　突出人本、物本管理，打造医院“硬品牌”

　医院要发展，硬件是基础，软件是关键。先进的设备，优美的环境,高超的网医术，团结的队伍，是医院的形象和品牌。硬件和软件，是一个医院赖以生存的两大利器。××同志对这些自然是心知肚明。人才是医院发展的原动力，机制是发展的关键。××同志做的第一步，就是调动广大职工的积极性。近年来，医院开展了“病人选医生、护士”活动，打破了以往病人被动就医的传统模式。通过病人选医生、护士，将竞争机制引入到医院内部各个(来源： http://）环节，推动医院人事制度、分配制度的改革，将病人对医护人员的信任纳入到医院对医护人员的综合考核之中，将考核结果作为工作人员晋升、岗位竞争的重要依据，真正体现了多劳多得、优劳优酬、绩效优先、公正公平的原则。由于措施得力，操作性好，收到了良好的效果。

　有了人才，有了技术，事业发展很快。但设施设备的老化却一直困扰着医院的发展，王顶贤从医院实际出发，本着少花钱多办事的原则，近几年来，坚持科学发展不动摇，先后投入5000多万元新建门急诊楼、教学楼、康复中心、放疗中心，进行了医院的环境建设和改造，并对病房楼进行外装修，大大地改善了患者的就医环境。此外，医院还十分重视医疗设备的更新换代，投入千万元用于购置16排螺旋ct、直线加速器等尖端大型医疗设备，为提升医院的医疗水平提供了保障。
