　篇一：林业局纪检组长述职报告

　　尊敬的各位领导、同志们：

　　根据会议安排，现将本人一年来担任林业局纪检组长职务以来的工作进行述职报告如下，不妥之处，请各位领导和同志们批评指正。一年来，本人主要围绕以下四个方面开展工作：

　　一、加强学习，不断提高纪检工作能力，使党的各项方针政策在本局落到实处，

　　一是把加大反腐倡廉教育放在各项工作的首位。坚持每星期二、五各半天的学习制度，大力倡导"以廉为荣，以贪为耻"的社会风尚，党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争做到逢会必讲，警钟常鸣。年初就将党风廉政建设和反腐败工作进行了布置，严格按照"四大纪律八项要求"查找问题根源，坚决贯彻落实中纪委提出的"五项规定"提高党员干部防腐能力贯彻执行公务员八条禁令。今年2月16日由局领导带头，在《**县林业系统领导干部职工严禁参与赌博公约》上签字。同时，认真贯彻民主集中制原则班子团结协作，自觉接受各方面的监督，凡是重大事项或大规模资金的使用我都参加班子集体讨论通过，实行"阳光作业"。通过各项措施，今年未发生一起干部职工违纪行为。

　　二是把建立健全各项规章制度作为关键问题。到县林业局后，我与办公室的同志一道，重新修定了七十多页的《**县林业局依法治局管理规定》。这个《规定》，应该说是一部比较全面、系统的"林业内部规章"，明确了工作职责、工作制度、奖惩措施等规定，具有较强的可操作性和指导性。责成各股室也相应制定了规章制度，为从源头预防腐败的发生打下了基础。并经常下乡督促检查制度的落实情况，切实做到按制度管人，用制度管事。

　　三是在抓好本职工作的同时，还肩负着野保办、罗砚高速公路的林地征占用补偿，安全生产、工、青、妇和全局的精神文明建设工作。今年上半年还被县委"先教办"抽调负责城区教育系统的"先教督导"和抽调到新华、劳保局等进行为届中考核组。

　　二、履行岗位职责，"三项"工作任务得到落实。

　　1、抓好党员干部廉洁自律工作。一年来，认真组织干部职工学习了《党章》、两个《条例》和积极参加了县上举办的各项活动。同时，在各种会上经常把原局长董加龙的案件作为警示教育，教育全体干部职工正确看待权利观、利益观。重点加强对森林公安干警、林政执法人员和木材检查站人员的教育，让他们依法执法、公正执法、廉洁执法、文明执法，认真吸取"马关的扣苗事件"的教训，激发职工时刻严格要求自己，模范遵守党纪国法和廉洁自律的有关规定。今年通过开展"党风廉政教育月"和"先教"活动，全局党员干部整体素质得到了明显提高。

　　2、做好来信来访接待和违纪案件的查处工作。一年来，从纪检监察室接待群众来电来访中，涉及了林业部门工作事项，我都从有关规定入手，及时派员并带队深入调查落实和答复，对案情十分复杂，责成由森林公安分局按照办事时限要求负责调查处理县纪委控申室转来信访2件，办结2件，办结率100%，同时，根据群众举报今年8月21日，我亲自带领森林公安干警到阿用乡处理乱剥杨梅皮案件，没收非法收购杨梅皮7吨并当场烧毁，有效地打击了破坏森林资源的行为。

　　3、巩固纠风治乱取得的成效。为巩固纠风治乱取得的成果不反弹，责成森林公安、林政执法、森林检疫的办事程序，收费项目、标准实地公示公开，对木材检查站的公示项目重新规范，严格执政上岗，今年局纪检监察室先后三次深入木材检查站检查工作，按照《行政许可法》认真开展机关效能建设

　　，严格行政审批制度，使全局工作作风有很大的转变，大大地提高了工作效率，增强了服务意识。今年我局作为行风评议跟踪问效单位取得了好成效，树立了林业部门新形象。

　　三、加大监督力度，群众关心的热点、难点问题得到妥善解决。

　　一年来我一直把涉林重点工程项目作为监督内容。在退耕还林工程中，监督是否按有关要求实施，农民有关补偿政策是否到位在林浆纸项目上，主要督促做好交接地工作、兑现租地金。在木材指标管理上，监督指标是否全部分配到林木所有者手中，是否按作业设计进行采伐。在砚富高速公路、剥隘库区、洞巴电站等涉林项目建设上，督促做好为施工方办理林地征、占用手续，兑现补偿征占用林地费。通过检查，责成乡林业站督促群众补植补造退耕还林苗木万亩，补偿高速公路和剥隘库区等征占用林地费2700多万元，办理高速公路征占用林地3600多亩。此外，局领导班子和纪检室人员还经常深入局属事业站、森林公安分局、木材公司、林场、木材检查站和全县15个乡林业站进行检查指导工作，对各方面管理薄弱的基层站所加大监督力度，定期不定期进行监督检查。

　　四、党风廉政建设责任制进一步得到落实。

　　按照"谁主管，谁负责"的原则，一级对一级负责。在民主生活会上我本人能够从大局出发，认真开展批评与自我批评，以找准自身存在问题，促进工作为目的摆正自己的位置，不越权不越位，对需要办理的重大事项进行了申报。一年来，本局没有发生领导干部违反规定驾驶公车或公车私用的行为，没有发生大操大办或请客送礼现象。

　　一年来，我虽然做了一定的工作，取得了一定的成效，但离上级的要求还有很大差距。一是广大人民群众对我的工作也还有不满意的地方;二是对干部职工的党风廉政建设和反腐败工作宣传教育还不到位;三是个别群众关心的热点、难点问题一时难以解决;四是规章制度落实到位还有困难;五是监督力度还有不到位的地方;六是自身建设有待加强;七是各种材料及信息上报不及时等等，所有这些问题都有待于下步工作中加以解决。

　　下步的工作打算是：

　　1、继续深入学习上级有关党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的相关文件精神。

　　2、认真履行好教育、制度、保护、惩处四大职能和抓好领导廉洁自律，查办案件、纠风和行政执法监督"三项"工作任务。

　　3、抓好班子和下属支部的建设，继续推行党风廉政建设责任制。

　　4、认真解决群众反映的热点、难点问题，做好信访接待工作，按时上报各种信息材料。

　　5、按时完成上级纪委交办的任务。

　　各位领导，大家好：

　　我是xxxx年9月任县民政局纪检组长的，任职以来，在县纪委、监察局、民政局的领导和同志们的帮助下，积极履行纪检监察教育、监督、保护和惩处四职能，按照"为民、务实、清廉"的要求，结合本单位实际，认真开展纪检监察工作，取得了一定的成绩。现就任职以来的工作向各位领导述职，请予指教。

　　一、任职以来的自身建设及工作情况

　　一)加强学习，不断提高业务水平和执政能力

　　要想当好一名纪检监察干部，必须注重学习，尤其是面对当今的知识经济时代，学习显得更为重要和紧迫。纪检监察工作涉及的法律法规多，而派驻在民政部门涉及的工作面广，如果不尽快了解和熟悉业务，工作就无从着手。因此，无论工作多忙多累，我都坚持学习，做到自加压力，勤于思考，积极参加本单位和上级组织的各种学习培训，做到政治理论学习、业务知识和法律知识学习相结合，逐步丰富自己的知识，开拓自己的视野，不断提高自身的领导素质和水平。

　　求真务实，抓好思想政治建设

　　任职以来，我时刻要求自己及班子力求一个"实"字，并将"实"字贯穿于日常工作中，常抓思想政治工作不放松：一是以"三个代表"重要思想为指导，坚持解放思想，实事求是，树立科学发展观，正确的人生观、价值观和政绩观，进一步强化发展意识、责任意识和创新意识。二是结合"保先"教育活动，在全局开展以"全心全意为人民服务"为宗旨的职业道德教育，与干部职工交心谈心，沟通思想，增进了解，消除隔阂，促进工作。三是坚持原则，敢于开展批评与自我批评，不隐瞒自己的观点，坚持民主集中制原则，尤其是在重问题上，充分发扬民主，广泛听取意见，集中集体智慧，维护班子的团结统一。

　　摆正位置，正确处理各种工作关系

　　不管在哪里工作和干什么工作，我都力求做到"有权不失职、用权不越位、无权不滥用"，摆正位置，做好工作。派驻到民政局任职以后，单位安排我分管党务、机关效能、因战伤残、烈士陵园和后勤工作。今年2月份以来，我被县委、政府抽到剥隘抓索乌村移民搬迁工作，我深知自己肩上的份量，因为，摆在我面前的几项工作都很艰巨。我认为抓好纪检监察工作是我的主要职责，抓移民搬迁工作是县委、政府下给的重要任务，单位上的工作也要确保正常运转。所以，在几种工作挤在一起，并发生时间上冲突的时候，我沉着应对，灵活掌握，分类排队，统筹安排。正如今年4月份，有群众反应婚姻登记收费不合理，低保发放不公平，要求纪检组调查处理。此间，烈士陵园扩建工程正在紧张施工，移民临时过度搬迁正进入紧要关头，而家中母亲刚过世，多病的父亲要求回趟家看看;弟妹家庭不合，闹着离婚，多次打电话，要求回去调解。我都是说"工作太忙，不得回家"，说了一些安慰的话，请求家人谅解后，又投入到紧张的工作中。

　　完善制度，抓好机关效能建设

　　为转变机关作风，提高工作效率，我从三个方面开展工作。一是组织干部职工学习民政干部的模范周国知的先进事迹和中央《关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》等有关文件，逐步提高干部职工的思想认识。二是进一步完善各种制度以及各股室的工作职责。推行承诺服务制、首问负责制、时限办结制、公开办事制等服务规范，将人员岗位、服务程序、服务项目、收费标准进行公开，接受群众监督。三是设立投诉电话，认真接待和处理群众来信来访，对群众举报的事及时给予解决，不能及时解决的，都是耐心细致地做解释工作。通过采取以上措施，局机关工作作风有了明显转变，办事效率进一步提高，民政干部在群众中树立了良好形象。

　　廉洁自律，在干部职工中作好表率

　　在廉洁自律方面，我能严格执行党员领导干部廉洁自律各项规定，遵守纪律，克已奉公，生活俭朴，淡泊名利。在接待方面，厉行从简，反对铺张浪费，禁止本局干部职工到有陪酒的饭店就餐，减少不必要的开支。在手机、电话费报销方面，带头执行纪委有关规定，在规定的范围内报销，超出部分全部由个人承担。严格执行车辆管理制度，一般情况下，办私事不用公车。加强对家属子女和身边工作人员的管理，要求他们注意言行，不得做出有损于国家和单位的事情。

　　履行职责，充分发挥监督作用

　　民政工作事关人民群众切身利益，所涉及的问题都是人们比较关心和敏感的问题。所以，我们着重对救灾款、低保金和婚姻收费进行监督。发现问题及时纠正和整改。去冬今春，经过调查了解和审计部门审计，发现有许多乡镇更改救灾款用途，将救灾资金挪作他用，数额多达39万余元。我们及时将情况向县委、政府汇报，得到县委、政府领导的高度重视，并及时通知县直各部门和各有关乡镇主要领导到县政府开会，指出存在问题的严重性，责令用款单位限期将所挪用的救灾款退回到县财政，重新安排使用，使有限的资金能够用在点子上。低保金发放，我们接到群众举报后，及时调查落实，对不符合条件的，提交领导班子讨论，取消38户62人，为社会节约资金万元。对群众就婚姻登记收费不合理的反映，调查发现社会事务股和部分乡镇民政办存在有违规收费现象，共涉及资金8000余元，数额虽小，但影响不好。为此，纪检组和局班子对违规收费人员进行了严格的批评教育，责令整改，对违规收缴的资金，责令如数上缴归库，进一步强化了依法行政和亮证收费的工作力度。此外，我们还经常深入各股室、各乡镇民政办，对干部职工进行思想动态、工作动态的监督，发现问题及时提醒，做到警钟长呜。对群众反映带有苗头性、倾向性的问题及时研究解决，防患于未燃。经过认真监督和教育，两年来，全局干部职工，各乡镇民政干部没有哪个受到党纪政纪处分，促进了民政各项工作健康有序地开展。

　　二、存在问题及今后的努力方向

　　回顾任职以来的工作，既感欣慰，又感到不足，欣慰的是我们受双重领导，从事多项工作，有领导的关心和干部职工的力支持，使纪检监察工作和其他各项工作能够协调开展。当然，工作上离领导的要求还有一定的差距，还有一些不足，主要表现为：

　　一是刚涉入纪检工作，思路不清晰，办法少，压力;

　　二是应付行政事务和中心工作多，抓本职工作少，与纪委监察局业务联系不够，而失去了许多帮助、教育和提高的机会;

　　三是对干部职工的管理和工作监督仍然存在漏洞和薄弱环节;

　　四是自己的思想素质、文化素质、工作能力还有待于提高。

　　今后，我要努力学习，钻研业务，争取把本单位纪检监察工作做得更好。

　　篇三：环保局纪检组长述职报告

　　20xx年工作已经结束了，按市委组织部的要求，结合全年工作的完成情况，进行工作述职如下.

　　一、自然生态保护工作开展和完成情况

　　加强"生态类"建设项目的管理工作

　　全年审批审查各种各类"生态类"环评书表、立项文件等项目40多个。在工作过程中，严格执行我局有关建设项目管理审批制度与程序要求，在提高工作质量和时效性的同时，进一步落实环保第一审批权，强化服务功能，避免了不规范现象的产生。使"生态类"建设项目环境保护管理的前期审批审查工作基本在制度化、规范化的轨道中运行，起到了从源头上控制生态破坏和污染的作用。

　　在建设项目验收方面，根据今年环保工作会议有关加强项目验收管理的要求和我局下达的相关文件，尤其是赤环发[85]号文件"关于对20xx年以来市环保局所审批项目进行验收的通知"的精神，积极采取综合措施着重推动相关工作的开展，通过结合"污染减排"督查活动等多种形式，积极指导、督促旗县区环保局加大工作力度，促使具备验收条件的相关企业依法委托验收，同时，根据具体项目的环境影响大小、环评类别和审批机关等不同情况，将影响小污染轻的项目委托旗县区进行验收，全面推动验收工作的展开。根据市监测站验收监测报告的编写进度，积极组织具体项目的环保验收工作，截止目前由自然保护科组织验收的项目已达25个。

　　通过一年来建设项目验收工作开展，使项目验收工作得到切实的加强，验收项目的数量20xx年的11个上升到目前的25个，实现成倍增长。同时，通过各方的努力，在相关企业和行业中确立了环保验收的正确理念，改变了其原来存在的环保验收可有可无的错误观念，各旗县区环保局对项目验收工作也越来越重视。初步扭转了重项目前期审批，轻后期验收的被动局面，建设项目环境管理由重审批轻验收向全程管理转化工作取得初步成效。而且，在具体业务方面，与相关的内部单位形成良好的业务沟通协调配合关系，为以后更好地开展工作创造了良好的基础。

　　积极配合自治区完成相关"生态类"项目的验收工作

　　今年，自治区环保局在我市共组织了三个项目的验收工作，这三个项目分别是，阿旗天山镇自治区级优美乡镇建设，元山区山前镇自治区级优美乡镇建设和宁城县国家级生态示范区建设。其中宁城县生态示范区的验收是自治区环保局受国家环保总局的委托来进行的。

　　为了配合好自治区验收小组的工作，我局做了积极的准备工作，了解掌握有关方面的工作开展情况，并及时给予指导，对部分重要的验收材料进行审核把关。在验收小组验收期间，在分管领导的带领下，全员出动全面配合，保证了三个项目顺利通过专家评审。验收小组对我市开展的相关工作给予了肯定，尤其对宁城县在创建第九批全国生态示范区过程中所取得的成效感到满意。

　　另外，我们还按期完成了国家级优美生态示范村的申报工作，从全市共优选了五个村级单位向自治区上报了相关申报材料，保证了计划工作目标的实现。

　　在争取生态环保资金项目方面，也取得了较为理想的成效。达里诺尔湖全国湿地保护工程二期832万元已经到位;阿旗全国湿地保护工程项目争取工作取得实质性进展，投资1698万元的一期工程已经完成初步设计;争取自治区环保局生态保护基金达30万，占自治区环保局生态保护基金总额的30%。具体情况为：宁城县全国生态示范区创建奖励金10万，喀旗锦山镇城南村国家级优美生态村创建奖励金10万，克旗全国生态县建设启动资金10万。这些项目资金的争取到位，对推动我市生态保护的发展与建设无疑具有重要的意义。

　　在克旗白音敖包自然保护区召开了**市第三届高等级自然保护区年会

　　本届年会在与会同志们的精心组织下，与以往年会一样举办的相当成功。共有8个国家级、自治区级自然保护区选派了代表参加会议。会议期间，与会代表就我市各地自然保护区建设与管理的方方面面问题，如科研创新、有效管理、生态旅游发展等都作了广泛深入的研讨。

　　年会的一项重要成果是，对我市今后自然保护区的发展定位问题进行了有益探讨，初步确立了由原先的数量发展型向质量效益型转变的发展思路，这一理念的提出，可以说对今后我市如何建设保护区、怎样管理保护区具有重要的历史意义。

　　组织人员，参与编写了《**市农牧业功能区规划》

　　目前，该《规划》的文字编辑意见征求稿已经完成。看过的人，都会发现这部重要的政府部门规划是我市非环保类规划中渗入环保理念最多、包含环保内容最丰富的一部指导性规划，也是一部与科学发展观和可持续发展密切联系的规划，有相当的专业水准。从一个侧面也反映了我局参预该项规划编写工作的重要意义及我局参编人员的专业素质与工作能力。

　　一年来，我们还积极参加局党组组织的减排督查活动，认真完成所承担的督查任务;圆满完成由国家环保总局外经办与韩国有关方面在克旗热水主办的"中韩西北部生态保护--内蒙示范村项目"项目指南编辑研讨会的组织与接待工作;主持矿山清理整顿工作、参加全市矿山秩序联合执法检查活动;在调研基础上，认真完成人大代表提出的"贡格尔河季节性断流"等环境问题的书面解答工作;参与由自治区环保局代表国家总局主持的达里湖中加合作项目后评估工作。这些工作都有力地推动和促进了全市生态环境保护工作的深化。

　　二、环境监测工作又有新的发展

　　仪器装备进一步得到加强

　　今年，通过努力又获得的国家应急监测资金259万元，经政府采购，装备应急监测车一辆，购置便携式色-质谱联机一台。获得土壤监测专用猎豹越野车一辆，购买一帕杰罗v-73越野车一辆，还购买了放射性监测仪，数码相机、测距仪、噪声测量仪等小型设备，建设安装了新城区大气自动监测站，更换了局域网工作站，全年固定资产增值达到410万元。在自治区各盟市级监测站中走在前面。

　　监测工作进一步深化

　　今年全面完成了水、气、声各环境要素及污染源的监测任务，获例行监测数据14358个，机动车尾气监测21133辆，获监测数据29221个。今年为建设项目所做的现状监测和委托性验收监测任务较重，获得监测数据7045个，共获得监测数据50624个，位列自治区盟市级站前列。

　　今年共完成验收监测项目50个，还完成了与国家环科院、国家监测总站合作的中意湖泊项目的监测。11月至12月，组织完成了监测站和洁宇公司的计量认证复查与监测人员持证上岗考试。为下一步工作奠定了良好的基础。

　　以上是我在20xx年工作情况的述职，如有不妥之处，敬请领导和同志们批评指示。

　　篇四：司法局纪检组长述职报告

　　20xx年，本人在县委、县政府和县纪委的领导下，在市司法局的指导下，在各位局领导和同事的帮助、支持下，认真学习贯彻中纪委十八届三次全会、省纪委十二届八次全会、市纪委二届八次全会和县纪委十二届七次全会精神，认真学习、贯彻科学发展观，认真学习、贯彻《廉政准则》、《中共中央建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》、《工作规划》等党纪法规，严格落实党风廉政建设责任制，紧紧围绕我县经济建设中心，服务我县赶超发展大局，为推进我县"生态立县、绿色发展"发展战略，构建和谐资溪，而认真做好各项工作，并严格遵守《廉政准则》等有关党纪法规。

　　一、认真协助局党组贯彻落实我局《党风廉政建设责任制》和今年的《党风廉政建设工作方案》。

　　年初，本人认真协助局党组制定下发了《资县司法局20xx年党风廉政建设工作方案》和20xx年度的《党风廉政建设责任状》，为我局全年的党风廉政建设和反腐斗争明确了具体目标，并对"工作方案"和"责任状"的执行情况进行经常性督查。

　　二、认真协助局党组抓好深化腐败风险预警防控推进风险岗位廉能管理工作，切实提升司法行政队伍形象，进一步改变工作作风。

　　20xx年以来，本人认真协助局党组认真按照县腐败风险预警防控工作领导小组《关于深化腐败风险预警防控推进风险岗位廉能管理工作的实施意见》的要求，在2016年腐败风险预警防控工作的基础上，认真做好深化腐败风险预警防控推进风险岗位廉能管理工作，制订了《资溪县司法局关于深化腐败风险预警防控推进风险岗位廉能管理工作的实施意见》。一年来，我局认真按照上级的有关要求、部署，结合我局开展的"司法行政系统发展提升年"活动，完成了我局深化腐败风险预警防控推进风险岗位廉能管理的各项工作，从而切实提升我局司法行政队伍形象，进一步改变我局工作作风。

　　三、认真协助局党组抓好党风廉政建设学习

　　20xx年以来，本人认真协助局党组认真对全局干职工继续开展社会主义法治理念教育;认真学习中央纪委十七届六次全会、省纪委十二届八次全会、市纪委二届八次全会和县纪委十二届七次全会精神，认真学习、贯彻《廉政准则》、《实施纲要》、《工作规划》、《党内监督条例》、《纪律处分条例》、《中共中央纪委关于严格禁止利用职务上的便利谋取不正当利益的若干规定》等党纪法规，大力加强党风廉政建设方面的宣传、学习，使党风廉政建设工作深入人心，使全局干职工进一步认识到党风廉政建设和反腐斗争的艰巨性、长期性、复杂性。今年上半年，我局按照上级要求，组织人员进行廉政书法创作、撰写廉政小故事，积极参与我县"竹.茶"廉政文化建设活动。

　　4、认真执行绩效考核有关制度和规定。

　　20xx年以来，本人认真协助局党组认真执行县委、县政府绩效考核有关制度和规定，实施绩效管理，做到挂牌、打卡上岗，出勤率为百分之百。并且做到热情服务、周到办事。在上岗时，我局严格按照相关规定，杜绝干职工玩电脑游戏、上网炒股、上网聊天、串岗、迟到、早退、旷工等违规行为和不良现象。

　　5、认真加强监督机制的健全和完善，加强干部廉洁勤政的监督检查

　　为了健全和完善监督机制，同时也为了做好我局深化腐败风险预警防控推进风险岗位廉能管理工作，本人认真协助局党组对我局相关规章制度进行了梳理，共制定、完善了司法局党组"三重一大"集体决策制度实施办法、首问责任制、限时办结制、责任追究制、缺席默认制和超时默认制等31项相关规章制度，并由局监察室进行相关的监督、检查。

　　一年来，本人能严格遵守《廉政准则》、《中共中央纪委关于严格禁止利用职务上的便利谋取不正当利益的若干规定》，严格执行"8个禁止、52条不准";没有任何违反党纪法规的行为。一年来，本人除了要认真做好纪检监察工作外，根据局党组安排，还积极协助公证处办理公证业务，取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。

　　总之，在过去的一年里，本人能认真执行党纪法规，认真履行工作职责，取得了一点的成绩，但是离上级的要求还存在着一定差距。在今后的工作中，我将认真学习，认真履行工作职责，严格遵守《廉政准则》等党纪法规，廉洁自律，大力弘扬廉政文化，为实现"生态立县、绿色发展"目标、构建和谐平安资溪多作贡献。

　　篇五：文体局纪检组长述职报告

　　20xx年度，在地区纪委、监察局和局党组的领导下，深入学习实践科学发展观，紧紧围绕试验区建设和发展，着力抓好党风廉政建设，保持良好精神状态，认真履行职责，唱响"主旋律"，打好"主动仗"，争当"主力军"。主要做了以下工作：

　　一是对61个乡综合文化站，708个农家书屋、255个农民体育健身工程建设项目进行跟踪检查指导，确保建设项目顺利进行。在省文化厅、省新闻出版局检查中给予充分肯定。

　　二是在机构改革中，加强了对原文化局、体育局国有资产、资金的清理，加大监督和检查力度，保证了机构改革的顺利进行。
