　 城乡规划实习心得体会 运用所学习的专业知识来了解城市规划的工作流程和工作内容，加深对城市规划设计工作的认识，将理论联系于实践，培养实际工作能力和分析解决问题的能力，达到学以致用的目的，为成功走向社会做准备。于是，本学期我们进入了实习阶段：

　1、通过这次实习，使我们较全面、深入的了解城市规划相关工作的意义，熟悉现行业单位方案设计方法和规划实务操作技能，使学生对城市规划相关工作实践有较全面的感性认识。

　2、通过这次实习，使我们进一步消化和掌握已学到的专业理论知识和专业实践技能，检查我们对学理论知识和专业实践技能，也检查了我们对所学理论知识的理解程度、掌握程

　度和应变能力。

　3、通过这次实习，培养了我们实践中的观察问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力，动手操作和计算机绘图技能，培养学生理论和实践相结合的能力，为今后较为顺利走上工作岗位打下基础。

　4、通过此次实习，不仅提高我们思想素质和专业素质，还培养了我们事实求是的工作作风和踏实、谨慎、认真的工作态度，给帮助我们树立良好的职业道德和组织纪律观念。

　一、实习概述：

　对于学习了差不多四年城市规划的我们，可以说对城市规划设计已经有了初步的了解。所有有关城市规划的专业基础知识、基本理论、基本方法和结构体系，我们基本也都有所涉猎。但这些似乎只是纸上谈兵，倘若将这些理论性极强的东西搬上实际上应用，做些实际项目，那我们也会是无从下手，一窍不通。

　以前，我总以为自己的规划设计理论知识扎实较强，计算机绘图能力比较熟练，设计也如所有工作一样，掌握了规律，

　照芦葫画瓢准没错，规划设计时可以借鉴一些成功的案例，那么，当一名合格的城市规划设计人员应该没问题了。现在才发现，城市规划设计其实更讲究的是它与实际紧密结合性和可操作性。离开现场实际情况，其它一切都为零，设计不只是一味的绘图，更不是一味的照抄照搬。

　自从 20xx 年 2 月开始，我在北京先后进入两家公司进行工作，均是在规划设计部以实习生的职位在岗工作。在了解城市规划设计的基础工作后，对城市规划有更深入的认识和接触，也使我意识到自己的缺点与不足。

　其实刚出去实习的心态是浮躁的。过完年第一次到北京，也是我第一次出去找工作过独立的生活。或许是因为自己简历准备充足，工作找起来并不麻烦，第一家面试就可以直接工作。但是“得到的不知道珍贵，失去了才知道其价值”。我只是想多面试几家公司看看待遇和公司情况，这样就和几个差不多的公司失之交臂。

　我第一份工作是在中联城建筑规划设计事务所开始的。面试的时候，我们 BOSS 亲自面试，问了很多关于专业的问题后，开始了一个重要的环节——两小时快题设计。其实手绘是自己的弱项，这个我也很清楚，但是功夫不负有心人，表达不好，我就尽量用语言来说服他。规划设计，其实并不完全在于你是否会手绘，好的设计思路也是一个亮点，但是需要的是能够表达出来并且让对方接受这才是一个不错的方案。否

　则，也只有自己的水平，跟着 BOSS 也只能绘图(手绘和语言表达都不怎么样的)。

　周三上午，我提前到达面试地点，但是由于公司没有到上班时间，我就一个人在工作单位所在的哪个社区——三里屯SOHO 转了一圈，熟悉了一下环境。而我所做的快题设计题目则正是一个综合社区的设计。于是，比葫芦画瓢，我就结合自己所学的专业知识和三里屯 SOHO 社区中的地上地下设计模式，借鉴了其中可取之处，不到一个小时，就画出了草图方案。我并没有太过深化细部，只是表达了设计图纸的基本信息和所设计建筑的体块与造型。然后找到 BOSS 说出了自己的设计构思以及借鉴本社区的一些精华之处，也许借鉴这才是真正的亮点。善于观察和借鉴已有的成功案例，对设计专业工作人员是必须的能力，也是我们在以后工作中经常采用的方法。

　工作一开始，或许是浮躁，感觉自己学不到想要学习的东西，整天接触的只不过是一些没人干的杂务工，整天没有老板和总工安排任务，只是从其他地方要过来一些案例和 PPT，整天的浏览，然后看看网页。工作的心是焦急的，耐性也是经不起考验的。情急之下，就再次的开始了寻找工作的历程，到第二家公司——北京创成新领域建筑规划设计咨询有限公司工作。通过找工作，换工作，接触实际工作，我认为“放低姿态，放平心态，提高要求”，才能真正的在自己的岗位

　上持之以恒，干出成就。

　二、实习过程：

　刚开始的时候，由于自己对规划实务不是很了解，虽然在校期间跟着老师做了一段实际规划项目，但是对于单位的一些程序和 BOSS 的一些想法不是很了解。所以刚开始的工作进度是比较慢的，但是在总工的带领指导下，同事的帮助下，很快的对需要做的工作有了初步的了解和认识。

　实习过程中，我们公司做的主要都是内蒙古的一些项目，而我的主要工作就是负责用计算机修改图纸和把其他的一些手绘图纸的矢量化。规划设计本身就是一个反复修改的过程，甲方不断的提出修改意见，公司不断的调整设计方案，而我也就是在不断的重复修改工作。总工一般不上机操作，指导我们把他的手绘方案在电脑中用最好的效果表达出来。我找了很多参考图片，也让其他同学帮我找了很多比较不错的图片作为参考。因为自己本身不知道什么好看，那就只能找一些公认比较漂亮的图片作为参考，开始就模仿别人的效果。

　我们的工作过程中主要是用 CAD，PS，AI，SketchUp，湘源控规等绘图软件。经过工作之后，才知道什么叫天外有天，我们总工的软件操作熟练程度比我们要快上好多倍，而且他在外企已有三年的工作经验，工作期间也是和我们一样从基本开始。他不仅能够熟练的运用多种常用的绘图软件，还给

　我们介绍了几种我们以前根本没有听说过的英文软件和操作技能。用他的话说：“规划设计本身就是一个在积累经验的过程，开始时候都是从基本工开始的，等真正有了工作经验自己的身价也就上去了。”这句话虽然朴实无华，但却是事实，同时也让我对自己产生了反思，对第一次换工作的冲动感到后悔。一个人的认知程度，本身就是在随着我们逐渐的成长在不断的加深。而一个人取得的成就也是在不断的付出之后不知不觉的积累出来的。

　在我们这个行业工作，如果不加班就不算是真正的规划设计行业人员。当然，我们实习生也不例外，经常加班，有时候能干到夜里两三点，周末基本没有双休。刚去的时候比较关注的就是工作强度，一位老员工告诉我说：“加班是正常的，熬夜是必须的，只有在不正常的情况下才有双休日。”我听过之后，感觉到有点恐怖。当然开始时候感觉不太适应，但是在实际工作过程中，慢慢的适应了也就习惯了。有辛酸也有欢乐，我们加班时候老板统一买饭，大火一起有说有笑，公司的会议桌就是我们的餐桌，一起分享我们工作过程中的苦与乐，探讨困难与收获。实习生任务本身也不是很重，在没事的时候，看看书，查查资料，帮助助理浇浇我们办公室的花，其乐无穷。

　在整个实习过程中，虽然我没有真正的参与到规划方案的设计过程中，但是通过整理总工的一些图纸，修改图纸时候甲

　方提出的指导性意见以及在最后过程中根据具体情况做出的一些地块的城市设计等过程，也让我对实际的城市规划设计有了更进一步的接触和了解，更清楚的指导在设计过程中需要注意的事项和一些严格要求的规范性文件。不仅学会了不少的专业知识，也学会了如何和同事之间处理好工作关系，磨练了自己的个性，在自己在以后的工作过程中会起到更好的效果。

　规划设计本来就是一件烦琐的工作，改图的过程更是重复的，枯燥无味的。但是只要你用心地做，越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。任何职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。因此，修改图纸切忌：粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达你所想要的理想目标。

　三、实习总结：

　转眼时间，实习该结束了，通过实习，我也获得了不少的心得认知和感悟：

　首先，作为一个设计人员，工作中一定要就具有良好的专业素质，职业操守以及敬业态度。设计工作是一门专业性很强的工作，从业人员只有不断地学习才能跟上企业发展的步伐，要不断地充实自己，掌握最新的设计规范，法律法规，以及甲方的设计意见和建议。这样才能使自己的工作最为出色，效率也能达到最高，更能为企业和社会创造更多的财富。

　其次，作为一个设计人员要有严谨的工作态度，务实的工作作风。规划设计工作是一门很精准的工作，要求设计人员要准确的核算每一项指标，认真对待每一块用地性质的确定以及道路的设计，及时与甲方沟通交流，争取做出符合实际的又节省施工费用的设计方案。如果态度马虎，随便的画出一条道路，在计算机上或许是很小的误差，但到实际施工过程中，或许会给甲方或者政府造成巨大的不必要的损失。

　再次，作为一名设计人员要具备良好的人际交往能力。规划设计部门是特殊的，每接到一个项目都要通过与各种阶层的人运用各种不同的交流手段获得与项目有关的基础资料。只有足够的精准的基础资料，才能设计出更合理的、切合实际的设计方案。而在汇报方案时候也需要对甲方和领导解释出与项目有关的详细的信息。所以在与各个阶层人员打交道时一定要注意沟通方法，要具备正确的心态和良好的心理素质，才能取得想要获得的基本信息。

　在这次顶岗实习中，我还结交了许多朋友、老师以及同事。我们在一起相互交流，相互促进。因为我知道只有和他们深入接触你才会更加了解城市规划工作的实质、经验、方法。为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。在这次的社会工作实践中，让我学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识,打开了视野，增长了见识，知道挣钱的不容易，工作的辛苦，与社会的复杂多变。而为了适应社会，我们要不断的学习，

　不断的提高自己，在实践中锻炼自己，使自己在激烈的竞。通过这次实习，我还认识到了自己的缺点和不足，察觉到了自己的心浮气躁。庆幸的是自己还有一年的时间在校园中区去改正自己的不足，弥补在专业上的不足，还有足够的时间来查漏补缺，改正不足，完善自己。

　 城乡规划实习心得体会 得益于 xx 市规划管理局对人才培养的大力重视，我有幸参加了城市规划培训班。二十天的脱产培训学习，已经结束，整理笔记、盘点收获、几多感悟在心头：

　(一)收获知识，转变思维 就自身而言，以我本科所学的法律专业，来搞规划可谓是专业不对口。进入这个行业后我渐渐的感觉真是力不从心。虽然在工作中边实践，边学习，可一直没有系统的学习过专业理论知识，而城乡规划这是个复杂的学科体系，它涉及了多个学科的综合知识。只有实践和单一学科的理论虽然能够应付一般的工作要求，却很难达到一个高度，因为专业知识是一个基底，没有基础，难为大厦。

　现代的普遍教育方式是，首先系统地学习专业知识，然后付诸实践，运用学到的知识更好地指导实践。这种教育方式显然在实践中可以提高效率，可它的缺点就在于有时受到专业知识的束缚，可能不能很灵活地运用到实践中。而我们这次参加培训的学员恰恰相反，我们没有系统的学习过城市规划

　专业的知识，只是在实践中学习，实践中掌握工作的技能与方法。通过这次培训，我学习了城镇公共建筑设计、城镇景观设计、住宅建筑设计、测量学、规划原理等理论基础，再我结合自身的实际情况，总结出自己的优缺点，以积累的工作经验来更好地理解专业的知识。在未来的工作中我想通过实践更好的巩固所学知识，让两者互相渗透，更好地提升工作效果。城市规划是一个复杂的体系，光靠经验或是理论都是不能够走下去的。只有把理论和实践很好地结合起来，才最为正确。古人说读万卷书，行万里路。这两者在现实中都是不可或缺的。

　(二)体味刻苦，感受奉献 这次培训学习的同学们克服了工作、学习、生活等多方面的困难，可谓是“抛家舍业”。二十天的时间看似漫长，其实是将正常几年的课程压缩在这二十天完成，其压力之大可想而知。经常是完成一天的课程，放学后已经是身心疲惫。回到宿舍后依然要完成作业到深夜。可同学们都很珍惜这次难得的进修机会，勤奋学习、刻苦钻研。而给我们上课的老师们更是殚精竭虑，诲人不倦。为了我们能在有限的时间内能够学到更多的知识，经常是利用课间休息时间跟我们交谈经验、辅导课程，这种敬业奉献的精神更激励我们奋进。我们邢台市规划局组织的这次培训，同学们的学习精神受到院领导的一致好评，特别是在邢台市规划局副局长王计根也一直

　陪同我们学习。

　(三)扩大视野，拓展思路 这次培训是在河北农业大学城乡建设学院进行的，给我们授课的大都是研究城市规划知识多年的教授、副教授，除了学习专业理论知识，通过多种形式授课使我们了解了相关技术领域的动态，更新观念，扩大视野，拓展技术创新思路，在一定程度上起到了提升学员们研发和科技创新能力的作用。

　(四)加强交流，收获友谊 参加培训的 30 多名学员来自不同县市的城乡规划局各个科室，大家所处的岗位不同，从事工作的内容各异，其中不乏各个单位领导，真可谓 “群英荟萃”。课堂上经常是由老师讲授转到学员和老师间的“学术交流”。不同的思想，不同的方式给了我很大的触动和启发，让我受益匪浅。

　虽然大家的经历不同，但都赤诚相待，力将自己最热情、最精彩的一面展现给大家。同学之间、师生之间由陌生到相识、到相知、到亲密无间的同学和良师益友。学习与生活中大家相互帮助，一次次的团队活动大家拼搏进取，勇夺胜利，无不体现我们是一个团结奋进的团队。收获知识的同时，我们也收获了友谊。知识虽然难得，友谊更为可贵。

　时间如梭，培训的时间不多。在以后的时间里，我们一定会坚持学习不放松。只有不断深入学习，以专业知识为主，以

　相关知识为辅，不断完善提升自己的素质水平，我们才能触类旁通，深入对象的本质，我们工作思路才会清晰有方向，才能找准工作的切入点，达到事倍功半的效果。
