　一定定的理论知识是每个干部职工工特别是工作在基层的乡镇干干部所应该具有的，只有掌握握较高的理论知识水平，吃透透党在农村的一切方针、政策策，才能更好地在农村宣传、、贯彻、落实。我乡积极参加加上级组织的各种培训，与此此同时我乡的理论宣传教育工工作始终坚持以科学的理论武武装人，以科学发展观为统领领，采取定期和不定期的方式式组织全乡干部职工进行学习习，专职副书记负责组织学习习，并制定了严格的学习考勤勤制度，确保了学习有计划、、有目的地开展。今年，共组组织干部职工学习了上级相关关文件精神，举行了第一至四四季度理论中心组学习活动。。注重对干部职工的专业知识识培训，通过组织学习，使广广大干部职工的理论水平和实实践能力得到进一步提高，全全乡干部职工的学习积极性得得到进一步加强。

　（二）切切实做好社会宣传工作，营造造团结、和谐、向上的社会氛氛围
