　 巴东县兴余绿色农产品种养专业合作社2013年度经营情况报告

　巴东县兴余绿色农产品种养专业合作社成立于2009年，位于湖北省恩施州巴东县茶店子镇窑坪村二组。是一家集特色生态养殖、农产品种植、加工、生产经营于一体的现代化农业合作组织。合作社坚持“民办、民营、民受益”的原则，在运营上采取合作社+基地+农户的模式；在管理方式上，推行民主管理、民主决策;在经营方式上，统一技术服务、统一品牌、统一产品销售，实行集约化、标准化经营。

　 (一)依托农业特色产业的合作社发展势头强劲

　合作社最初由5人共同出资成立，经过五年的发展壮大，社员现达到579人，带动周边农户2280余户，年综合产值1020万元，可分配盈余达120余万元。合作社现有存栏特种野猪5430头，山羊6350只，规模养殖效益可观，发展势头强劲。

　(二)依托大户和龙头企业的合作社效益明显

　合作社始终以市场为导向、效益为中心，积极引导农民调整产业结构，把特色生态养殖作为农民增收的一项特色产业来抓，加强引导、强化服务、开拓市场。在种植上因地制宜，采取适宜地块零星种植和优势地块连片种植相结合，同时加强与湖北楠柏生态农业发展有限公司的合作，实现公司+专业合作社+基地+农户+龙头企业的生产模式，大大降低了特色生态养殖产业和零散种植业的市场风险。合作社通过统一采购原料，降低生产成本;统一生产技术，提高产品品质;扩大生产规模，提高经营效益，野猪的市价是家猪的二倍以上，达到40元一斤。

　(三)依托市场机制的产销结合型合作社经营前景好

　合作社能够内联农户、外接市场，使千家万户的小生产与千变万化的大市场实现有效对接，农产品的市场销售有了保障，使农民解除了后顾之忧。合作社按职能实行分工负责制，种植户负责种植，贩销户负责销售，较好地解决了农民单家独户销售难问题，达到了“卖得出、卖得好”的良好效果。

　二、主要成效（一）统一购买生产资料统一技术服务统一产品包装统一产品销售统一提供信贷支持
