退货协议 Agreement of Goods Return   Through amiable negotiations, a return agreement has been reached between the seller (hereinafter call A )and the buyer (hereinafter call B ) that B will return the xxxxxx to A under the contract No. xxxxx (Invoice No. xxxxx) due to quality issue; details as follows, 兹经买卖方友好协商，乙方将xxxxx号(发票号xxxx)合同项下的不合格NS4010 (T8 09 57 564 0511 001)退货给甲方，现达成下列条款：
1.在卖方将该批货物发货后，检测人员发现该批货物存在严重的质量问题，现经买卖双方商讨后决定将其中xxxxx退回卖方，重新返工。
