 兴趣是一种内在动力,是学生学习动机形成的重要因素。激发学生学习兴趣,诱发学生学习的欲望,是学生主动学习的前提。要取得好的教学效果,培养学生的学习兴趣显得特别重要。因为小学生的学习目的不强,意志不坚定、自我控制辐射状,他们的努力学习主要依靠学习兴趣来维持的,但小学生好动,好表现自己、模仿力强,教师根据学生这些特点,能使小学生从“要我学”转化为“我要学”,变“被动”为“主动”,从而达到培养能力、发展能力、提高素质的目的。在教学中怎样培养小学生的学习兴趣呢?

 对于小学生,老师都要多表扬,少批评。

 二、 利用直观教学,使学生形象化接受知识。

 利用多媒体教学能使学生直观认识新知识,更容易接受新知识。因为小学生好奇心特别强,而且抓住小学生对动画片持迷这一特点,把他们兴趣引到课堂中往往得到满意的效果,例如在教学《狐狸和乌鸦》中,我利用多媒体设计了狐狸对乌鸦的三次“夸奖”分别制成三张幻灯片,其中设置了狐狸和乌鸦的动画效果,学生聚精会神,对狐狸和乌鸦的一举一动都产生了一丝不苟地观察,并产生了无可估量的兴趣,因此在兴趣中轻松地解决了教学的重点和难点。

  三、设置质疑,并高度重视学生的提问方式,激发学生探索知识。

 因为心理实验证明,一个人只要体验一次成功的快乐和胜利欣慰,便会激起追求无休止成功的意念和力量,一次成功获得,能使学生产生喜出望外的激奋心理。在教学中,抓住学生接受知识的特点,因材施教,兼顾学生不同的解决问题的能力,如给优等生、中等生、后进生提出不同的难易程度的问题,力求安排问题均衡性,让他们力所能及地解决问题,给他们回答结果给予肯定的态度,使他们尝到成功的甜头,并给予鼓励的语气,因而消除他们的自卑感,胆怯心,增强他们自信心,也是培养学生学习兴趣的重要手段之一。

 四、动手实践,充分调动学生学习气氛。

  1、学生动手操作,兴趣与知识一举两得。邓小平曾说过“实践是检验真理的唯一标准。”在教学活动中给学生亲自动手操作,然而在亲手操作中会发现各种尽不同问题,从而达到解决实际问题是教学的新理念之一。在教学中,我们时常会发现学生爱搞小动作,可见学生的好动心理是正常现象的,如果我们合理的运用小学生这一心理特点到教学活动中,就会达到一举两得的效果,即能满足他们好动的要求,又能在愉悦中获取知识。例如在《圆的认识》教学中,课前我给学生准备好硬纸、尺子、剪刀、圆规等学习用具,在授课时我给学生亲自动手画圆,剪圆,量圆的半径和直径,并且在不同的圆里找出的异同点,通过学生动手,教师的点拨,把圆的特点知识在兴趣中获取。

  2 、分组合作学习,取长补短,能发挥多种渠道获取更多知识。分组合作学习,能把学生置于实践活动中,充分发挥“三个臭皮匠,胜过一个诸葛亮。”例如在学习“用多种方法解运用题”中,给学生分组合作,把精力投入合作实践当中,通过各组的积极配合,得到不同的解题方法,尝到了集体努力的结果,因而集体主义感增强了,学习积极性提高了,对问题的探讨越来越感兴趣了。

 五、教会学习方法,循序渐进掌握知识。
