　 我们是谁?我们是中国共产党党员。那么，我们又来自哪里?

　 回乡走访，到了基层，到了人民群众之中，到了脱贫攻坚的现场，在比较和回望中我们就会有深深的感受和感悟。

　 我们来自母亲十月怀胎。父母给了我们血肉之躯，养育了我们，教育和嘱咐我们成人、成才，成为一个受人尊重、对社会有用的人。父母不一定要我们去当多大的官、发多大的财，宁愿自己过得苦一点、累一点，也绝对不要我们去贪赃枉法、违法违纪。

　 我们来自自己的家乡。家乡有我们的父老乡亲，那里是我们的根，我们永远是劳动人民的普通一员。家乡的水土给了我们营养，父老乡亲、兄弟姊妹、儿时同伴、老师医生等等，都给了我们很多温暖和帮助，家乡人民希望我们走得好，多为家乡争光、作贡献。“月是故乡明”，感受乡情，寻访民情，传递的是对家乡的爱、对父老乡亲的情。

　 我们来自党组织的培养。我们是党组织的一员。共产党员有两个家，一个是自己的小家，一个是党组织这个大家庭。我们很多同志在贫困的家庭中长大，承载着父母的叮嘱、家乡的希望，靠读书、当兵等走出自己的家门，在党组织的培养下不断成长，走进了党组织这个大家庭，有的当了干部、成了领导，一路走到了今天。党是我们的“再生父母”。再去看看我们的入党申请书、入党志愿书，那是我们入党的初心;再重温一下入党誓词，那是我们的神圣誓言和信念决心;再朗诵一下党章，那是组织对我们的初心，也是我们每个党员必须的严格遵循;再学习一下准则和条例，那是我们每一个党员都不能触碰的红线，是我们心中的标尺和戒尺。

　 习近平总书记强调，党的根基在人民、血脉在人民、力量在人民。我们要在回乡走访中找回、感受父母的初心、家乡的初心、党组织的初心、我们入党的初心，永远不要忘记我们从哪里来，永远不要忘记我们的根和本。

　 2016年xx月xx日，怀揣着期盼和惶恐的浓浓乡情，回到了离开三十七年故乡——xx镇xx社区，期盼只因故乡一直是我的牵挂，惶恐是因多年未为故乡作过贡献。未改乡音两鬓白，当年的朦胧少年如今己是年过半百的老者。xxxx山水依然秀美，家乡各项建设如火如萘，但是部分父老乡亲依然贫困，不忘初心炼党性，回乡感悟情深长……

　 xx社区位于xx集镇，由原来的xx村、xx街和xx合并而成，管辖12个居民小组，724户，2219人，党员95人，预备党员6人，入党积极分子5人。有贫困户321户，贫困人口840人。社区特殊的地理位置对全镇的发展举足轻重。

　 然而，囿于地理环境和交通区位的影响，社区无特色产业，基础设施建设滞缓，文化阵地建设滞后，远远落后于其他乡镇社区。至今，还有贫困户321户，束缚着社区发展。新组建的xx社区居委会秉承“学习先行、文化引领、生态旅游、产业兴村”的发展理念，确立了完善基础设施建设、着力旅游产业发展、推动社区加工业、促进经济社会全面发展的目标。

　 6月3日上午9:00时，社区党员返乡座谈会在洪亮的国歌声中拉开序幕。参加会议共68人，全体党员佩戴党徵，重温入党誓词，镇党委书记裴成龙就如何做好“两学一做”和返乡活动作了重要讲话，并介绍了xx的发展现状及发展方向;集中学习了党章和习总书记的系列讲话。参与座谈的党员各自介绍了情况，座谈剖析社区的困难和问题，来自恩施州政府办公室、州团委工青部、巴东县工商局、巴东县食药监局等单位的党员干部纷纷发言，就如何发展社区旅游、建立支部人才资源库、发展农产品加工业和微商产业以及如何享有健康文化生活等方面建言献策，原定半天的座谈会持续了一整天。

　 为表达对家乡群众的感恩之情，返乡党员自发捐款3000元，用于看望困难群众。在社区的精心组织下，返乡党员走访了社区百岁老人戴全翠，老人精神尚好、生活尚能自理，送慰问金500元。老人是四十年前经常上街卖柴维持生活，时光一下回到当初，老人背柴的身影若隐若现，记忆尚存;走访了原大队老会计贫困户杨宏发(因病致贫)，并送慰问金500元。大队集体生产之时，杨会计为了搞好大队年终决算，他老人家经常挑灯夜战，一干就是月余，四十年前的决算现场重浮眼前，值得点赞!

　 当天中午来到镇福利院看望院民，送去了价值1000元的大米、面粉、菜油等生活物资，与院民一同干起了农活，帮老人们大扫除、劈柴、摘莱场面温馨感人。还看望了精神失常的贫困户李忠清，孤寡老人谭祖玉，分别送慰问金各500元。其间，我和食药监局的同志还抽空走访了社区三家食品生产企业，了解企业的生产状况，为企业发展出谋划策、指点迷津。

　 xx社区发展的出路在于旅游。祖师道观位于xx社区高山之巅。近几年，从社区走出山外的有识有为之士谭绍军，自己致富了不忘家乡的发展，他出资开发祖师道观旅游景点，修建顶坪直升机旅游机场，现已具雏形，该景点是水布垭三里城武落钟离山遗址、xx“绝壁天河”、八坪谭氏宗祠区域旅游的组合景点之一。景点海拔1600米左右，山高望远，素有“远眺八县”之称，不登祖师道观，就感受不到杜甫的“会当凌绝顶、一览众山小”的千古绝句。若在山顶修建八坪谭氏宗祠，更有寻根祭祖积德善、传承土家文化之情怀。大家一致认为，社区发展旅游业，是天赐良机!

　 “我志愿加入中国共产党……”铿锵有力的誓言回荡在绝壁天河的上空，震撼着人们的心灵，慰藉着为修建绝壁天河而献出生命的英灵们。2016年6月4日下午，社区青壮年党员共20余人沿着先辈们的足迹，爬上了修建绝壁天河时民工们栖身之地——硝洞岩，在深山海拔千米悬崖峭壁之间，有一条人工开凿的水渠日夜流淌，这条犹如挂在绝壁上的“天河”，被人们称为鄂西深山的“红旗渠”。“天河”位于xx镇至长阳县之间，于上世纪六十年代开始修建，历经十多年建成。水渠宽月2米，紧贴峭壁，依山就势，蜿蜒数十公里。至今，这条绝壁天河仍清流涓涓、水流不息，滋养着沿线的村落人家。

　 七十年代未，年少的我走过一次“红旗渠”，没有太多的感受。时隔四十余年，重踏“天河”之路， 感受颇深：“硝洞岩”的险无不惊叹!绝壁天河的建成更是毛泽东诗词“为有牺牲多壮志、敢叫日月换新天”的壮美写照!在绝壁天河的一处隧洞口石碑上刻着“人民、只有人民，才是创造世界历史的动力”标语，石碑两旁豪情壮丽的诗句“踏云顶天修水渠、悬岩绝壁炼红心”“龙江精神送银水，敢教山河换新颜”依稀可见。当走“天河”小分队来到硝洞岩时，大家情不自禁的的举起了右手，齐声赞道：弘扬绝壁天河精神、做干净自强的巴东人!

　 “不忘初心、永跟党走”党员返乡活动在“硝洞岩”完美收官，大家意犹未尽、流连忘返。在此略抒情怀，表达对xx父老乡亲的一份敬意、一份真爱吧!

　 2016年在全体党员中开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员”学习教育，简称“两学一做”。这是继党的群众路线教育实践活动、“三严三实”专题教育之后，深化党内教育的又一次重要实践，是落实党章关于加强党员教育管理要求、面向全体党员深化党内教育的重要实践，是推动党内教育从“关键少数”向广大党员拓展、从集中性教育向经常性教育延伸的重要举措，是加强党的思想政治建设的重要部署。

　 笔者以为，开展好“两学一做”，关键在勿忘“初心”，即“诚心、民心、进取心”，才能使广大党员干部信念坚定，对党忠诚，才能打造一支“铁一般信仰、铁一般信念、铁一般纪律、铁一般担当”的党员干部队伍。

　 “忠诚”自古以来就是中华民族的传统美德。对于新时代的党员干部而言，忠诚体现在“忠诚于国家、忠诚于人民、忠诚于法律、忠诚于自己”。党章明确规定，共产党员要“对党忠诚老实，言行一致”，这不仅是对每个党员提出的政治规矩，更是党员干部必须遵循的党性原则。忠诚老实，要求党员干部必须忠于党，忠于祖国，忠于人民，在政治、思想、行动上同党中央保持高度一致，党员干部要讲政治，顾大局，守规矩，要言必信、行必果，以行动表明态度、用实践兑现承诺。

　 党和人民是血肉关系，是鱼水关系，正是这样一种关系，才造就了我们党，才造就了新中国。党员干部要保持低调，摆正位置，党员干部要树立正确的“三观”，即树立马克思主义的世界观，全心全意为人民服务的事业观，“权为民所赋、权为民所用”的权力观，高调做事，低调做人。党员干部要看淡名利，顾全大局，要以豁达的精神和超然的态度对待名利，用高尚的品德和境界约束自己的名利之心，始终把党和人民事业放在首位。党员干部要廉俭自律，永葆本色，要树立正确的人生观、权力观、地位观、利益观、群众观，经得起公与私的考验，不为名利所累，不做金钱的奴隶，不谋取非分的个人私利。

　 “天行健，君子以自强不息”。进取，首要的是自强不息，我们的党员干部要大踏步地向前走，紧跟时代步伐，倾听时代声音，在时代的大潮中劈波斩浪、勇往直前。要把好“总开关”，解决好世界观、人生观、价值观这个根本问题，只有这样才能有为党和人民的事业积极进取的动力，才能明确积极进取的方向，增强定力，作出正确的判断和选择。要掌握“方法论”，实事求是，按客观规律办事，这是党员干部做好一切工作的根本方法，在经济新常态下，善谋发展之举，多干发展之事，切实在推进全局工作上有新举措，才能在破解重点难点问题上有新突破。

　 行进在全面深化改革的关键时期，对广大党员和领导干部而言，要把“两学一做”当成一堂必修课，要不忘“初心”，全身心地投入“两学一做”学习教育，通过“两学”提高认识、提升能力，通过“一做”践行所学知识，只有这样才能真正做到不存非分之想，不计个人得失，将更多的心思和精力用在为人民服务上。
