供皮区创面是什么 [三种供皮区创面保护方法综合比较]

　　[摘要]目的：对临床上常用的三种供皮区处理方法进行比较，探索最佳的供皮区保护方法，以指导临床应用。方法：对三种供皮区面积小于10cm×10cm的创面保护方法术后并发症及愈合效果进行统计学分析和比较性研究。结果：与对照组相比，自体中厚皮片拉拢回植法可有效促进供皮区创面愈合(Ｐ＜0.05)。三种供皮区处理方法之间比较，差别具有显著性意义(Ｐ＜0.05)， 自体中厚皮片拉拢回植法可有效促进供皮区创面愈合。结论：从经济与合理的角度考虑， 对供皮区面积小于10cm×10cm的创面而言自体中厚皮片拉拢回植法应为临床首选。
