主义教育活动作为加强青少年学生思想政治教育的重要任务,与庆祝建党90周年、建国62周年等重大活动结合起来,“学党史”、“唱红歌”、“颂红色经典”三项主题活动。围绕“祖国好、家乡美”主题实践活动,开展以“在党旗下成长”为主题的诗文比赛、以“革命诗词”为题材的书法比赛、以及“红歌唱响校园”歌唱比赛、“红色经开展爱国主义教育。把开展爱国主义教育活动作为加强青少年学生思想政治教育的重要任务,与庆祝建党90周年、建国62周年等重大活动结合起来,“学党史”、“唱红歌”、“颂红色经典”三项主题活动。围绕“祖国好、家乡美”主题实践活动,开展以“在党旗下成长”为主题的诗文比赛、以“革命诗词”为题材的书法比赛、以及“红歌唱响校园”歌唱比赛、“红色经典”诵读比赛和“我爱我家”绘画比赛等五项活动结合起来,广泛开展多种形式的主题教育和实践活动。

 3、组织开展学雷锋系列活动,弘扬雷锋精神,培养学生为人民服务的高尚品质。

 4、组织开展“清明节”、“端午节”和“中秋节”等传统节日活动,让学生了解、学习我们中华民族悠久的历史文化。

 5、组织开展“少年强则中国强,少年智则中国智——‘强我国防,兴我中华,学军人风骨,炼世纪人才’万人签名活动”。我校主要以开展:⑴、“国旗下的讲话”活动。继续做好每周一的“国旗下的讲话”活动,加强主题教育,陶冶学生的爱国主义情操。升旗仪式一定要做到服装整齐、精神饱满、举止端庄。⑵、深入贯彻落实《中小学开展弘扬和培育民族精神教育实施纲要》,切实开展“弘扬和培育民族精神月”的国情教育活动。通过多种途径,帮助学生了解我国改革开放以来取得的巨大成就,正确认识当前存在的矛盾和困难,增强学生爱国热情。同时结合重大纪念日,开展好专题教育活动。

 6、组织广大师生积极参加“和谐毕节三关爱”绿丝带志愿服务行动。大力宣传发动全校教师开展与留守儿童结对志愿帮扶工作。认真落实以班级为主体的留守儿童教育管理责任,对各班留守儿童进行摸底调查,制订落实关爱计划和管理方案,建立留守儿童花名册,为“三关爱”志愿服务活动的开展营造良好的环境。做好“六一”儿童节文艺活动及关爱留守儿童志愿服务集中示范活动。

 7、利用品德与生活课、品德与社会课加强尊老敬老教育,形成弘扬优良传统、尊老敬老和爱老助老的良好风尚。特别在10月份“重阳节”时要开展一次主题班队会。

 (二)贯彻落实《中小学文明礼仪教育指导纲要》,加强中小学生文明礼仪教育和行为习惯养成教育

 认真贯彻落实《教育部关于印发〈中小学文明礼仪教育指导纲要〉的通知》(教基—[2010]7号)文件精神,认真开展中小学生文明礼仪养成教育。各校要根据《中小学生守则》和《中小学生日常行为规范》的有关规定,努力培养学生的社会责任感和奉献精神,根据学生身心发展规律,寓德育于教育活动中。

 1、通过生动活泼的校内外教育教学活动,对学生进行“爱祖国、爱人民、爱劳动、爱科学、爱社会主义”为基本内容的社会主义公德教育、社会常识教育和文明行为习惯的养成教育。本学期将从爱国主义教育、养成教育、法制教育等方面入手,正确教育和引导学生,培育一代新人。

 2、实落实学生“行为规范养成训练月”实施方案,集中训练、强化管理,认真落实学生行为规范管理细则,培养学生良好行为习惯。要把学生良好习惯养成教育作为一项长期坚持的重点工作来抓,不断完善学生日常行为管理制度,坚持把养成教育与推进校风校纪建设结合起来,与推进文明学校、文明礼仪教育示范学校和文明班级创建活动结合起来,促进良好校风、校纪的形成。

 (三)贯彻落实教育部《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》,加强中小学生身心健康教育

 1、通过各种有益身心健康的校园活动和社会实践活动,锻炼学生的意志,消除心理障碍和心理危机,培养学生坚韧不拔的意志,艰苦奋斗的精神。

 2、广泛开展生命教育,培养学生尊重生命的意识,理解生命的价值和意义。深入开展生命教育进课堂活动,整合地方课程和校本课程,在学科教学中渗透生命教育,关注学生安全,关爱学生生命,关心学生成长,促进校园和谐。

 3、切实抓好我校反邪教警示教育活动。抓好教职工反邪防邪知识培训,落实好“五个一工程”,即上一次反邪教警示教育法制课、召开一次警示教育主题班会、出一期反邪教黑板专刊、写一篇反邪教警示教育心得体会、向父母作一次反邪教警示教育宣讲。

 4、法制教育活动

 ⑴、普法教育活动。全体教师要加强对学生教育,让学生掌握一定的法律知识,促进他们自觉遵纪守法。特别禁止学生进网吧,要与家长联系,相互交流,共同配合,做好学生的普法教育工作,坚决杜绝一切违法犯罪事件发生。

 ⑵、安全教育活动。安全教育应警钟长鸣,教师要加强校内、校外的安全教育。校内:教师要防止一切安全隐患,杜绝意外事故发生,学生的学习工具使用、课前准备活动、课堂组织安排、课间活动护导、放学清校、季节性食物中毒及传染病防治等环节要高度重视,责任到人、到位。校外:教师要加强交通法规教育,使学生懂得基本的交通法律法规常识,增强自我保护意识,确保人身安全。

 (四)加强规范中小学办学行为工作,大力优化班风、学风、教风、校风

 1、扎实推进“中小学规范办学行为巩固年”的有关工作。

 2、落实教育教学管理各个环节的德育要求。发挥学校主渠道、主阵地作用,全面贯彻落实国家课程方案,严格按照规定开齐课程、开足课时;严格规范学校招生办班行为和教师从教行为;严格控制学生作业量,切实减轻学生课业负担,开发德育资源、突出实践环节、营造文化氛围,建设校园文化,加强班主任队伍建设和全员育人工作。

 3、开展自我教育活动。要让学生成为小主人,发挥学生的主观能动性,培养他们的自我教育和自我管理的能力,并做好个别教育工作,形成良好的班风。

 (五)加强校园文化建设,全力打造书香校园,提升校园文化育德水平

 1、教师要充分利用良好的校园文化、艺术氛围,用好班级、学校阵地,充分发挥黑板报、墙报、宣传橱窗、校园网站、校园广播和班会活动的作用,开展丰富多彩的艺术、体育等校园文化活动,使学生养成良好的行为习惯,丰富学生的校园文化生活。

 2、以学生社团建设为重点,加强学生社团活动建设,开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动,丰富学生课余文化生活。

 3、结合地委关于开展“做毕节试验区人、为试验区添光彩”主题教育读书征文活动和书画比赛的要求,扎实开展经典诵读系列活动,努力打造书香校园。

 (六)加强班主任队伍建设,提升中小学德育师资队伍专业化水平

 1、不断提高班主任德育素养。积极开展班主任培训活动,促进班主任队伍专业化发展,提高班主任育人能力。

 2、健全和完善学校德育校本教研制度,切实开展德育校本教研活动,增强全员育人水平。

 3、积极参与上级优秀班主任评选活动。

 (七)建立完善德育体制机制,提升中小学校德育工作科学化水平

 1、营造学校人人都是德育教师、处处都是德育环境、课课渗透品德教育的“三维德育环境”,构筑学校育人、家庭育人、社会育人互动的“三维育人平台”。

 2、加强家校联系,通过家长委员会及各班家长会促进家校合作育人工作机制的完善。

 3、加强学生校外社会实践。充分利用和整合教育资源,积极引导学生走出校园,走向社会,切实开展丰富多彩的社会实践活动。

 4、整合社会力量,建立完善留守儿童、后进学生、问题学生和贫困学生等特殊群体学生的关爱帮扶机制,开展丰富多彩的帮扶活动,切实培养他们的心理健康品质和思想道德素质。

 5、开展对校本德育工作的评估检查,促进德育机制的进一步健全和规范化、制度化。

 总之,学校的德育工作是学校的首要工作,遵循小学生身心发展的,降低德育工作起点和重心。以追求德育工作的针对性和实效性为基本原则,以提高教师道德素质,促进学校德育工作健康发展为目的,使学校德育工作富有时代特色,充满生命力。

 No personal injury accident occurred, no major accident and above, no major fire accidents without environmental pollution accidents, safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture.

 – Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four.
