　　大学优秀班集体事迹篇一 按理说一个大四的班级，是不应该再和学弟学妹争这些荣誉的。但是作为班级大一时的学习委员，大二时的班长，大三大四时的团支书和党建联系人，对这个班级已经有了一种化不开的浓浓的感情了，我还是想来试一试。思来想去后，和班委商量以后，我们还是决定申请一下试试，也算是我们为这个班级尽了最后一份力，至于结果如何，就顺其自然了。还是那句话吧，如果有其他班集体比我们更适合，我们愿意放弃。

　 12班总体来说是一个很善良，很温暖，很平静的班级，在这样一个班级里你不必担心勾心斗角，追名逐利，大家有一种很淡定的心态面对着人生中各种得失，这对于大一时有点急功近利的我影响很大，渐渐让自己的心平静下来，追求一种内心的平静和幸福。同时有利有弊吧，太看开了一些也不好，毕竟人活着也追求一些东西，比如说这样的评选，无论班级怎么样，都应该遛一遛，就像《亮剑》中李云龙的亮剑精神，至于最后能不能评上，那就平和对待的，毕竟自己努力过了，可以无悔了，呵呵。

　 12班陪伴我已经三年了，最后一年也过去快两个月了，我和她，和12班的这群孩子们都在成长。而过去的大三，应该是属于我们走向成熟的季节，而现在大四的我们，应该是心灵最充盈和富足的状态。如果说毕业的时候还能申请优秀集体的话，我们应该是更有把握的，因为我们真的都长大了。下面，我简单介绍一下12班吧。

　 学风建设方面，一直对成绩很淡定浮云的12班的同志们，似乎开始明白学习的重要性，开始发力了。截止到目前为止，已经确定的有两个获得国家奖学金，两个获得等奖学金，四个获得等或等奖学金，学院专项奖学金正在申请中，估计还会有一部分同学获奖，这样本班至少33%的同学获得了奖学金，这一点让我很是兴奋，呵呵。同时班上准备考研的同学也渐渐开始发力，过起了朝七晚十一的学习生活，也带动了班级的学习氛围。

　 政治表现方面，个人认为12班的同学都有一颗强烈的爱国心，只是有些人会表现出来，会经常讨论一下国家大事，发表自己的建设意见，甚至会投稿文章，让世界听到自己的声音;而另一些人可能相对沉默一些，话语不多，但是你能感觉到那种强烈的爱国情感是真实存在的。尤其是国家发生了天灾人难，班级动员他们捐款时，他们会积极奉献自己的一份力量，依然是如此默默，如此淡淡。

　 道德行为方面我觉得也不用多说，在这样一个社会转型期，社会上经常出现一些地沟油、毒食品等道德沦陷的新闻也不足为奇，而我认为大学里仍然是社会上的一片净土，那些社会上所谓的成年人有些方面真的应该像我们这些大学里的孩子们学习。我们伤良心的钱不能赚，我们懂的害天理的事不能做，我们依然恪守这自己内心的道德准则。寝室里偷点东西是太容易的事，食堂里逃点饭钱也易如反掌，不小心骑错了别人的自行车，我们在人人网发日志找失主，这便是大学，一篇美丽的土地。除此之外，我创建的雷锋学社多名骨干来自12班，大家自掏腰包做好事，班级同学积极捐款，收集废旧报纸、瓶子等物品卖钱支持雷锋学社建设，尽力所能及之力，把这些钱捐给平困地区求学的孩子，帮助更需要帮助的人。

　 同时，班级同学积极关心志愿者服务，社会实践等社会活动。2017年世博会，班级中有多名同学参加了世博会园区、城市的志愿者服务，为世博奉献了自己的一份力量。很遗憾的是当时忘了被本班参加世博会的同学留影留念，就借用一张吧。大二的时候，我作为班长组织了班级团改金活动《活着》，展开一系列思考生命意义的活动，并到社区义务服务。虽然可能不算是大三的事了，但我还是想提一下，就像是我们的孩子，仅此而已。大三寒假的时候，雷锋学社牵头组织了社会实践《大学生心目中的中国高等教育改革》，活动得到了班级同学的大力支持，很多人报名参加，最后活动获得了校社会实践一等奖，也让我们对中国高等教育展开思考。同时，多名同学参加了敬老院、幼儿园等志愿活动，多名同学参加了考察电厂、工厂、银行等暑期实习活动，增加了社会阅历和见闻。

　 科技活动方面，很多同学积极参加各种可以活动，虽然很多同学没有获奖，但是在参加活动的过程中，收获很多。获奖的情况有第四届全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛二等奖(李冬冬 胡雷鸣)，全国大学生数学建模竞赛上海赛区一等奖(王浙明 赵戈平 李丰博)，“顺丰杯”第三届全国大学生物流设计大赛校二等奖(团队5人 包括本班夏明伟)，入围第八届优秀学生论文项目两篇论文(一篇团队，一篇个人，都包括夏明伟)，同时还想提一下的是，去年暑假夏明伟参加了2017国际机器人设计大赛校内选拔赛，获得团队第一名，并代表交大和中国参加了2017国际机器人设计大赛最后获得了团队最佳设计奖，为交大和中国争得了荣誉。

　 未来展望，12班依然会不断努力。现在班中很多同学都被我拉来帮忙建设雷锋学社，前段时间刚刚开展了与学弟学妹的经验交流活动，在交大志愿者网和新闻网都有报道，但同时，我们要做的还有很多。目前我们正在策划回高中母校建立助学金体系和经验交流活动，用我们卖废品的钱及勤工助学部分工资，帮助我们母校的学弟学妹们。不知道能走多远，但我们将携手并肩。喜欢大刘的那句飞信签名，“未来的路有多远，就让我们一起走多远。”

　　大学优秀班集体事迹篇二 市六十一中学零七届四班，四十五名同学情同手足、团结奋进，以“能吃苦、懂谦虚、很自信、会做人”为宗旨。勇于实践，既受益于自己，又感染着他人;零七届四班是一个温暖、和谐的大家庭，进取、活波、聪明是我们最大的特点。“学习面前进取感，成绩面前竞争感，班级面前荣誉感”是我们的班训。宗旨和班训时刻督促着、鼓励着我们全体同学不断进取。虽然本班自组建至今不足两年时间，却演绎出了和正在演绎着许许多多感人的故事……

　 一、班主任角色改变，学生干部成为“管理能手”。

　 在我接任本班之前，利用暑假，我学习和研究了著名教育家魏书生的报告实录，在班级管理方面收益匪浅。他强调班主任的民主，突出学生的自主，实施师生全员参与、全方位、全过程的班级管理。班级计划由班委制订，班级工作由班委主持，班级矛盾由班干部自己妥善解决。而我也认为班主任的角色应更多地成为学生心理发展的朋友，学生活动的参与者和班级成长的引导者。

　 我们班在初中刚入学时，班委是自由竞选上来的，积极性很高，但对老师依赖性很强，解决问题的能力不够，只是老师的“密探”和“传话筒”。于是利用班会，进行班委培训，同时宣布班级的备品承包责任，明确义务，调动学生的主人翁意识和责任意识，所以至今本班公物保护很好，墙面及课桌绝无乱刻乱画现象，劳动工具无丢失。我特别强调班委应具备以下几种能力：第一，每位班委领悟职责，明确计划，要有工作安排;第二，积极主动协调矛盾，具备解决问题的能力;第三，及时发现问题，及时反馈处理意见。这样，经过一段时间的训练，班委独立工作能力和创造能力都有了很大长进。

　 二、利用多种舆论，培养优良班风。

　 正确的集体舆论和良好的班风是优秀班集体形成的重要标志，它以无形的力量帮助班主任影响和教育学生，对个别学生的影响往往比班主任个人的力量更有效。

　 记得刚开学的一次主题班会，我就以《爱》展开讨论，由爱自己到爱他人，再到爱集体;由如何爱到讲究爱的艺术和技巧，为创建和谐班级树立良好开端。为了鼓励学生珍惜美好时光，努力学习，我以《生活告诉我……》为主题，邀请了学校领导和其他班主任以及家长代表，根据本班实际，邀请几名学生讲述自己典型事例，以感染其他同学。如困境中能愈挫愈勇的孙勃同学，他没有父亲，家境贫寒，却能品学兼优;如自立自强的罗启峰同学，他远离父母，独自在外租房，生活自理能力很强，成绩优秀;如李苗同学，她已上完技校，但又后悔没有好好学习，现重返校园，从初一学起，虽比同班同学大四、五岁，但勤勉好学的精神很令人敬佩……另外家长嘉宾也谈到自己幼年求学所经历的苦难，以此告诫学生珍惜现在的美好时光，认真学习。班会上同学踊跃发言，纷纷表态，要端正学习态度，向这些同学学习，克服自身的缺点与不足…

　 通常班里出现一些问题，我都以主题班会的形式展开民主讨论，让学生自己剖析自己，自我评价，比如自习课我已经强调了很多次，要独立完成作业，要保持安静，可总有些同学爱说话，我就以《驴和人的区别》为主题，同学们踊跃发言，结果到最后才发现“上当了”，“驴”是讽刺那些不能自律的同学，太倔了，没有下决心向自己的缺点挑战，而且总是需要老师反复的强调才能记住一点儿。这时同学们纷纷害羞的低下了头。在诙谐、幽默中帮助同学培养良好的自我控制能力，受到了很好的效果。

　 正确的集体舆论的形成，优良班风的建立是一个长期的过程，它是通过班主任的艰苦劳动和细致工作，在集体活动中逐步形成的。另外，我还采用了一些别的方式：

　 1、有意识、有计划的通过对学生道德的谈话，及时表扬和批评那些典型事例。

　 、美文欣赏，这不同与语文老师的欣赏课，而是报纸、杂志中的有关人品、上进等美好品德的报道等，如，《五元钱的信任危机》、《没有什么不可以改变》以及像海伦?凯勒的《假如给我三天光明》等。

　 、经常性的有计划的组织好各种有益于学生身心健康的集体活动，来增加班级凝聚力和向心力。

　 三、民主平等的师生关系，树立班主任的威信。

　 班主任作为一个班集体的组织者、领导者，具有核心的作用。古语：“亲其师、信其道。”班主任以真挚诚恳的热情和爱学生的心取得学生的信任。叶圣陶先生曾说过：“谁不爱学生，谁就不能教育好学生。”教师在与学生交往的过程中所表现出来的情感必须是真挚诚恳的，树立自己的威望，必须做到以情动人。建立民主、平等和互相理解的新型师生关系。只有这样，学生才能真正感受到班主任的可亲、可敬、可信，才会在心理上接受你，愿意与你亲近，愿意将心灵的窗口向你敞开。师生间感情愈真切，教育就效果愈佳。罗启峰、李苗同学在外租住，父母都不在身边，我在他们的住处去过许多次，除了学习的关心，更是生活的爱护，看到租住的房子不太冷，了解到吃饭的情况也被安排的很好，我才放心了。

　 我还实行分层推进的“善爱”体制，以公正的态度鼓舞学生的自信心，对待优秀生，班主任要“善爱”，对他们要提更高更严的要求，而对学困生，要树立“后进不差”的观念，对他们给予更多的关怀与爱护，寻找和挖掘他们的闪光点，使他们理解老师的良苦用心，使他们看到自己的点滴进步，体验愉悦，增强进步的信心。班主任任何时候都必须公正乐观的善待每一个学生，从而鼓舞学生不断进步。使一位问题少年重新走上正轨和使一位优秀生成才同的重要，就是这样的班级和全新的管理理念，使我班许多同学的人生观有了很大的改观，如罗启峰同学，他家远在陕北，因劣迹很多而被学校开除，属问题少年。因他姐姐在我校附近的外语培训学院上学，才让他在此借读。尊重、理解、关爱和及时的肯定让他有了很大的转变，现在他不但特别关心班级，而且成绩一直处于上升趋势。由才来时的三十多名到现在的前十名，且每次英语听写都是八、九十分以上，据他的房东说，这孩子很懂事，学习很认真，经常看他闷头在屋子里学习。听到这些话，看到他的变化，我非常很欣慰。

　 在班主任工作中，施行情感教育，抓住教育时机，教育效果会事半功倍，学生生病时，一声轻轻的问候;生日时，一声亲切的祝福;失败时，一个安慰的眼神;成功时，一束激励的目光。学会平易亲切的对待每一个学生。XX学年度我被所带过的学生评为“最受学生爱戴的老师”。我也感到学生能向我敞开心扉，甚至是男、女生对情感上的困惑。另外还有别班的同学以写信的方式想和我交朋友。家长评价我是一名有爱心、有方法的好老师。此刻我在学生中确实树立的威信，但还是觉得做的很不够。

　 四、浓浓学风，换来实至名归，硕果累累

　 浓浓学风和能吃苦的精神，激励学生，勇攀高峰，翟凯伦、王芸同学先后获得市级三好学生，廖秋月、翟凯旋同学获得区级三好学生，曹欢山等同学获得区级优秀班干部。学校地处远郊，条件较差，许多同学骑自行车上学，严寒冬季，冰天雪地，可是我们班很少有人迟到，这种吃苦的精神很令我感动;在学习上，同学比谦虚，互帮互学，优秀生督促学困生，常为讲解一道难题，弄明白一个句型或语法，要探讨许久;同学也很自信，以“每一天都是起点，每一步都要向前”，全面发展自己，不断超越自我!同时，同学们注重发展多方面的才能，挖掘自己的潜能。我经常开导大家“大事讲原则，小事讲风格”塑造学生健康、和谐的人格。学会做人，将良好的品质放在首位。我校地处农村，学生家境并不富裕，可是在扶贫助学、灾区捐款，为校园添绿色等行动中，踊跃捐款捐物，奉献爱心。孙勃同学没有父亲，又迷恋网络，以至旷课好几天，许多同学自发到他家现身说法，劝其回校;有的看到孙勃家境贫寒，还给他拿来衣物;为了帮助他重返校园，同学们给孙勃写了一封长信，每人一句肺腑之言，感人至深!

　 在39人组成的团体中，汇集了超出人数能力范围内的才能和智慧。在学习中，他们始终保持认真，严谨，一丝不苟的标准，不断的向困难挑战。在生活中，他们始终拥有积极，奋发，热情洋溢的态度。

　 在一个积极向上的班委团队的带领下，旅游管理0501班在班风、学风建设、班级管理和思想道德上都取得了骄人的成绩。

　 一、班风、学风建设上

　 对 于一个班集体来说，班风是班级的灵魂、班风是班级建设的核心、班风是引领他们前进的旗帜。“班风正才能学风正，学风正才能成绩好”，旅游管理0501班 班委将树立良好班风放在班级建设工作的首位，严格遵照校规进行管理，督促同学们作好各项常规工作。全班同学都树立了塌实认真的学习态度和生活态度，以学会 生存、学会学习、学会做人、学会办事、学会健体为目的，共同营造纯正的班级风气和良好的班级氛围。

　 一个班集体要想有凝聚力，必须加强团结。旅游管理0501班同甘共苦，同心同德，取得了骄人的成绩，增加了同学们的班级自豪感，集体荣誉感，形成了团结协作，拼搏进取的团队精神，这种精神激励着他们不断向前进，形成了一股强大的班级凝聚力。

　 作 为一个班集体，最首要的任务就是抓好学风建设，给大家提供一个良好的学习氛围。

　“班风正，学风浓”是该班的形象和特色。在历次考试中，80%的同学平均在80分以上，合格率达96%。在所有考试中年级严肃考风，受到院系领导的一致好 评。在林荫小路、茂密树林、图书馆总能看到他们的忙碌的身影。在课堂上，他们积极向老师发问，抓紧课堂时间，保证学习效率。课后他们也会与老师进行交流， 抓紧课余每一刻每一秒的时间。他们在每次考试中都能考出好成绩，受到院、校的好评。就连和他们一起上课的人都说：“旅游管理0501班班的学风真好。” 学海无涯，知识是没有边际的，他们还会继续努力，把优良的班风带给整个学院。

　 围绕着学风建设，旅游本1班经过一系列的探索和努力，已形成了“勤学、好问、慎思、明辨、笃行”的优良学风。

　 在优良的班风和学风的影响下，05级一班涌现出了一批成绩优异，品德优秀的大学生楷模。在学校和学院的各种比赛以及学习考试中，取得了优异的成果。

　 辽东学院数学竞赛中，刘晓洪、任小翠、何松等同学分别获得一、二、三等奖;

　 学院知识百部图书知识竞赛活动中，王鑫、齐艳等同学获得二等奖;

　 学院英语风采大赛活动中，王鑫、孙迪等同学分别获得名次奖;

　 005—2017第一学年有二人获得辽宁省政府一等奖学金，六人获辽宁省政府二等奖学金，三人获得校二等奖学金，八人获得校三等奖学金。

　 006—2017年度共有17名同学通过大学英语四级考试，其中500分以上6人;通过大学英语六级考试5人，成绩均超过450分。此外，该班已经有3名同学决定考研究生，并为此做着积极的准备。

　 二、班级管理上

　 该班经过两年多的集体生活，在班级管理方面也逐渐建立了自己的制度和方法。

　 无 规矩不能成方圆，一个班集体如果没有一套完善的班级制度来管理，就不可能有强大的凝聚力。班委同学多次聚集一堂，共同讨论班级建设计划，发扬民主精神，调 动广大同学的积极性，让大家一起参与到班级的建设当中。班级制定了班级管理制度，强调纪律的重要性，加强制度建设，为其他工作的开展提供了先决条件。

　 对 于班级班费的使用，一班制定和实行班费统一管理制度。开展班级活动时，班费的使用要经过班干部的讨论。同时要求所有的班费使用要有票据，使班费的使用做到 有据可查，突出班费使用的公开化和透明化，使同学们了解班费的使用情况也使班费真正的为班级建设所用，切实做到班费的统一收取和合理支出。

　 综合测评是班级对学生综合素质进行量化评定的标准，一班依据同学们学习，工作，课外文体活动的参与和获奖情况，进行量化评定。确实做到公平、公开、公正，使班级建设更趋制度化、规范化。

　 在全体班委和同学们的努力下，该班从未出现违规违纪的事情。在量化制度和同学们的共同努力下，该班有多次受到学校和学院的表彰和奖励，所有的成绩为创建优秀班级打下了坚实的基础。

　 辽东学院第一届英文话剧比赛该班获集体第二名，刘彧、王鑫等同学获得名次奖;

　 005—2017年度该班有三名同学被评为辽东学院“优秀学生干部”，二名同学被评为辽东学院“优秀团干部”，三名同学被评为辽东学院“三好学生”。

　 贫 困生问题一直是05级1班班委特别关心的问题。旅游管理0501班是一个团结友爱，齐心协力的温馨大家庭，特困生就是这个大家庭中倍受呵护的孩子。刚入 校的时候，许多家庭困难的同学只带了几件御寒的衣服.了解到这些情况，班级及时开始了冬补工作。在班委同学的共同努力下，使贫困生暖暖和和地过冬，安安心 心地学习。对于一年一度的“特困补助”，旅游管理0501班班委总是提前准备，深入宿舍了解困难同学的情况。在班级筛选评困生时，班委成员总是竭力多争 取几个贫困生指标，为贫困生以后的生活带来优惠条件，给他们生活更多希望。由于工作做的细致到位，班级上报的申请补助的同学都得到了及时的补助。班委同学 还积极的为特困生寻找勤工助学岗位，为相当一部分有困难的同学解决了实际问题。在学期中间，班委同学积极为特困生同学联系勤工助学岗位，比如：为学生餐厅 帮忙，打扫教室卫生，做家教等等，他们可以利用课余时间做这些工作，既不耽误学习，又可以解决经济困难。到目前为止，该班的十几名贫困生有一半在肯德基、 麦当劳等处兼职，有3个在学校的勤工助学岗位，还有一些做着家教工作。这些业余的工作对于减轻贫困生的经济压力，增强他们的自信心有着积极的影响。

　 每 逢佳节倍思亲，在中秋节这个团圆的日子里，同学们，特别是那些外省的同学，不能和家人团圆，但这个温暖的集体让他们体会到家的感觉。在中秋节晚上，他们举 办了别开生面的中秋晚会。同学们品尝着精美的月饼，观看着精彩的节目，一个又一个妙趣横生的游戏让参与的同学们脸上无不流露出灿烂的笑容，还有许多多才多 艺的同学们的倾情表演也为整场晚会增光添彩。

　 像这样的事情已经成为他们生活中最熟悉的部分，细细想来却又如此的珍贵和感人。常常有人 说：这是一个物质比任何时代都要丰富的时代，也是一个情感比任何时代都要匮乏的时代。然而，在旅游管理0501班班这个大家庭中，他们所能感受到的从来 都是温暖和爱，是丝丝缕缕存在于心中和生活中的真情。虽然只有短短的两年时间，他们的心却早已紧密相连。

　 三、思想道德建设上

　 在 团支部建设中，他们以”依法治理，民主管理”为宗旨，加强制度建设和干部队伍建设，正确处理好内部的关系，民主决策、科学治理，增强团体意识，对外树立良 好的整体形象。结合团支部自身情况，他们制订了一系列规章制度，使团支部的各项工作走向制度化、正规化，系统化。认真搞好团务日常工作，积极落实团费收 缴、推优工作，积极开展批评与自我批评，关心团员，举办各种各样的文体活动。通过这些工作融合同学之间的关系，更重要的是，为他们开展各项工作提供了有力 的组织保障。

　 他们把团员思想建设与团支部组织建设挂钩。针对思想上有矛盾的同学积极开导，对学习上有困难的同学不断鼓励、耐心指导， 对其它特殊的问题，依靠集体的力量解决。班级中有这样一位同学，由于学习和经济困难带来的压力，情绪低落，经常失眠，已不能进行正常的学习生活，团支部了 解到这件事后，及时进行精神上的鼓励和经济上的帮助，使这位同学较快的回到正常的学习生活轨道上来。另外，有一个女生宿舍由于性格不和以及生活琐事上的矛 盾，造成宿舍内部成员关系紧张，团支部及时了解到这种情况，到她们宿舍进行协调，使她们达成互相谅解、和平相处，如今她们已是姐妹情深。

　 在过去的两年里，该班共有3人被评为“优秀团干部”，4人被评为“优秀团员”。到目前为止，班级有预备党员4名，党组织重点发展对象3名。

　 四、文化活动上
