农村信用金牛卡业务操作规程暂行稿   附件一  内蒙古自治区农村信用社  金牛卡  4、全部交易流水列表;

 5、失败交易流水列表;

 8、跨行他代本清单;

 9、跨行本代他清单;

 10、农民工卡特色服务受理业务量统计表;

 11、联网终端商户统计表;

 12、预授权登记簿查询表。

 八、成品卡管理  1、制卡申请  旗县联社估算次季金牛卡(个人普通卡、个人附属卡、金牛阳光卡)需求量,上报自治区联社电子银行部。经电子银行部审核后,在系统中做制卡申请。

 2、制卡  电子银行部接到各旗县联社卡片申请后,由制卡人员在系统中做制卡申请,并复核后,打印普通申请表  记名卡(个人记名卡、单位主附卡)的发卡,由电子银行部定期做记名卡批量制卡,下载打卡文件,交制卡厂制卡。

 3、卡片入库  成品卡制成后,由财务计划部要求制卡企业负责将实物送到各旗县联社,并以系统记账和登记《成品卡出入库登记簿》。

 4、卡片领用  旗县联社领用成品卡时,持加盖业务公章的预制卡申请清单到自治区财务部计划领用成品卡。领用时,自治区联社计划财务部专管人员将时间、数量、卡号等事项及时记录《成品卡出入库登记簿》,各旗县联社接收到制卡企业分送的成品卡实物时要逐一进行核对,如发现有重号、错号、漏号等情况,及时上报财务计划部,在确定无误后方可签收,领用的成品卡应予妥善保管,做好登记入库。财务计划部接到电子银行部提交的银行卡流转清单,按清单数量、号段由重要空白凭证管理人员进行系统操作。

 卡出入库的流程:自治区联社财务计划部---旗县联社本部---信用社---营业机构  附 则  以上业务所涉及的会计核算参照《内蒙古自治区农村信用社金牛卡(借记卡)会计核算办法》。
