　 二、务实重干、按时按质地完成了各项工作

　 村里工作情况。在两年的村官岗位上，我积极协助村两委和村干部处理一些文字资料和文件传送等工作，努力当好村主任和其他村干部的好助手、好帮手。更多的还参与村里的一切日常事务，协助村两委做好村里的各项工作。

　 1、以日常工作为中心。协助做好日常会议记录、打扫村委会卫生，打印、整理各种资料；协助村委会分别完成20xx、20xx 年工作总结的起草初稿以及村规划；协助村委会发展村办企业，引进外资企业，吸收本村剩余劳动力，增加村集体以及群众经济收入为目标，20xx年引进外资企业2家，发展规模生猪养殖、农林综合开发 200 余亩，总投资 5000余万元，让群众获利，村集体经济增加收入。

　 2、做好村环境卫生整治工作。协助村委会改善村道路环境卫生整治工作，改善村委会办公条件。20xx 年协助村委会经过多方集资、筹款。同时通过招标近 40 万元造价的新建村委会办公大楼拔地而起，今年 10 月份正式投入使用。

　 3、做好远程教育播放工作、党建工作。两年来，多次组织人员观看远程教育，学习各种实用技术，每月及时播放

　 4、做好农村新型养老保险工作。为了做好农村新型养老保险这项惠民政策，先期我协助村委会积极向村民宣传新农保政策，通过标语、公告等宣传方式告之村民，让村民知道这项惠农政策的好处。后期根据村委会开会决定分成几组进行分片收费，我和妇女主任一组负责村里的几个组的收费，那时正值国庆期间，我和妇女主任走家串户收取养老保险费，我负责填写参保人员的信息资料、妇女主任负责开票据和收费。最后还要求村民带上户口本和身份证到村委会集中，帮村民复印户口簿和身份证及照相等工作，通过登记造册，及时上交乡劳动保障所，超额圆满地完成既定目标，受到上级的充分肯定。

　 5、做好新型农村合作医疗工作。每年的年底都是新型农村合作医疗工作收费的时候，要张贴公告、通知村民等，我都积极参加协助村干部分片、分组为群众办理新农合，开票据并登记造册等，使得我村每年的新农合参合费征缴率达100%，圆满完成下达的任务。

　 6、村委会换届选举工作。20xx 年初进行村换届选择工作，为了保证我村换届选举工作的顺利进行。首先我和村干

　 协助民政所工作情况。乡党委、政府重视大学生村官作用的发挥，注重培养大学生村官队伍的战斗力，对我们大学生村官采取一职双岗。20xx 年六月至今，我一直借调并安排在乡民政所学习并协助工作，一年来完成如下工作。

　 1、大病救助业务。一年来收集了全乡 148 份的大病救助申请资料，对申请资料进行审核、盖章、登记造册并每季度及时报送县民政社会救助局审批，审批后协助民政所发放大病救助资金。

　 2、农村、城市低保工作。将全乡十个村上报的低保资料进行审核。今年低保重新填写了个人信息表格，对这些资料查看是否填写完整，身份证、户口本等资料的复印是否齐全等，通过整理及时报送县民政局审批。今年还将全乡农村

　471 户 882 人和城市 21 户 23 人的低保资料一个一个的输入到社会救助系统当中，发放低保证等工作。

　 3、高龄补贴工作。20xx 全乡有 321 位农村 80 至 90 周岁老人及 32 位 90 周岁以上老人资料的需整理。今年新增 80至 90 周岁的 56 人、停发 25 人，90 周岁以上的新增 14 人、停发 6 人的资料通过整理并报县民政局，审核后发放高龄生活补贴费。

　 4、优抚工作。协助民政所开展双拥共建活动，加强对重点优抚对象建房调查。20xx 年全乡 58 位及今年新增 4 位的 60 周岁退伍士兵资料的登记并报县民政局审批，发放退伍士兵生活补助金，为 140 位优抚对象进行换证等工作。

　 5、民政所其他工作。为前来办事的村民开各种证明盖章、解答疑问。同时协助民政所做好五保工作、社会救灾救济、基础政权建设、社会福利与社会事务工作和完善各种规章制度等业务工作。

　 协助完成其他工作。20xx 年七月底至 10 月底期间两次和泉江镇的大学生村官一起到县委组织部，协助县委组织部圆满完成全县公务员人事档案的输机核对工作和 20xx 年以来提拔为科级领导的人事档案的整理核对工作。

　 三、工作中的收获与反思

　 走上村官岗位，来到农村，对农民由不了解到了解，对国家的农村政策由不了解到了解，广泛接触了农村的各种情

　作为一名书记助理我时刻严格要求、鞭策自己，认真学习马克思列宁主义，毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、江泽民"三个代表"重要思想以及胡锦涛总书记提出的科学发展观。尤其是党的十七届四中全会召开以后，我认真努力学习党的十七届四中全会精神。学习党中央的各种政策特别是惠民政策、方针，了解党中央关心解决"三农"问题的各种政策方法。在不断的学习中，我努力充实自己使自己的理论知识更加的全面。

　一是加强政治理论学习。我认真学习了党的十七届四中全会精神，深入领会了大会重要思想的深刻内涵，增强了自己的责任感和使命感，坚定了理想信念、清晰了工作思路、鼓足了干事的劲头。

　 有句话叫"三思而后行"，它讲的是我们必须学会思考。每当工作中遇到一些难题和不顺心的事，我就努力要求自己好好静下心来思考，克服急于求成的心理。

　 一是从不同的角度来思考问题。有时候以一个旁观者的身份来认识问题和事情本质，往往会收到意想不到的结果。

　到自己知识不足带来的困惑和迷茫；深入农村调查研究还不够，还没有真正形成有助于农村经济发展和农民增收致富的好点子、好方法；具体工作的实际处理能力还不够，一些细节问题还需要进一步研究解决。

　 踏实努力工作，不断培养自己

　 一是熟悉村内常规事务，了解村内各种现状。一方面不断积极配合村两委在各项常规工作不断熟悉村内常规事务，另一方面通过参与走访、调解、等各项工作不断了解村内各种现状。通过这种"细微"的沟通方式，才能让我们彼此收获良多。

　 涉足更多岗位，增强个人素质。

　 1、除了干好办公室工作，我还严格执行领导的决定，积极支持村上的工作。在重大事情面前，努力配合好村干部，当好参谋助手，积极出谋划策，认真收集整理资料，为村干部排忧解难。在新农合工作中，我积极配合村干部，坚持同村支书一起走村窜户，大力宣传惠民政策，动员群众积极参与。

　 1、迅速适应从学生到村官的变化。新的岗位要求新的工作标准。在 xx 村村委会工作期间，它要求我把握住加快农村经济发展、促进农民就业增收、提高农民生活品质的主线来开展基层服务；

　 2、尽快明确职责，准确进入岗位。只有找准自己的位置，全力以赴地做好本职工作，才能确保每一项工作的顺利完成。从事书记助理工作期间，在全村基础设施建设、队伍管理、便民服务等方面，我积极出谋划策并协助党支部搞好基层组织建设；我按照"出精品、上档次"的要求，力求每一份材料结构合理、重点突出、文字精练，基本做到了让领导满意。

　 选择做大学生"村官"，就要抹开面子，首先当好学生，向村干部学习，较快地融入村"两委"班子中。理想和现实总是有些差距，到村任职必须摆正位置，脚踏实地，忘记"证书"，忘记学历，以"小学生"的姿态从头开始学，从小事做起，不能好高骛远，舍近求远。摆正自己的位置，当好助手参谋，把心放在工作上，哪怕是发现一个小问题、提出一个小建议，同样都是收获，都是做贡献，同样能得到群众的认
