In my opinion, there is no need to sign the name, because there is no doubt that parents have the duty to help their children solve the problems, but some homework should be checked by teachers as they know how to better correct students" mistakes, then to better improve students" ability. So the best way to help students get improve lies in both parents and teachers" effort.
