　一、师德表现拥护党的方针政策，热爱党的教育事业。在做好教书育人的同时注重提高自己的思想理论素质。作为一名光荣的中国共产党党员，能积极参加政治学习及教师例会,学习上级有关文件,关心国内外大事,注重对党的十大、等政治理论的学习；能以优秀党员教师为榜样严格要求自己，积极主动配合教导处搞好学校的教育管理工作及学科教研活动。在日常工作中能严格遵守学校的规章制度，做到早到校迟离校。每周按时参加升旗仪式，从不缺勤。服从组织安排，热爱学生，尊重家长，以《中小学教师职业道德规范》为准绳，做到以身作则，为人师表。
