　 农广校党支部书记述职报告

　 半年来，我们农广校支部能够贯彻党的十七大精神，高举中国特色社会主义旗帜，以邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想为指导，以党建工作为重点，以改革创新为动力，围绕农广校的核心工作创造性地开展工作：

　 坚持每周一的政治学习。我们能够坚持每周一的政治学习，学习内容包括：党建工作，转变作风，增强观念；学习郭孝义精神，实践科学发展观；宣传学习陈建仓同志的先进事迹和高尚品德；学习地震中的英雄事迹等内容，在党员中弘扬正气，压滤机滤布学有目标，干有榜样。大家深刻反思自身不足，从灵魂深处解决问题，无论在生活，工作中都能以“我是一名党员”严格要求自己。

　 主要各种内容：

　 按时交纳党费。我们支部每名党员能够按照有关规定，按时交纳党费，履行党员职责。在今年5月12日四川汶川县发生了级地震，我们大力发扬一方有难，八方支援，众志成城，抗震救灾的伟大精神，积极响应党的号召，又一次踊跃地以交纳“特殊党费”的形式，无私地向灾区人民再次献上爱心，彰显了党员的忠诚。

　 扩大党员队伍，为组织输送新鲜血液。我们支部发展了工作有能力，敬业爱岗，具有埋头苦干精神的张华丽同志为积极分子，我们党员之间相互鼓舞，相互学习。

　 响应上级号召，积极参加各级活动。5月14日，在永丰镇坊坡村参观陈建仓先进事迹展览，观看工作业绩，滤布学习后大家感慨万千，相互交流，对照自己，找差距，大家受益非浅。

　 围绕农广校的核心工作：

　 劳务输出方面。抓好劳务输出 “一村一品”示范村1个，转移农民工100人，半年来开设各种不同形式的培训共10次，受训人数5500，得到广大农民群众的好评。

　 送科技下乡，开展实用技术培训。XX年3月，在我校教室组织农民科技教育培训（养猪专业知识）。参训人数达300余人，并发放资料800余份，统一考试，发放证件。先后在大孔乡赵坡村、椿林的五中，东杨乡祥塬村，永丰镇唐堡村等进行了养猪业培训，培训人数达500人以上，发放资料600余份。XX年6月6日，授予蒲城县苏坊镇麦草工艺贺兴文为农民科技教育基地和阳光工程培训基地。

　 总之，我们农广校支部在成长，在发展，党员同志工作认真负责，敬业爱岗，雷厉风行，时刻以共产党员的身份严格要求自己，为农广校作出了自己应有的贡献。但也存在着不足，比如平时工作力度不够大；学习知识不够广；时间利用不够充分等问题，在以后工作中戒骄戒躁，学习先进榜样，做农广校的模范，展示共产党员的风采。
