　 林业局纪检组上半年工作总结

　 今年上半年，我局纪检工作在县纪委、县监察局的领导和关心下，认真贯彻落实市、县纪委全会及全县反腐败工作会议精神，紧紧围绕党风廉政建设、反腐败工作目标和《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系的实施纲要》的要求，突出天保、退耕还林、森林防火综合治理三大重点工程，狠抓党风党纪教育、廉政建设、执法纠风工作，认真抓好落实党风廉政建设责任制、反腐败和预防职务犯罪工作，全面提高林业系统人员廉洁自律意识和拒腐防变免疫力。

　 一、注重教育，不断提高干部队伍整体素质

　 林业工作是全社会非常关注的公益性事业，担负着建设生态产业大县的重任，实施的天保、退耕还林、森林防火综合治理重点工程，与全县的经济发展及人民的利益切切相关。为此，我们着力加强林业职工的思想政治教育。

　 1、利用行政会、周五职工会、党员会、局机关中层干部会，认真组织学习《中国共产党党内监督条例》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》，全面落实六中全会《决定》提出的“八个坚持、八个反对”，认真学习“八荣八耻”，树立社会主义荣辱观进一步加强党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,落实好廉洁自律等方面的规定,不断强化对林业有关政策和法律法规、党纪政纪条规的学习。

　 2、积极推进廉政文化进机关、进家庭活动。

　 一是从林业大局出发，根据不同的工作职责，不同的工作岗位，选择不同的内容制作24个警示牌置放在每个股室（含公安分局）的办公桌上，发挥警示作用，做到警钟长鸣。

　 二是从五月起每月一期廉政专刊，把廉政建设和反腐败工作的基本常识、基本要求及遵守的基本规则提供予职工，使之明确政策、原则界限，不做糊涂人。

　 三是购买20册家庭助廉教育读本发至职工；购50份家庭助廉知识竞赛试卷；给党组成员、行政领导家属邮寄“致全县领导干部家属廉洁倡议书”。通过这些形式，全面推进倡廉、助廉良好氛围的形成，为党风、政风、行风建设做出各自的应有贡献。

　 对财务、天保、退耕还林、林政资源等职能部门，强化监督检查，经常敲警钟，打预防针，变被动监督为主动监督。天保、退耕还林工程的的检查验收、商品林试点工作启动等，纪检组均到会讲纪律，讲要求,同时主动配合审计监察搞好天保、退耕、森防、保护区等工程建设项目的审计工作，将监督关口前移。

　 二、加强领导，落实党风廉政建设责任制

　 1、明确廉政建设的责任，进一步落实反腐败工作机制。

　 把权力的运行纳入党风廉政建设责任制中，使责任分解具有鲜明性和针对性。党组成员、行政班子成员根据各自分工，划定了党风廉政建设责任区，按照分管的部门抓好廉政建设的管理和领导工作，形成了党组统一领导、党政齐抓共管、业务部门各司其责、纪检监察到位、职工积极参与的工作机制，把党风廉政建设责任制的落实与业务工作紧密结合起来。

　 三、严肃纪律，强化监督机制

　 局纪检组为加强自律，提高“一心为群众，一心为职工”的为民思想，在已有的各项制度上进行一次清理整顿和修订完善，认真执行党风廉政一票否决制和廉政谈话制度的若干规定、财务管理制度等，增强了制度的针对性和实效性。

　 四、下半年工作思路
