　一、指导思思想坚持以人为本,坚持科学学的发展观,坚持以我局的改改革、发展为中心,充分发挥挥党组织的政治优势、思想优优势和组织优势,不断加强和和改进党的思想、组织、作风风和制度建设,增强党组织的的凝聚力和战斗力;不断加强强局领导班子建设,把局领导导班子建设成为坚持贯彻“xxxxx”重要思想的坚强领领导集体;不断加强党员队伍伍和职工队伍建设,提高职工工队伍整体素质;不断加强思思想政治工 作,不断加强精精神文明建设,为我局的改革革和发展提供政治思想和组织织保证。

　二、工作思路。

　结合本单位实际,围绕“四四城”建设目标,坚持党要管管党、从严治党的方针,突政政绩、求发展、创新优。全方方位、多层次研究党建工作整整体思路,并做到适应新形势势、把握新特点、探索新方法法、开辟新途径,力求科学性性、实效性、主动性,有计划划,有针对性地开展党建工作作。把我局领导班子建设成为为学习创新、民主团结、勤政政为民、清正廉洁成效显着的的“四好”领导班子;把党支支部建成团结、带领、教育职职工同心同德完成各项工作任任务的战斗堡垒;把党员队伍伍建设成为各项工作中发挥先先锋模范作用的骨干力量。

　三、加强学习,提高党员整整体素质。

　全体党员通过开开展学习实践科学发展观活动动,重点学习《毛泽东邓小平平xx论科学发展观》、《科科学发展观重要论述摘编》、、党的xx大会议精神、党的的xx届三中全会精神、全国国“两会”精神、党的十一届届三中全会30周年大会精神神、党的xx届中央纪委第三三次全体会议精神、中央经济济工作会议精神等内容。全体体党员集中学习和个人自学332学时,党支部集中学习112学时。为使工作与学习两两不误,做到统筹兼顾,确保保学习培训取得实效,我局采采取集中教育与个人自学相结结合、理论学习与工作实际相相结合的学习方式,有计划、、按步骤、高质量地开展落实实各项学习计划任务。为全面面贯彻落实xx大提出的深入入学习实践科学发展观的有关关精神和要求,把握中央和省省、市、区委的决策部署,按按照区委提出的“党员干部受受教育、科学发展上水平、人人民群众得实惠”的总要求总总思路。结合本局实际,我局局提出了,坚持五个着力点、、端正五颗心、争创五个新的的三个“五”计划。根据区委委统一部署,我局组织开展了了“我为xx区科学发展献一一策活动”,征得合理化建议议9条。根据党员干部学习体体会结合自身工作撰写心得体体会8篇。通过开展党员、干干部、群众座谈会形式,从多多个方面就如何落实科学发展展推动本单位全面工作提出了了一些很好的意见和建议。

　四、认真完成xx区行管局党党支部换届选举工作任务。

　为进一步加强党组织建设,更更好的发挥党组织的战斗堡垒垒作用,根据相机发[XX]]21号党工委换届选举工作作意见要求。我局党支部以邓邓小平理论和“xxxx”重重要思想为指导,以《中国共共产党党章》和《中国共产党党党和国家机关基层组织工作作条例》为依据,坚持党要管管党,从严治党的方针,坚持持民主集中制原则,充分发挥挥党员的先锋模范作用,合理理组织、扎实开展,认真做好好党支部换届选举工作。并对对党支部下一步工作做到有组组织、有领导、有人管,有人人办,形成了一个组织健全,,班子团结、工作协调、开拓拓进取、廉洁高效、富有朝气气的战斗集体。

　五、认真做做好新党员的组织发展工作。。

　按照党组织“坚持标准,,保证质量,改进结构,慎重重发展”的原则,始终抓住培培养质量这一关,认真做好对对入党积极分子的培养教育和和考察、引导工作。党支部前前二年对符合条件的优秀青年年及时列入入党积极分子加以以培养和教育,今年成功吸收收一名青年干部加入中国共产产党。

　六、加强党风廉政建建设,形成好的思想作风。

　在勤政廉政党风建设上,我我局组织全体党员干部多次参参加政治理论和职业道德学习习,使党员干部在思想上牢固固树立廉政勤政意识;牢固树树立正确的世界观、人生观、、价值观;牢固树立不论在什什么岗位,不论职位高低,都都是人民的勤务员的意识。

　通过参加大党课和“菜单式””学习,使全体党员干部深深深感到,一定要时刻坚持学习习,才能保持坚定正确的政治治方向;只有时刻解剖自己,,才能执政为民,正确使用人人民赋予的权力;只有时刻把把人民放在心上,才能珍惜为为人民服务的机会,做到守土土有责、淡泊为怀、甘于奉献献;只有时刻严己在先,善于于慎独,才能抵制各种诱惑和和不正之风的侵蚀;只有时刻刻想到自己在艰难困苦中走过过的路,多想想困难群众的生生活,才能做到知足于心。

　我局还通过观看警示教育片片和参观第三监狱等警示教育育,加强全体党员干部勤政廉廉政建设的责任感和紧迫感,,并从身边的案例中吸取教训训、深刻反思、引以为戒,持持之以恒地抓好勤政廉政建设设,使全体党员干部努力达到到对社会无私奉献,为人民竭竭诚服务的人生境界,自觉抵抵制“灯红酒绿 ” 和金钱钱、物质的诱惑,努力树立机机关干部的良好形象。

　、组织一一次大党课。为深入学习实践践科学发展观,我局特邀苏州州科技学院公共管理学院王建建明教授授课,进行“生态文文明与可持续发展”的专题讲讲座。王建明教授从生态文明明背景和语境、中国的庄严承承诺建设生态文明、走向生态态文明苏州经验、苏州生态文文明的几点思考等四个方面给给我们阐明了目前苏州生态文文明建设面临的优势与不足,,使我局全体党员干部在苏州州生态文明与可持续发展方面面有了新的探讨,为我局搞好好机关事务工作增强了信心和和动力,也为我局建设节约型型机关提供了科学发展依据。。

　、召开民主生活会。由我我局党支部组织,召集下属““二酒店”全体党员、入党积积极分子、管理层领导干部,,召开一次专题民主生活会。。结合本地上半年经济社会发发展形势,认真分析发展现状状,相互交流、相互探讨、相相互学习、交换看法。党支部部书记在建党88周年之际,,为我们讲述了党的发展历程程、党的先进性,以及面对当当前形势我党所肩负的艰巨任任务。叶健局长和“二酒店””老总在会上也总结了上半年年的工作任务,并结合落实科科学发展观,找不足,话发展展,进一步解放了思想、振奋奋了精神,进一步提高了解决决矛盾和问题、战胜困难和风风险,提高驾驭复杂局面的能能力。为今后在工作岗位上兢兢兢业业工作,永保自强不息息的进取精神提供了保障。

　、搞好一次入党宣誓。在党组组织的教育和培养下,我局孔孔建清同志为新党员,XX年年6月光荣加入中国共产党,,为提高孔建清同志实践“xxxxx”重要思想,深入学学习贯彻科学发展,不断提高高党的执政能力,以改革创新新精神全面推进党的建设新的的伟大工程,保持和发展党的的先进性,成为战胜各种困难难挑战的中流砥柱。我局党支支部利用“七一”契机,召开开新党员座谈会,为孔建清同同志举行了一次入党宣誓仪式式。使其增强共产党员的自豪豪感和对党的事业的责任感,,并在今后的工作生活中,能能充分发挥党员的先锋模范作作用,

　、开展“七一”募捐捐和慰问活动。在“七一”期期间我局走访了农村生活困难难部分老党员为他们送去了生生活上的补助和精神上的鼓励励,并走访慰问了“百、千、、万” 活动中挂钩的贫困户户、低保户。还开展了一对一一扶贫帮困活动,走访了贫困困学生家庭,并发动全体职工工进行捐款捐物,开展了爱心心助学活动。在此次扶贫帮困困活动中我局筹集派送发放扶扶贫基金共计5000元。为为认真贯彻落实相委发[XXX]18号文件精神,组织好好党员扶贫专款募捐活动,我我局党支部在全局上下广泛宣宣传,传达建立生活困难党员员帮扶基金文件精神,领导干干部率先募捐,共募集捐款44800元。
