　 以往我们讲党课较少涉及到“心理健康”这个话题，但实际上随着社会转型和现代生活节奏的加快，心理健康问题已成为现代人不容回避的现实问题。就党员、干部而言，保持健康的心理尤其重要，它有利于培养健全的人格，有利于保持良好的人际关系，有利于更好地发挥自己的潜能。

　 现在有些地方已经在干部选拔任用中采用了心理测试，可见心理健康已经越来越多地受到人们的关注。

　 那么，如何维护自身的心理健康？希望本期的《党课开讲》能给您以帮助。

　授课目的：通过本课的学习，使广大党员、干部了解心理健康这一科学常识和维护心理健康的重要性；了解社会转型时期广大党员、干部存在的主要心理问题；懂得如何维护自身的心理健康，从而为构建和谐社会作出努力。

　一、维护心理健康的重要性

　（一）什么是心理健康和健康的心理

　心理健康是指智力、情绪、性格等精神方面的健康。健康的心理是指个人在思想、感受和行为上都能适当地协调，既能与人和谐相处，又能适应社会。具体表现为：能有效调动自己的内部潜能，对生活中出现的各种挑战以及工作中所受到的挫折等，滤布能作出恰当和正确的反应。心理调节能力强，就能积极乐观地投入生活、工作和社会活动中。

　（二）心理健康的基本标准

　一个人心理是否健康，可用个人和社会两个指标来衡量。

　1．心理健康的个人指标

　（1）积极稳定的情绪。既有愉快、喜悦，也有愤怒、恐惧和焦虑，但积极的情绪常多于消极的情绪，即使受挫折，也能主动调控自己的情绪，保持愉快、乐观的心态。

　（2）客观正确的自我观念。能正确地认识自己，努力发挥自己的潜能。

　（3）切合实际的职业期望。能根据自己的能力，选择合适的职业和岗位；能根据社会的要求，主动调整自己的职业价值取向，对工作有较高的责任感。

　（4）和谐友善的人际关系。乐于与人交往，与上司、部下和同事和睦相处，能认同别人的长处，也能宽容、理解别人的缺点。

　（5）正常发挥的智能水平。能客观认识事物，分析主观、客观世界，有认识世界、改造世界的能力。

　2.心理健康的社会指标

　（1）恰当的社会期待。对自己角色有良好的认识，能正确实践婚姻家庭、工作及社会等各种角色。

　（2）良好的承受能力。正确面对生活中的各种压力和逆境，积极适应各种情况变化，主动调节自己的心理，具有较高的社会心理承受能力。

　（3）积极的社会行为。能积极帮助他人或采取有益于他人的行动，乐观地看待生活、应对生活。

　（4）完善的社会人格。能以正确的态度对待现实，做到心理活动和行为方式的和谐统一。

　（5）正确的人生态度。对人生的道路有现实而合理的选择，对个人与群体、他人和社会的利益关系能正确对待。

　（三）维护心理健康的重要性

　一个人要想对社会有所贡献，在事业上有所成就，需要一个健康的身体。而健康的身体包括身体健康和心理健康，心理健康是人体健康不可分割的重要组成部分，一个人的心理健康对自身的发展极为重要。

　1．心理健康者具有健全的人格，而健全的人格则有利于自身的发展。具有健全人格的人，一般都有正确的人生观，能正确认识自我和现实，在自我发展中知道自己的长处和短处，竭力发展自我的潜能和价值，努力适应社会的变革和要求。

　2．心理健康者有良好的心态，容易适应社会环境。社会转型期，人们往往有着各种各样的内心困惑、烦恼和焦虑。心理健康的人能及时调整自己的心态，勇于面对现实，努力使自己适应变革中的社会。3．心理健康的人能保持良好的人际关系。一个有健康心理的人，抑制力、自控能力都较强，心胸开阔，在同事之间能互让、互助和互谅，善于为自己创造一个良好的人际环境。

　4．心理健康者有较强的学习和工作能力，有助于自己事业的成功。心理健康者富有责任心和进取心，在学习和工作中更能发挥出自己的潜能，更容易赢得社会对自身价值的认同和赞许，工业滤布从而获得较大的激励，使自己更有创造力。

　二、当前党员、干部中存在的主要心理问题

　（一）自我膨胀

　1．特权感。主要表现为：一是私欲强烈。眼中只盯着权力和利益，把党和人民赋予的神圣权力变为满足私欲的筹码。二是粗暴蛮横。在群众面前摆谱耍大，在工作和生活中粗暴蛮横、独断专行。三是心理失态。为争权夺利，导致心理变态或失衡，相互间勾心斗角，甚至个别的还雇凶杀人。

　2．以自我为中心。一是固执己见。听不进不同意见，知错不改。二是惟我独尊。自以为是，盲目狂热。

　（二）工作倦怠

　1．情绪衰竭。总感觉工作压力大，对工作缺乏冲劲和动力，时常有挫折感。

　2．得过且过。工作无激情，缺乏开拓创新精神，总是被动地应付本职工作，抱着做一天和尚撞一天钟的心理。

　（三）心态失衡

　1．眼红心态。在市场经济大潮中，看到有人富了起来，心理失衡。于是便以自身“优势”以权谋私，做出违法违纪的事来。

　2．扳本心态。这主要表现在“59岁现象”的人身上，认为“有权不用，过期作废”。在这种心态支配下疯狂“扳本”，总想在离退休前捞一把。

　3．投机心态。明知贪污、受贿行为是犯罪，却要飞蛾扑火。这除了金钱的诱惑力外，主要是心存侥幸心理，因此铤而走险。

　（四）自我封闭

　自我封闭心理主要表现为：

　1．人际关系紧张。在工作上不能与领导和同事交流思想、沟通感情。

　2．过分担心。在领导面前小心谨慎、唯唯诺诺，怕得罪领导影响仕途；在同事面前不能坦诚相见，怕得罪同事影响关系。

　3．不信任感。对周围的人缺乏信任，常怀疑别人的所作所为包藏不良动机；把同事看成各种利益的潜在对手，事事设防。因而总感到孤独和落寞。

　三、维护心理健康的有效方法

　(一）建立完善的自我调节系统

　1．正确认识自我与现实。根据社会的变化和要求，及时调整自己的观念、意识和行为，与时俱进，适应社会的发展变化和需要。正确处理个人与集体、个人与社会的关系，正确对待得与失、成与败。

　2．增强心理免疫能力。所谓心理免疫能力，就是每个人自身的积极力量。如勇气、乐观、人际技能、信仰、希望、忠诚、坚韧等。心理免疫能力强，就能以积极的情绪体验生活乐趣，化解各种矛盾和冲突，减少心理疾患。

　3．加强意志锻炼。顽强的意志是一个人战胜挫折、增强心理承受能力的力量源泉。自觉加强意志品质锻炼，提高自身对经济社会发展变化的承受能力，就能做到勇于承受各种挫折，百折不挠，积极向上。

　4．掌握自我调节策略。维护心理健康要学会自我调节，掌握调节策略。如消除烦恼可采用宣泄等自我调控方式；摆脱心理困惑可采用“回避法”“低调法”，适当降低期望值。因“官”念、“钱”途、物欲等引发的困惑，就可采用此法。只要学会自我调节，就可以缓解各种心理压力，享受快乐生活，通达人生。

　5．保持开放的心态。面对困难和逆境，要着眼未来，关注全局，以开放的心态去积极应付。

　（二） 建立有效的社会支持系统

　1．改革和完善干部人事制度。建立有序公正、合理完善的干部人事管理制度，使广大党员、干部在公平、合理的竞争环境中充分施展才华。这有利于维护党员、干部的心理健康，调动党员、干部工作的主动性和积极性。

　2. 改革和完善社会保障制度。健全完善的社会保障体系，是社会的减压阀。随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的深入，一些深层的社会矛盾日益显现，由此引起一些同志的心理疾病。要医治这些心理疾病，除加强自我调节能力以外，改革和完善社会保障制度也十分重要。

　3．提高领导干部的心理领导能力。当今社会，由于一些同志易患心理疾病，因此，现代领导不仅要提高政治领导能力、业务领导能力，还要提高心理领导能力。这就要求领导干部学习掌握基本的心理领导方法和领导艺术，提高心理领导能力，将心理领导科学运用到管理工作的全过程。
