　心得一：反四风改作风风从此不再“一阵风”

　当然“四风””的形成非“一日之寒”，““四风”问题的解决务必下大大气力，甚至要有壮士断腕的的勇气。解决“四风”问题，，诚然需要广泛而深入地开展展教育实践活动，更需要对准准焦距、找准穴位、抓住要害害。反对形式主义要着重解决决工作不实的问题；反对官僚僚主义要着重解决在人民群众众利益上不维护、不作为的问问题；反对享乐主义要着重克克服及时行乐思想和特权现象象；反对奢靡之风要着重狠刹刹挥霍享乐和骄奢淫逸的不良良风气。

　殊不知第一批党的的群众路线教育实践活动开展展以来，各级纪检监察机关按按照中央部署，以上率下，深深入查摆“四风”问题，照了了镜子、正了衣冠、洗了澡、、治了病，成绩突出。但也不不能因为一时的成效而沾沾自自喜，破“四风”贵在坚持，，不能成为一阵风。

　第二二，我们要依托群众、发动群群众。整风活动固然是党内的的教育实践活动，但是开展的的却是群众线路教育实践。因因此，活动必须要充分依托群群众、发动群众，要让群众参参与、让群众监督、让群众评评判，要真正解决群众亲身利利益的题目，真正构成一个良良好的干群互动机制，以确保保整风活动不走过场、不弄情情势。此次活动要求以整风精精神展开批评与自我批评，坚坚持开门弄活动。

　 “年年过年年年新，今年味味大不同！”1月下旬．笔者者走进余干县杨埠镇，听到机机关干部说起这句话。

　纸质贺卡不见踪影，餐餐厅难觅请吃吃请，迎新汇演演厉行节约，干部直呼——

　 “年”越来越有味了

　 ““怪事！这么大一个单位，一一张贺卡都不订！”刚到杨埠埠镇机关办公楼，就听某广告告公司经理抱怨：“前后跑了了五六趟，价钱一压再压，就就是没人接招。”

　 “订制制大量贺卡不仅浪费，还容易易助长攀比之风，现在都流行行电子贺卡，时尚又快捷！””杨埠镇党委书记段仁祖说．．不光纸质贺卡不订了，机关关楼的节日氛围布置也将以简简约为主。

　有类似感受的，，还有杨埠镇政府附近餐厅老老板。晚饭时间，笔者走进这这个餐厅，老板喜形于色，热热情地迎了上来。“按说正是是家属来队的高峰期，乡村干干部正好借机吃吃饭、喝喝酒酒，可就是少有人光顾。”

　一路感叹，1月26日,笔者者来到余干县文化活动中心..该县首届络春节文艺汇演排排练现场。偌大的舞台上除一一些必要设施外，竟然连一幅幅彩灯的舞台背景都没有。

　靠纪律手段反“四风风”改作风，越到年关，越坚坚持频道不换、力度不减、标标准不降——

　年味纯正折射射作风转变
