　 加大查办违纪违法案件工作力度。200*年以来，各级纪检监察机关和国有企业纪检监察部门针对国有企业违纪违法案件出现的新情况，加大力度，着重查处了一批在重组改制、产权交易和经营管理活动中国有资产严重流失的案件；企业领导人员利用工作之便，违反规定收受回扣、手续费等商业贿赂案件以及为亲友谋取私利的案件。同时，充分发挥查办案件的治本功能，把查办案件与完善管理相结合，督促发案单位完善制度，加强管理，进一步促进了国有企业预防腐败机制的建立健全。

　 深入开展效能监察，促进国有企业改善管理、提高效益。200*年以来，国有企业纪检监察部门认真落实200*年10月中央纪委监察部会同国务院国资委在河南郑州召开的国有企业效能监察工作座谈会精神，把效能监察作为企业生产经营管理的重要组成部分，在继续深化对重点领域和关键环节监督的同时，着力构建效能监察长效、科学管理机制，推动效能监察工作向纵深发展。通过发挥效能监察事前、事中和事后监督的作用，促进企业建立健全内控制度、除尘滤布改善经营管理，提高了经济效益。
