应对新高考教学复课工作思路

虽时值寒冬,但挡不住我们对2010年高考备考工作的满腔热情,新年伊始,我们正以饱满的信心和昂扬的精神姿态,投身于新的战斗。为了教育教学质量再上新台阶实现区中跨跃式发展,进一步符合“省级标准化高中”的各项目标要求,面对新课程改革下的2010年高考形势的新变化,我校制定了相应的高考教学复课工作计划

一、认清2010年高考的三种新动向

1、学生结构比例的变化。往年补习生和应届生在上线人数中基本持平,这对应届考生显得不很公平,但是今年的情况略有变化,各校的补习生人数均有较大幅度的下降,这种形势对应届生极为有利,所以高考复课工作刚一开始,我校就把这一动态给师生讲清楚,让老师及时做好备课思路的调整,让学生做好复习思路的调整,以坚定应届生学习的信念,激发应届生学习的极大热情,让优等生大胆憧憬名校,让中上等生敢于瞅准一本和二本,让中等生主攻三本,基础差些的也应以大专为明确目标,力促人人有学可上,鼓舞士气,增强信心。

2、明确2010年高考命题的动向。

2010年是陕西省第一次面对新课改下的高考。我们认为高考命题将体现普通高中课程改革理念,试题设计将会力求突出基础性、灵活性和开放性,密切联系学生的生活经验和社会实际,既注重考查学生的基础知识、基本能力,又注重考查学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,试题的解答方法将向能反映学生的知识与技能,方法与过程,情感态度和价值观的方向转化。

3、明确新旧考纲的变化动向。

目前,陕西省对新高考方案的解读已在网上公布,这对我们把握新高考确定了基调,使我们明确了高考的大方向及基本点;
同时,上次市上印发的西安高新一中对新高考的研究分析,对我校教师也很有收益及启发。我校教师据此将旧考纲与宁夏、海南的新考纲作了仔细分析比较,找出了在试卷结构、命题题型、知识的侧重点、试题分值等方面的变化,从而使各任课教师,基本把准了复课脉博。

二、在新课改的背景下开展教学复课工作

1、加强管理,将领导因素直接融入高考复习之中

与以往相比,今年的高三师生一开始面对新课改下的高考总是显得茫然、没谱,手忙脚乱,难理头绪,针对这种情况,我校领导根据掌握的各方信息,及时确定了“以不变应万变”的复课思路,要求各科教师在搞好教学的同时,注意研究宁夏、海南等地的考纲、试题,以准确把握高考新动向及基本要求,并在教学中有机渗透。校长坚持每周到高三听两节课,以了解教师的复课现状,定期走访老师,了解困难,送去教学上和生活上的各种温暖,以激励教师的工作热情;
主管教学的校长坚持蹲守年级,在听课中发现问题,在评课中解决问题,增强教师工作的使命感与责任感;
同时定期组织教师与学生代表对话,了解学生的心声,收集学生反馈的信息,尽力帮助学生解决生活和学习上的困难问题,改善教学设施。既密切领导与教师的关系,又改进学生与教师之间的关系,将领导因素直接融入高考复课之中。

2、发挥备课组在复课中的指导作用

各备课组要对本学科的教学质量负责,制定并落实学科复课计划,把握复课方向,负责单元过关检测,月考工作,组织好试卷分析与讲评工作,统一教学进度,统一作业布置,统一专题复习的重难点。筛选好资料及练习题,合理利用高考信息。充分发挥集体智慧,团结协作,互相学习,共同提高。各备课组要定期上报推磨式听课安排,年级组加强检查落实。

3、教师在复课中做到“五精”:精选、精做、精练、精批、精思。“精选”,即教师要根据学科特点及新课标对学科知识的要求以及所代的学生的实际情况,精选试题,以增强教学的针对性,有的放矢,严格控制题目的数量,不搞“题海”战术,使试题精当、精辟、精要,尽可能减轻学生的做题负担;
“精做”即教师对所选的试题要精心去做,去寻找解题的最佳角度,最佳方法,让学生少走斜路、弯路,以做到用最简练的语言,最简单有效的步骤解决问题;
“精练”,指练习的次数,数量不一定多,但要精,要以练促讲,以练代讲,在精练中体现典型性、代表性、方向性、目的性,在精练中实现知识的融会贯通,举一反三;
“精批”,即批阅时要精心认真,对学生在答题中体现出来的优点和进步要积极地及时地肯定,尤其要对学生在答题中出现的缺陷与不足要及时地指出并加以改正,对带有共性的问题要集中评讲,对带有个性的问题要个别纠正;
“精思”即在每次考试和练习后都要做必要的、深入的反思,如果是教的问题,则要及时弥补;
如果是学的问题,则要及时改正。真正通过反思使复课工作更扎实、更完备、更有效。

5、加强作业训练。多年以来,不少教师总认为高三学生的作业难布置,没时间批阅,甚至干脆不布置。针对这种情况,学校在本届高三刚开始进入复习时,就下决心花大气力来解决这一难题,具体做法是:各备课组每周确定1人来选好作业题,所选题必须要和本周所讲内容相吻合,要具有一定的代表性,采用活页题的形式,每周四发给学生去做,周五收上来,老师批阅,到周日晚自习时进行讲评,将大范围内出现的问题视做难点,要讲到、讲深、讲透,真正通过这种方式来弥补日常教学中的不足。经过这一学期来的试验,我们觉得这一方法收效甚大。

6、将各个考点进行分解,力求每节课解决一个小问题。从考纲中看,考点确实很多,但能在每一节课上解决考点中的一个个小问题,一年下来也是一个不小的收获。根据这一认识,我校要求教师在备每节课时,都要为本节课制定一个明确的目标,本节课就围绕实现这一目标而开展教学活动,以目标是否实现作为本节课上得好与坏的标准。虽然每节课目标数量只是有一个,但是无数“一个”相加起来,将会是一个可观的数值,也会是一个美好的结果。

7、设立班级分层承包管理制,以吃透学生,团结教师

我校本届高三共16个班,根据学生的成绩状况,分为六个班组,每个班组设一名组长,负责督促班主任分析每次考试成绩,对学生的优势学科予以肯定和鼓励,让优势更优,对其弱势学科要想方设法出谋划策,帮学生找出行之有效的改进方法,力争短时期内缩小“弱”势,班组中的各个班级可以展开评比,以真正吃透学生。同时,班组长还能将本班组内的教师团结在一起,让教师了解学生的心声,让学生明确教师的要求,架起师生间沟通的桥梁。

三、研究考生,研究考试

研究考生。每一届的考生都有新情况、新面貌、新动向、新特点。2010年,是我省自新课改实施以来第一次迎战高考,不少考生对“新课改与高考”的结合感到困惑、迷茫,这一因素对高考十分不利。针对这一现状,根据今年高考“稳步推进、稳中有变”这一特点,我校在研究考生、吃透考生上下了大功夫:寻找新课改与高考的对接点,寻找今年高考与以往高考的对接点,从对历年试题的整体研究上找共性,从对近年试题重点研究上找趋势,从对相同试题的对比研究上找变化,从对不同试题的分类研究上找差别,从对外省试题的集体研究上找新意、找动态,从对新高考模式的研究中找策略。通过这些研究以稳定考生的心态,激发广大考生的热情,让他们从心底里真正对2010年的高考满怀信心,对自己的人生前景满怀希望,对上级给自己的厚爱深信不疑。

与时同时,花大力气研究高考的基本要求及其新变化。作为实行了几十年的高考,应该具有一定的延续性、稳定性,它实质上是要通过试题来要求考生规范答卷,缜密思维,灵活创新来体现国家对人才的要求,以体现国家的意志和时代发展的趋势,让考生通过高考自觉地加入到国家建设的大军之中,豪迈地走在时代发展的最前列。即使今年实行新高考,其变数也是极小的,况且绝大部分基础知识也是变不了的,只是考查的角度、方式、目的有一定变化而已。因此,高考并不神秘,并不可怕,它应该是亲切的、有效的、可信的、稳定的,可以走近的,它是自己人生的历程当中必不可少的一个环节。

四、明确每一阶段的复习任务

1、第一轮(2009年9月—2010年3月):夯实基础,构建知识网络

这一阶段重点抓基础知识的复习,抓知识点的深刻理解,熟练记忆,全面覆盖,建立知识网络;
注重基本方法训练,培养基本能力;
每一个知识模块或章节复习完后进行测试,以查漏补缺。本阶段选题要选一题多解的例题以训练学生思维的发散性、灵活性、敏捷性,做到举一反三,触类旁通;
选题时一定要考虑到学生现有知识水平和能力。

2、第二轮(2010年4月—2010年5月上旬):能力提升阶段

本阶段的复习要强化对知识点的理解和记忆,完善知识体系,建立方法体系,注重知识间的联系和综合利用,使知识和方法融合起来以提高解决问题的能力。

3、第三轮(2010年5月中旬—6月初):强化模拟训练阶段

与以往相比,今年的高三师生一开始面对新课改下的高考总是显得茫然、没谱,手忙脚乱,难理头绪,针对这种情况,我校领导根据掌握的各方信息,及时确定了“以不变应万变”的复课思路,要求各科教师在搞好教学的同时,注意研究宁夏、海南等地的考纲、试题,以准确把握高考新动向及基本要求,并在教学中有机渗透。校长坚持每周到高三听两节课,以了解教师的复课现状,定期走访老师,了解困难,送去教学上和生活上的各种温暖,以激励教师的工作热情;
主管教学的校长坚持蹲守年级,在听课中发现问题,在评课中解决问题,增强教师工作的使命感与责任感;
同时定期组织教师与学生代表对话,了解学生的心声,收集学生反馈的信息,尽力帮助学生解决生活和学习上的困难问题,改善教学设施。既密切领导与教师的关系,又改进学生与教师之间的关系,将领导因素直接融入高考复课之中。

2、发挥备课组在复课中的指导作用

各备课组要对本学科的教学质量负责,制定并落实学科复课计划,把握复课方向,负责单元过关检测,月考工作,组织好试卷分析与讲评工作,统一教学进度,统一作业布置,统一专题复习的重难点。筛选好资料及练习题,合理利用高考信息。充分发挥集体智慧,团结协作,互相学习,共同提高。各备课组要定期上报推磨式听课安排,年级组加强检查落实。

3、教师在复课中做到“五精”:精选、精做、精练、精批、精思。“精选”,即教师要根据学科特点及新课标对学科知识的要求以及所代的学生的实际情况,精选试题,以增强教学的针对性,有的放矢,严格控制题目的数量,不搞“题海”战术,使试题精当、精辟、精要,尽可能减轻学生的做题负担;
“精做”即教师对所选的试题要精心去做,去寻找解题的最佳角度,最佳方法,让学生少走斜路、弯路,以做到用最简练的语言,最简单有效的步骤解决问题;
“精练”,指练习的次数,数量不一定多,但要精,要以练促讲,以练代讲,在精练中体现典型性、代表性、方向性、目的性,在精练中实现知识的融会贯通,举一反三;
“精批”,即批阅时要精心认真,对学生在答题中体现出来的优点和进步要积极地及时地肯定,尤其要对学生在答题中出现的缺陷与不足要及时地指出并加以改正,对带有共性的问题要集中评讲,对带有个性的问题要个别纠正;
“精思”即在每次考试和练习后都要做必要的、深入的反思,如果是教的问题,则要及时弥补;
如果是学的问题,则要及时改正。真正通过反思使复课工作更扎实、更完备、更有效。

5、加强作业训练。多年以来,不少教师总认为高三学生的作业难布置,没时间批阅,甚至干脆不布置。针对这种情况,学校在本届高三刚开始进入复习时,就下决心花大气力来解决这一难题,具体做法是:各备课组每周确定1人来选好作业题,所选题必须要和本周所讲内容相吻合,要具有一定的代表性,采用活页题的形式,每周四发给学生去做,周五收上来,老师批阅,到周日晚自习时进行讲评,将大范围内出现的问题视做难点,要讲到、讲深、讲透,真正通过这种方式来弥补日常教学中的不足。经过这一学期来的试验,我们觉得这一方法收效甚大。

6、将各个考点进行分解,力求每节课解决一个小问题。从考纲中看,考点确实很多,但能在每一节课上解决考点中的一个个小问题,一年下来也是一个不小的收获。根据这一认识,我校要求教师在备每节课时,都要为本节课制定一个明确的目标,本节课就围绕实现这一目标而开展教学活动,以目标是否实现作为本节课上得好与坏的标准。虽然每节课目标数量只是有一个,但是无数“一个”相加起来,将会是一个可观的数值,也会是一个美好的结果。

7、设立班级分层承包管理制,以吃透学生,团结教师

我校本届高三共16个班,根据学生的成绩状况,分为六个班组,每个班组设一名组长,负责督促班主任分析每次考试成绩,对学生的优势学科予以肯定和鼓励,让优势更优,对其弱势学科要想方设法出谋划策,帮学生找出行之有效的改进方法,力争短时期内缩小“弱”势,班组中的各个班级可以展开评比,以真正吃透学生。同时,班组长还能将本班组内的教师团结在一起,让教师了解学生的心声,让学生明确教师的要求,架起师生间沟通的桥梁。

三、研究考生,研究考试

研究考生。每一届的考生都有新情况、新面貌、新动向、新特点。2010年,是我省自新课改实施以来第一次迎战高考,不少考生对“新课改与高考”的结合感到困惑、迷茫,这一因素对高考十分不利。针对这一现状,根据今年高考“稳步推进、稳中有变”这一特点,我校在研究考生、吃透考生上下了大功夫:寻找新课改与高考的对接点,寻找今年高考与以往高考的对接点,从对历年试题的整体研究上找共性,从对近年试题重点研究上找趋势,从对相同试题的对比研究上找变化,从对不同试题的分类研究上找差别,从对外省试题的集体研究上找新意、找动态,从对新高考模式的研究中找策略。通过这些研究以稳定考生的心态,激发广大考生的热情,让他们从心底里真正对2010年的高考满怀信心,对自己的人生前景满怀希望,对上级给自己的厚爱深信不疑。

与时同时,花大力气研究高考的基本要求及其新变化。作为实行了几十年的高考,应该具有一定的延续性、稳定性,它实质上是要通过试题来要求考生规范答卷,缜密思维,灵活创新来体现国家对人才的要求,以体现国家的意志和时代发展的趋势,让考生通过高考自觉地加入到国家建设的大军之中,豪迈地走在时代发展的最前列。即使今年实行新高考,其变数也是极小的,况且绝大部分基础知识也是变不了的,只是考查的角度、方式、目的有一定变化而已。因此,高考并不神秘,并不可怕,它应该是亲切的、有效的、可信的、稳定的,可以走近的,它是自己人生的历程当中必不可少的一个环节。

四、明确每一阶段的复习任务

1、第一轮(2009年9月—2010年3月):夯实基础,构建知识网络

这一阶段重点抓基础知识的复习,抓知识点的深刻理解,熟练记忆,全面覆盖,建立知识网络;
注重基本方法训练,培养基本能力;
每一个知识模块或章节复习完后进行测试,以查漏补缺。本阶段选题要选一题多解的例题以训练学生思维的发散性、灵活性、敏捷性,做到举一反三,触类旁通;
选题时一定要考虑到学生现有知识水平和能力。

2、第二轮(2010年4月—2010年5月上旬):能力提升阶段

本阶段的复习要强化对知识点的理解和记忆,完善知识体系,建立方法体系,注重知识间的联系和综合利用,使知识和方法融合起来以提高解决问题的能力。

3、第三轮(2010年5月中旬—6月初):强化模拟训练阶段

本阶段要按照高考要求及时间进行实践模拟考试,培养学生的应变能力,积累考试经验,并安排有经验的教师以专题讲座的方式进行应试心理指导,减轻高强度、重负荷的学习带来的压力,调整好生物钟,以轻松的心态从容上阵,走上考场。

新年的脚步已经迈开,新年的任务已经明确,作为省级标准化中学中年轻一员的愿和各兄弟学校一起,以百倍的激情,高昂的斗志,振奋的精神,投身到高考复课的滚滚洪流之中去,掀起朵朵耀眼的成功浪花!
