　 党史研究室党支部书记党建工作汇报

　地委党史研究室现有工工作人员6人，在职人员全部部为党员。去年，根据《中国国共产党党和国家机关基层组组织工作条例》“党员不足77人的党支部应该是书记制””的要求，我支部由原委员制制改为书记制，由我任党支部部书记，**任党支部副书记记。

　完成了党组织结构设设置调查摸底工作。按照机关关工委方案要求，我室对自身身党支部组织机构设置认真开开展一次自查摸底。根据《中中国共产党党和国家机关基层层组织工作条例》“党员不足足7人的党支部应该是书记制制”的要求：我室立即向机关关工委组织部申请将党支部原原委员制改为书记制，并召开开了全体党员大会选举我为党党支部书记，**为党支部副副书记。

　**社区贫困党员**进行行对接；支部党员**、***与**社区困难群众杨秋玲玲对接，**、**与**社社区困难群众沈振和对接。对对接中，我室认真了解他们的的基本情况，组织党员干部分分别与被帮扶对象进行沟通，，对被帮扶对象的家庭成员、、收入状况、就业意向、困难难情况等进行了解，并安排***社区贫困户**到加区环环卫处工作，为其

　开展了““庸懒散”、“不作为、慢作作为、乱作为”专项治理活动动。成立了专项活动工作领导导小组，明确了主要领导及各各科室负责人职责，实行主要要领导带头抓，科室负责人具具体抓，上下联动，形成一级级抓一级，层层抓落实的良好好工作格局。制定下发《地委委党史研究室开展以治理“庸庸懒散”、“不作为、慢作为为、乱作为”为主要内容的作作风建设活动实施方案》，明明确了目标任务、细化了方法法步骤，突出了治理重点。

　扎实抓好领导班子和干部队队伍建设。我们始终把党建工工作摆上位置、抓在手上。把把班子建设作为首要任务来抓抓，高度注重党组班子建设，，高度注重支部班子建设。我我以身作则，注重监督，上下下形成了合力，在党史工作中中党组织起到了核心作用和战战斗堡垒作用。

　一年来，党党史研究室党支部全面落实了了党建工作责任和党建目标任任务，并实行年度奖惩考核；；在班子内部，进一步明确党党建工作分工，党组书记负总总责，副书记抓党建具体工作作，并结合分工抓好分管工作作范围内的党建工作，做到了了责任到人，责任明确，确保保了党建工作的顺利开展。

　在“服务群众”活动中，充充分发挥机关党组织和党员岗岗上、岗下服务作用，全体党党员干部紧紧围绕中心、服务务发展，开展党员服务活动、、“一帮一”扶贫解困工作、、义务奉献等活动，先后为***社区贫困户**安排到加加区环卫处工作，解决了生活活上的经济困难；春节期间，，为加格达奇热电厂困难职工工**送去了大米一袋、豆油油一桶，折合人民币300元元，帮助他度过了一个愉快的的新年；主动为机关工委李云云鹤捐助医疗费600元。
