　　200*年是我进入神东公司结算中心的第二年，我一开始就分配到驻生产服务中心财务科，在一年的时间里，本人能够遵纪守法、认真学习、努力钻研、扎实工作，以勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业的态度对待本职工作，在财务岗位上发挥了应有的作用，做出了贡献。现从各个方面对我平时的工作进行总结。我从北京邮电大学毕业，学的是通讯专业，而搞财务工作我以前没有任何经验，分配到财务科之后，最开始什么也不懂，什么也不会，于是我不管是工作还是业余的时间，从头开始一点点学起，不懂的就虚心向别人请教。我心里有一条给自己规定的要求：三人行必有我师，要千方百计的把自己不会的学会。想在工作中帮助其他人，就要使自己的业务素质提高。我购买了财务方面的相关书籍，从出纳开始学起。学习理论知识还比较简单，关键是如何结合实际，把一切事情都做到准确、及时。财务工作，特别是出纳，要求要严谨、细致，没有耐心与细心，就容易出错，所以我在平时对每一笔账都做好详细登记，核对清楚，完全无误了再进行下一项的工作。
