　**一中党总支是学校党总支，设6个支部。目前共有党员120人，其中在职在岗党员共97人，退离休党员23人。女教师党员60人，少数民族党员39人。在岗专业技术人员党员93人。工人党员4人。近年来，**一中党总支在上级党组织的领导下，从严要求，从学校实际出发，认真履行党章规定的职责，切实改进和加强对党员的教育、管理和监督。

　2011年,在上级党委的正确领导下,在基层党组织和全体党员的共同努力下,**一中党总支以邓小平理论、“三个代表”和科学发展观思想为指导，紧紧围绕学校教育教学工作中心，服务大局，树立和落实科学发展观，不断增强党员队伍和基层党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,为构建和谐校园、推动学校健康发展提供坚强的政治动力和组织保证。学校在全面推进素质教育、办出特色方面取得了可喜的成绩，广大教职工的工作热情和积极性得到充分的调动，学校的声誉日益提高，取得了良好的社会效果。

　**一中党总支十分重视党员素质的提高，重视抓政治理论学习和业务学习，为此学校党总支制定了具体的学习计划和要求，每两周安排一次学习活动，具体学习了《科学发展观重要论述摘编》、新修订的《中小学教师职业道德规范》、师德师风建设“十做到、十禁止”和师德行为八不准要求等内容。通过开展创先争优活动，提高了师德师风，促进了教育教学工作，通过学习教育实践活动，每一名党员写出了学习杨善洲同志事迹心得体会，并参加了组织生活会，开展批评与自我批评教育活动，使全体党员受到了深刻教育。通过开展创新争优活动，全体党员素质得到提高，工作更加扎实，学校各项工作得到极大促进，学校教育教学质量再上新台阶。

　二、认真组织开展了创先争优活动

　1、及时制定**一中党总支开展创先争优活动实施方案，并按实施方案开展活动。

　2、在创先争优活动中，**一中党总支进行四项公开承诺，接受全校教职工的监督，并积极争创区级、市级创先争优活动示范点。

　3、党总支组织全体在职党员进行创先争优活动公开展承诺，人人都写了公开承诺书，退离休教职工党员进行了口头承诺。

　4、党总支全体党员每人都写一份学习普洱市优秀共产党员杨善洲同志先进事迹心得体会，并参加了组织生活会，开展批评与自我批评教育活动，使全体党员受到了深刻教育。

　5、党总支积极开展警示教育活动，学习讨论有关案例，校级领导积极参区组织的警示教育学习活动。

　6、党总支与各支部、各处室签立了党风廉政建设协议书，积极开展反腐倡廉学习教育活动。

　7、认真总结开展创先争优活动经验，并向区教育局党委上报经验总结。

　1、**一中党总支组织全体党员积极开展创先争优暨“四个一”主题实践活动，党总支号召全体党员扎实做好教书育人工作，起好党员先锋模范带头作用。

　2011年高考**一中取得较好成绩：黄雪洋同学勇夺普洱市文科状元，**一中上线率达93.84%，创学校高考记录，为**一中及全区、全市争了光、添了彩。

　2011年中考**一中实验中学也取得优异成绩：600分以上（含体育）113人，文化成绩600分以上（不含体育）33人，总平均分、总分优秀率均列全区第一。

　2、学校党总支将党建工作、党风廉政建设工作、创先争优工作与学习实践科学发展观活动有机结合，起到较好效果。

　2012年党总支在写了入党申请书一百多人中培养入党积极分子13人，发展新党员9人（杨昊宇、李牧、李磊、邢旭、许虹、周瑞、许孝媛、许亚楠、陈畅）。

　2011年**一中获**区基层党建工作示范点称号。

　2011年**一中党支获先进基层党组织称号，程志平副校长被评为先进基层党组织书记。

　3、由于党员示范作用突出，2011年7月**一中党总支共有11名党员被中共**区教育局党委表彰为优秀共产党员。

　1、**一中党总支组织全体党员全面开展创先争优活动，并取得优异成绩，2011年蔡俊华、许建兰、金坚等党员被区教育局党委表彰为优秀共产党员。

　2、党总支组织下属5个在职党支部开展评星竟旗活动，每月评出表现突出的星级党员，并逐月累加，年底对星级党员进行表彰。

　3、党总支要求每一党员在创先争优活动中要努力做好“教书育人，管理育人，服务育人”工作，在各种活动中起好模范带头作用，保持共产党员先进性，弘扬“团结互助，扶贫济困”优良传统，开展送温暖，献爱心活动，本年度组织全体党员为扶贫挂钩单位：原六顺乡嘎里小学现六顺乡中学捐款2000余元，组织全校教职工为盈江地震灾区捐款19590.5元。

　4、本年度**一中与帮教单位**倚象中学各科教师进行教研活动多次，派初中骨干教师许如宏等到各乡镇中学交流教育教学及中考经验，发挥学校教学优势，支持帮教学校工作。

　1、2011年3月，由党总支副书记程志平代表学校党总支与下属各党支部书记签定了**一中各党支部目标管理责任书，各党支部书记又与每一党员签定了**一中党员目标管理责任书；各支部及每一位党员认真落实每一项目标责任。

　2、2011年度**一中党总支共召开8次总支委员会，召开支部书记会6次，每两周一次支部会或总支大会。

　3、坚持党员联系群众工作，每一名党员联系2——3名群众，有联系名册，有记录。

　4、本年度高一、二、三年级党支部及团委共组织上党课4次，听党课达300余人次。本年度已有一百多人写了入党申请书，培养入党积极分子13人，发展学生党员9人。

　5、学校每一位党员自觉按时交纳党费到党支部，各党支部按时交至党总支，党总支按时上交到局党委。

　学校党总支和行政历来重视工会、共青团、少先队工作，由党总支副书记程志平直接分管，要求工会、共青团负责人要不定期向党总支汇报工作，学校行政则对工会、共青团开展的各种活动给予各方面的支持，工会主席共青团委书记参加行政办公会议，有关问题直接在行政办公会上讨论决定。党总支不定期检查指导工作，使我校工会、共青团工作开展得有声有色，并取得优异成绩。指导工会开好一年一次的教代会，学校重大问题提交教代会讨论通过再执行。学校党政积极支持工会创建教职工健身房，要求工会积极开展各种有益活动，工会主席团委书记待遇得到落实。
